I am always conflicted the amount to tip when the server brings the drinks and clears the dishes. I normally since covid tip a minimum of 20% or higher for exceptional service. But at buffets I usually tip around 10%. I never file to tip even at sandwich, pizza or ice cream shops. They have a large seating area with both booths and tables. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor up a stairwell or an elevator. If stairs are difficult for anyone in your party like me. Don't fall for the colorful sign and arrow pointing you to the stairwell. The salad bar has maybe 20 bowls containing a variety of vegetables when they refill them. Unfortunately, 30% or more were empty and not refilled in the hour and a half we dined.
