In case you are ordering a Pan Pizza, when this location apparently runs out of the proper dough they use regular non pan pizza dough that doesn't rise. The pan pizza I recently ordered was as flat as a pancake and didn't taste anything like the normal pan pizza I typically order. The worker admitted to changing to the non-standard dough and that is what they do when they run out. My complaint was dismissed as being petty and he says everyone else is fine with it. Be warned, you may not be getting what you think are ordering and when you complain, your complaint is dismissed as being petty and you are made to feel like the one with the problem. (Their spinach and feta stuffed cheesy bread is LIFE.) I would give zero stars. This location is the worst. A few months ago my husband ordered pizza for delivery after over an hour. It never came. Called the store they said the pizza was delivered. Then they said oh just kidding it's on the way. Very unprofessional. It sounded like a couple of teenagers. My husband for whatever reason decides to give them a second chance. This time the order took 2 hours to arrive. It was cold and looked like the pans the pizza was cooked in were not properly cleaned as they were specks off black in the pizza. Plus they never gave us the soda we ordered. Tried to call but no one answered the phone. We will never order from this location. read more

I walked into this location last week and no one wanted to take my order, 2 of them just stared at me like a deer in headlights. So first off it's Dominos. It's a chain for pizza. Don't come here looking for the best pizza ever. That said if you want a decent pizza delivered fast you could do far worse. I have 4 starts not for the pizza taste/quality but for the entire package. There are better pizzas locally. There are tastier pizzas out there. But for speed and value and convenience this location has stepped up. With coupons you can get a decent assortment of pizzas and toppings to appease the family, and have it delivered fast and easy with no contact for a fair price. In these says if covid and remote school etc sometimes it helps to be able to press a few buttons and have dinner at tour door in 25 minutes and this Domino's delivers package. Plus as far as chains goes it's better than Papa Johns and frozen any day. read more

I don't know why this Domino's has kinda cruddy reviews. I've never been disappointed here. I mean its Domino's, so you know what you're getting if you order here. Obviously, this is NJ, there are better pizza places out there and not far away, but when you're in a pinch, this Domino's makes a great alternative. When I order here, I like a lot of toppings, and these guys consistently don't skimp on them. In my experience, some other chains, like Pizza Hut or Papa Johns, tend to put less and less of each topping if you order a bunch even though they still charge more for each. At this Domino's, I feel the added cost for extra toppings is actually worth it. Feel free to experiment with the menu too, I'm a big fan of their 2 or more for 5.99 each offer. Granted it is black Friday- We waited an hour and 40 minutes to receive the pizza. I received a Text stating the driver was in my neighborhood then another saying they are approaching. The instructions were to ring the doorbell as i live upstairs. Drivers tend to get a little lost in this complex, so i was either waiting for my door bell to ring or a call saying they cant find me. Worst pizza ever. Very greasy. Complained to manager and he was uninterested in meeting my needs. When I asked for his name to complain to corporate he would not tell me his name and hung up on me. I called back and asked the girl taking the order for the managers name she failed to give it to me. If I could give it a "nothing" I would. I ordered online for delivery with a code for a free pizza. The pizza came out to "$.50". I was okay with that, considering how it took off $13. They proceed to call me and ask me to pick up the pizza because there was "too much traffic". I said okay and they told me the total and it was the same amount if it were to be delivered so I asked why. Then they told me my coupon was invalid because it's not delivery. I thought they would accommodate me because it was not my fault and not to my inconvenience as to why it cannot be delivered. The manager said that she gave me a $5 coupon instead, when I wanted to use the free pizza coupon. Then they proceeded to say that it's cheaper than a free pizza. Why would I pay $5 for a free pizza? A very nice employee takes down all my info and says she's going to reach out to her manager and I would receive a refund 3-4 days later. 3-4 days later I receive nothing still so I call back YET AGAIN and after getting passed around the kid who tries to help me is being short and rude and not being helpful at all so I hang up and call back and speak to the same girl I had before. She said she reached out to her manager but hadn't heard back. She didn't know if he was on vacation or something. What kind of manager doesn't tell his employees he's going on vacation? That order was placed 06/21 today is 07/08 and I've yet to receive anything or hear from anyone. I've only been here once but my friends goes all the time and said she's never disappointed. I got a medium pizza with half pepperoni and half chicken and bacon with the garlic Parmesan white sauce on the whole pizza rather than red sauce. It was DELICIOUS. Hit the spot, can't complain. The order came without napkins or utensils and when I called the store, the manager informed me napkins and untensils must be requested at the time of the order if they are required. Seriously! The Jada, the manager, refused to discuss this any furthur and said if I needed napkins and a fork, I would have to drive to the restaurant to get them.
