Sometimes I'm a little slow on the uptake but I get it now. Domino's is brilliant when all you crave is quantity over quality. A backyard pool party where carbonated caffeine flows freely and screaming is what passes for conversation is not the place to break out artisanal pizza with farm to table pedigree where bespoke goodness will be neither tasted nor appreciated. The tasteless corporate cardboard is more than sufficient for some quick carbs and calories. Domino's is cr*p but fast food pizza is as red, white and blue as Hot Pockets and Pop Tarts and Yankee Doodles. I can definitely salute that. Three patriotic stars. read more

Having grown up in New York and loving New York style pizza getting a little annoyed with the chains promoting New York style pizza when it's not. I know it's not going to be like New York but at least try to make it like New York I saw some videos online of Domino's New York style and it looked decent mainly being thin and foldable but that is not what I got. The three things that make New York style pizza is a thin chewy dough but crispy and chewy crust, a flavorful sauce you can taste, and ooey gooey mozzarella. Just like Little Caesars it was still too thick and still to similar to Caesars and Domino's. Do I blame them no but it is disappointing being in New Jersey and loving New York style pizza and not being able to get it. I eat here at times when visiting with my parents. It makes for a quick bite at good price. They usually order a large pie with Italian sausage and mushrooms. It makes for a nice combination. The use fresh not canned mushrooms so it's a nice touch. The sausage is about average as well as the cheese. The only gripe is at times there is inconsistencies in the pie preperation. Sometimes it seems they are "light" on the toppings while other times they come on on point. Also there are times where the pie comes in slightly overdone leading to more of a burn on the cheese then I would prefer however that debatable. Overall though they are very friendly and service is fast and efficient. It works well for a quick bite. read more

The app never works with this store. Called tonight, had to keep asking the person to repeat himself because he mumbled one-word grunts rather than asking clear questions. After providing my delivery address he put me on hold. After nearly 5 minutes on hold it suddenly rang again and another person answered. Same issue. Worst dominos I have ever purchased food from. The pizzas I had ordered were burnt and after complaining to the manager, I was refused a remake of the pizzas. The manager was extremely rude and even after sending pictures of the burnt pizzas he denied to rectify the situation. I love and swear by Domino's. I have the app and the phone numbers from 6 different locations saved in my phone book because I order so frequently from locations that I frequent. However, today I had an unpleasant experience.. I called to place an order and after listening to the specials on the automated system, someone answers the phone and immediately puts me on hold without greeting me. I don't mind it because I figure they're just busy. When he returns, he apologizes for the hold time and begins to take my order. I tell him the number of the special I wanted to order and he proceeds to ask me what the special is and how much it costs. Then in the middle of me speaking, he says "Hold on" and places me on hold to where I have to listen to the specials again. This hold time was longer than the first. He then returns and continues to take my order. I tell him I wanted to pay with a card and begin to give him my card number slowly and clearly but he interrupts me every four numbers, repeats them, and asks what the following numbers were again ...instead of listening, allowing me to finish, and then repeating the entire number back to me for confirmation. Then he asks for my expiration and I give it to him. Then he says "and the expiration date?" so I asked "do you mean the security code?" and he says "yes, that." So I give it to him and he processes my order. Then he says "okay, no problem" and I thought he was speaking to someone else but then he hangs up the phone on me. I'm unsure as to whether he was new or not, but he seemed all over the place. Distracted, unorganized, overwhelmed, and unprofessional are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe him. --- Update: It's been over an hour and I still have yet to receive my delivery. I called in to see what was going on and the guy on the phone says that he had to call the driver back in but he should be here any minute, and then hangs up the phone on me again. I like this Dominos a lot the delivery drivers are super friendly and I always order the Gluten Free pizza because my Dr recommends I stay away from Gluten when possible their GF free pizza is one of the best I have had its very good. I highly recommend. My favorite pizza is the Cheesesteak Pizza YUM!!! I have been inside the store also looks clean and staff is friendly. I also love the Dominos delivery tracker so you can watch your delivery process. Cool idea! read more

This Domino's has very polite and friendly employees (delivery people, manager, and chefs are all really great!), but the food is very hit or miss. When it's on, it is really on. Medium handmade pan pizza is our favorite to order. Always fast delivery or ready in store if we come to pick up, and usually pretty hot. However, when it's not on, it's basically not edible. There have been times (including today, which is what prompted me to write the review), where the pizza is so burned that I don't even want to eat it. It's really a shame when it happens. However, it is more often good than it is bad, and the staff is very friendly, so I will return in the future. read more

This is the worst fast food place I have ever dealt with. They tell you that your food will arrive in 40 minutes to and hour, and it takes over an hour and a half. Then when your food finally does get to you, if you haven't starved, you have to deal with ice cold food! It's disgusting. The worst part of my order was the oven baked sandwich. There was literally 8 small strips of chicken on the entire sandwich, and no cheeses. It was basically bread and a few strips of chicken. The wings were incredibly undercooked. This has happened every time that I ordered. All 4 times. I continued to give them a chance, but never again. On top of that, when you call to complain about the situation they offer you a free large pizza with your next order!! Are you kidding me!? Why would I want more of that terrible food when you could not get it right the first time!? I'm appalled by this place. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered delivery the other day, my phone didn't ring the first time the driver called but it did the 2nd time. I answered and the driver began to scream at me over the phone yelling "WHY DIDNT YOU PICK UP?!" I was very apologetic. When delivering my pizza the driver refused to get out of the car for 5 minutes then finally gave in. I apologized for not answering and the driver proceeded to scream at me saying "DO YOU KNOW HOW BUSY WE ARE?! YOU NEED TO PUT IN SOMETHING EXTRA FOR ME." I proceeded to give a tip and he grabbed the receipt and walked away without a word. I called the dominos to complain. The manager said sorry and told me that he would have the owner give me a call the next day. I never received a call. I have told everyone in my dorm about this. I am not very opinionated about these things normally but this was so upsetting that I felt the need to say something on yelp. I was a big fan of Dominos but now I am not. Disappointed that they didn't take my complaint seriously. read more
