I ordered a parmesan stuffed crust pizza which was loaded with toppings and also ordered some honey BBQ wings. Both were excellent! Delivery was made ahead of schedule and food was piping hot. They do not care about how their product looks, we received a burnt pizza, the do not care that their drivers deliver to the wrong house, and they leave it on the wrong houses front door, even though the order did not say leave at the front door, they do not have good customer service. I called for all ththis and was told the manager was too busy, and she couldn't do anything about it.. My husband and I got food poisoning from the chicken we ate and we know it was the chicken because our 3yr old child had every other food we ordered aside from the chicken. It wasn't undercooked so we think the meat had gone bad and we were just too hungry to notice it. We ate separate meals the whole day aside from the chicken. Also every time I try to have a conversation with one of the female workers I can't remember her name but she always has an attitude and only wants to argue. Allegedly you get a free emergency pizza. Not true. Tried to get it, and they would not accept pay pal, Apple Pay, debit nor credit. It advised me to call the store. When I need a pizza fix, I always come back to this Dominos. The app is so easy to order from. I alway use the pick-up at the restaurant option and they are very quick at getting my order to me. Each time we've come to dominos for our dinner, we've waited 10+ minutes to receive any sort of assistance at the drive through window. I would assume using the online ordering ability (that tells you "hey order online to shorten your wait time!") would allow us some sort of "in and out" service, but it seems as though the workers don't care. Both myself and my boyfriend have worked in pizza specifically and we would've had our asses fired if we had regularly made people wait that long. worst customer service ever. both locations in Wichita Falls have rude employees. they treat you like they don't want you there. and don't bother calling and making a complaint to a manager. it's almost impossible to get a manager on the phone. If all of the Dominos operated like this one they would all be out of business. I once again placed an order that they managed to screw up. One of my pizzas was an Extravaganza with honey bbq sauce & pineapple. All I got was a cheese pizza with pineapple. If this was the first time they had screwed up my order I could be more forgiving but this store loves making a habit out of it. Wrong pizzas, missing sodas, missing sauces & attitude. I pulled up to the window and sat for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. When they did finally open the window the dominos employee asked me if I had a cigarette for sale. I said no and he closed the window on me. 10 minutes later they opened the window to ask what my order was. When I asked for plates and Parmesan they said that they don't have any anymore because of COVID-19... If you can't carry the items that are known for keeping you in business shouldn't you just close your doors and cut your losses? This is the second time within a month that I've ordered and had my fiancé's order not even read correctly. You can get anywhere in Wichita Falls in 15 minutes, but Dominos takes 45 minutes + to bring me a pizza 2.5 miles away from the store? I don't know why I bothered to order from them a second time. First time it took 55 minutes to get my pizza after the pizza tracker said it was on the way. Almost an 1:15 from order to arrival and when I finally got it it was stone cold and had clearly been dropped at some point. This is my second time (3 months later and time enough to mostly forget the first experience). It's been almost an hour since I ordered, 40 minutes since the delivery tracker said "Joshua left the store with your order." If I could have given 0 stars I would have! My wife and I went there to pick up a pizza when we pulled up there was a car backing up so I pulled up next to the door. My wife went in to get the pizza the night manager what ever his name was he wouldn't give us the pizza he told her she needed to go move her car or he would not give her the pizza. He was absolutely hateful and disrespectful. All he had to do was tell her next time please don't pull up there and to pull into a parking place. I've ordered from this dominos multiple times and it is the absolute WORST I'VE EVER ORDERED FROM I won't be ordering from this one ever again. Food was not necessarily bad however they have extreme wait times of 1.5 hrs and they constantly forget items while taking an additional 45 minutes plus to bring them to you. I ordered a pizza at 6:32 and at 7:27 I called. They said my pizza was done and the app is never right. They told me the delivery driver was coming to pick up my order right away. At 8:16 I still hadn't received my order. Called and they said the driver was on his was but in the background I could hear the guy saying he was going to leave with it now. Cancelled my order. One was fine, but apparently someone got into a bit of a hurry on the second one and folded the pizza over when they folded over the lid. Ruined two of the slices. Not happy. We've had way too many issues with them not being able to find our apartment ( NO OTHER delivery service has had this issue), showing up with the wrong order, showing up 30 minutes - hour late, or just not showing up at all. The manager did take care of us the first incident but we should not have to direct their staff to find our apartment every time. Pizza was great, they have a drive thru to pick up your order, and their menu seems to have expanded since the last time I ate Dominos. But next time I will pay for the extra cheese, but I think it was better than the last Pizza Hut pizza I had and a lot less than the Papa Johns pizza. The company offers a 50% off coupon and then doesn't properly prepare their stores to handle the load. A small town like Wichita Falls should not have a 2 hour wait for a pizza. If there is an expected wait time of that long then the site should say something about it. Then it certainly should not say an order is ready for pickup an hour after it was placed only to find out that there will be another hour wait even though the first person I encountered said it would only be another 30 minutes. THAT WAS 30 MINUTES AGO. NOW ITS ANOTHER HOUR?!? Plus, the website consistently sucks and coupons never go in correctly and have to be changed at the store.
