The food was delicious. Our server Laci was great and very attentive. The bartender Masie was also wonderful and makes a wicked spicy Bloody Mary! While it was a little loud (you'd expect that from a sport bar) the ambiance was great. I don't understand the low ratings for this place. Normally me and my fiancé LOVE the curbside pickup for Buffalo Wild Wings. I have never once had a bad experience until tonight. I also have never been to this Buffalo Wild Wings until tonight. We figured that it would only be a few minutes wait for our pick up order. We had our newborn in the backseat thinking we timed it right and could pull in and get our food with ease. Not the case. It was not even a big order. It was just a few wings with some Mac and cheese. The website said our order would be ready by 10:30. We arrive at 10:25 and call the number THREE times with no answer. Finally get ahold of them and they say it's gonna be another 20-30 minutes for our order. We have a newborn in the backseat and this really upset me. In fact the higher prices should reflect a higher quality even though the quantity goes down for the price point. This specific BWW isn't the only one with a "I don't give a damn" attitude. They're supposed to be crispy, so mine were either not cooked long enough or maybe they waited too long to bring them out (it took slightly longer to get our food).
