My husband and I joined his cousins family for a night of watching football. The Cowboys and Longhorns were both playing. I ordered the fried cheese curds and my husband had wings. The food was delicious. Our server Laci was great and very attentive. The bartender Masie was also wonderful and makes a wicked spicy Bloody Mary! Normally me and my fiancé LOVE the curbside pickup for Buffalo Wild Wings. I have never once had a bad experience until tonight. I also have never been to this Buffalo Wild Wings until tonight. We figured that it would only be a few minutes wait for our pick up order. We had our newborn in the backseat thinking we timed it right and could pull in and get our food with ease. Not the case. It was not even a big order. It was just a few wings with some Mac and cheese. The website said our order would be ready by 10:30. We arrive at 10:25 and call the number THREE times with no answer. Finally get ahold of them and they say it's gonna be another 20-30 minutes for our order. We have a newborn in the backseat and this really upset me. I realize wings are expensive with the bird flu and all, but that does not mean the quality of the product should suffer and the attitude of the employees is excusable. In fact the higher prices should reflect a higher quality even though the quantity goes down for the price point. This specific BWW isn't the only one with a "I don't give a damn" attitude. Definitely the cleanest and nicest BWW I've ever been to. Don't think I've ever seen one with as many TV's before either. Waitresses were friendly and very punctual when I asked if a channel could be changed for me. Great service, great people, great food. Yesterday i worked 10 hours at the office and until dark on my tractor at ranch. i was on way in at 9 pm several friends text said they at BWW stop by. i was hungry, had never been there so i went. i showed up tired hungry thirsty wanting water and a Modelo. i asked my friends where the waiter was they said they had not seen him 10 minutes. i wait another 5-10 minutes guy shows up. i say "where u been?" he says "on break." i say may i have a Modelo and water please. guy leaves 10 minutes never comes back. one of my friends goes to the bar to get our drinks. another waitress comes out says my friend is getting our drinks and do we need anything else. i said, "yes can you wait on us i think our waiter no comprendes." without a word she turned around walked in. came right back out and told one of the other friends at my table we were being kicked out for using the words "no comprende." i don't care if you are white, black, orange or pink as long as you do your job. by the way the neither waiter was a mexican, not that that matters. in Texas we use no comprende often! i have great friends of ALL races. i see now why this play is empty every time i drive by and 9 out of 10 reviews are negative. i went down the street and gave the next waitress, who actually wanted to work, a $500 tip! guess reason this place not ranked in the top 100 in WF on Yelp read more
