I give 2 stars only because the customer service has always been good for me however, the pizza has gotten progressively worse to the point I'm convinced I was given a heated up frozen pizza from a grocery store. Just bad. The pizza is nice and thick. The cheese is nice stretchy and gooey. Another thing is the toppings. The toppings are thin and fresh with flavor. Even though there is no stuffed crust, the pizza is in many ways better than pizza hut. Now the garlic bites, though not long as dominoes, they are bite-sized and more than enough to share with. Even the wings. Despite not being boneless, these wings have more flavours, and more in the box than pizza hut. Domino's is overall a better choice that I'd highly recommend. read more

They could renovate this place until it looks like something from pimp my ride, give pizzas away in the street and offer to do yard work and I STILL would not order their stuff. Until they get a completely new set of workers from the manager down,(again-because the first set "don't deliver to people on my street because we have a different area code on their caller ID and we have had people rob us." What can I say? It's Domino's..... about as good as you can get for delivery pizza. But tonight we are celebrating national sandwich day. The sandwiches smell and look amazing. I have never gone wrong with Domino's before. The only reason I gave it four stars was the fact that I use the app which has a tracker. The tracker told me to dig in as my food had been delivered to my door approximately 26 minutes before it actually showed up. I wish I could give no stars. Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. When I picked it up I opened the box and the top of the pizza was covered in oil. I took three napkins full of grease and oil off the top. Took the pizza to the car gave a piece to my wife and found half the bottom of the box was soaked with grease and oil all in the center. The crust of the pizza was soaked with oil, just soggy oozing oil. Minus the piece I had removed I took it to the manager and she said that was natural. I cant believe they knowingly sell a product like this. I briefly took it back to my car and realized there was no way we could eat it and just returned it. I will never buy anything here again. This is not about the quality of the pizza it was good. This is about the way they get it to you if you chooses to do pick up, Domino's has been advertising car side delivery or there pie pass to make a easy contact free pick up but this location in Yelm has you get out call explain to them what you ordered on line and then you stand around with other people and wait for them to set it out on a table. It's time for this location to start doing what Domino's is setting up and and not just having people standing around. read more

I live in Yelm Wa. We have a few options for delivery but I always choose Domino's. My pizza is always fresh and exactly the way I order it. The drivers are always courteous and they get my orders to me in a fair amount of time. I have from time to time, also done a pick up order and the store staff is always polite and professional and very helpful. I don't see any reason to order from anywhere else. If it ain't broke, why fix it? Been a loyal customer of Domino's Pizza for about 30 years. I remember when they first came on the scene and I have stayed with them through all of their ups and down. Giving it 1 star for very poor customer service. I was second in line to order with someone else behind me. It was starting to get busy when another employee came out to help. He never asked who was next, he pointed to the guy behind me and asking if he ordered and proceeded to help him. The guy that was behind me now being helped, apologized. I've been ordering pretty regularly for about six months now. The delivery drivers are always super sweet, and I've never had a single problem. My order is always correct. The food is ok, but it consistently takes an hour (or more) for delivery to Roy, despite the 25-35 minute promise. And just be aware that if you order a salad or a pop, they will almost always forget it. And then of course it will be another 45+ minutes before they get the missing part to you. The drivers are very nice and apologetic, but this has been an ongoing problem with this location for years. If you don't mind waiting for 1-2 hours to get your food, go for it. read more

Domino's use to deliver to lake serene in Roy WA but they stopped and left everyone on lake serene to order with varsity pizza both are card board pizza but I use to spend $100 on pizza to get delivered but when I call to order again they will not come to my house so I can't get what I want. I use Dominos delivery. The pizza is always hot. The delivery person is always polite. Ordering online is much faster then calling in.

Yesterday I ordered a pizza via the Android App at about 7:40pm. By 9pm the pizza STILL had not arrived although the "pizza tracker" said it had left the store at 8:40pm A FULL HOUR after I ordered it. I called and the girl who answered the phone said they were really busy and understaffed and blah blah blah. I was curt with her because frankly I don't care. I ordered a product with the expectation I would receive it in a reasonable amount of time and I wasn't interested in hearing about the store's employee management problems. She said, "Well sir, I don't know what to tell you." I said, "Well I know what to tell you. Refund my money and keep the pizza." She said she would refund my money and I hung up with another word. (Not sure as of right now if that actually happened since I haven't had a chance to review my bank account) So, hungry and irritated I went to bed with an empty stomach only to be awoken at 9:40pm by the doorbell. Naturally it was the delivery driver who didn't get the message to cancel my order (now why would they bother telling her?) Keep in mind that she knows nothing of the cancellation and shows up and my door to deliver a pizza a FULL HOUR AFTER leaving the store with my (hot and ready I'm sure) pizza. She is very apologetic and tries to give me a 1/2 off coupon as if I ever plan to go this with them again in the future and the pizza I ordered which came out of the oven about an hour and half prior to her getting to my door. I tell her thanks but no thanks. She can keep the pizza. I lodged a complaint with corporate for all the good that does. They did get back to me within about 20 minutes explaining that the store is locally owned and that they would forward the complaint to them. Sorry If I have no faith that the local owners or managers will actually get back to me on this. Should they do so however, I will update this review with the outcome. read more

Was told sandwiches were good so stopped in. As we arrived, customer was being told - sorry wrong pizza made so you can wait - while your other 4-5 get cold.....ok errors happen. We ordered and I had to repeatedly ask if the boneless chicken had a coating...no - breading....no nothing but dipping so I asked once more and they said "just like nuggets - so I said breading? and she says "yes".....sigh. So order wings and a sandwich. Watched them call the driver back in because the order was wrong......Tracker says our order ready, we watch them place sandwich on warmer and nothing...We asked what's up as name totally disappeared and no order. We were finally told after asking 2-3 times what's up? that they made the wrong wings and just started new ones. No one came to let us know they screwed up another order. We asked for the sandwich so it could be eaten 2-3 times and they ignored us. Another driver came in and immediately started working with the orders sitting on the table We objected to lack of handwashing and worker got a bit belligerent and said she wasn't....until another worker stated the need to wash and not touch our food.
