I absolutely LOVE this place! They have a spacious dining area with plenty of tables and chairs. I always ordered online for pick up though, so I'm not actually sure when they are busy in restaurant. They do have a pretty steady number of customers for pick up and to go orders. The staff are polite and kind and provide great customer service. I've tried a few of their fruit teas with my favorites being Peach Oolong and Peach Berry Tea. My typical food order is a poke bowl with a serving of crab rangoons. My poke bowls can vary depending on my mood, but they always give me a pretty generous serving for the toppings that I choose. The crab rangoons are also delicious. I would highly recommend them, especially this Chesterfield location! read more

Chicken wings ordered were delicious but the poke bowl while beautiful, was so salty that it was inedible and a total waste of $13! The negative side to ordering on a tablet rather than in person, is that you cannot see how much sauce the staff is putting in your bowl. My husband and I have been seeing this resturant around and always wanted to try it. So, we gave it a try for lunch. The restaurant is really quiet and clean. This location has a lot of space and some tables for indoor seating. We used the self-order kiosk to place our to-go order. The kiosk is pretty simple and easy to use. I ordered a 2 protein rice bowl with brown rice, lettuce, crab salad, shrimp, salmon, mangos, ginger with eel and sweet Thai sauce. You can pick up to 12 add-ins and 2 sauces. My husband ordered a 2 protein rice bowl with white rice, lettuce, shrimp, chicken, seaweed salad, crab salad, yum yum sauce and eel sauce. The bowls were total delicious. My husband loved his and my 7 yr old son finished his and asked for more. Mine was great also, however, I wanted my Salmon a little more done so I cooked the Salmon, Shrimp and Ginger a bit before I ate it. Now, I love ginger in drinks but have never had it in food. It was a bit much for me so I ended up taking it out but otherwise it was amazing. We are totally going to eat here again. We also tried one of their strawberry smoothies. We added the crystal candies in it. The Takoyaki was the worst I have ever had. Their Ramen will come out in a non food safe (as I saw nothing on said container that stated otherwise) plastic bowl. What a waste of food, miney and time. The restroom was dirty, one roll of mostly gone toulet paper in three stals in the womens room. Counters were dirty. I DO NOT reccomend this place. I will not be back. Unfortunately we had already had dinner & wanted to check out the menu. We were told that their menu is virtual so we left & looked them up in line from home. Tonight we set a course, destination Domoishi. Here's the part where they lost a star from me: We walked in to an almost empty dining area, no greeting or even acknowledgement. We approached the counter, more of the same. We located the "menu" tablet & began our self guided tour of ordering. Now that was a clunky ordering system (kind of like ordering at WaWa, but not as user friendly). We sat down & waited. The only indication our food was done was the person behind the counter holding up a to-go bag and making eye contact for the first (& only) time during our visit. We sat back down and started pulling our Poké out of the bag. Now, here's where they earned what would've been 5 stars were it not for the "service": the food presentation, Beautiful. The food flavor, on point. Between the two of us we had a Matcha Latte and a classic That Tea, both were tasty. We will definitely be back... for the food. I got a Shrimp Poke bowl, Amber Boba, Shrimp Ramen and the Takoyaki. The Takoyaki is my absolute favorite thing from here. My husband always gets a Tuna poke bowl and the soy sauce Korean wings. Everything that we have gotten from here has been pretty good, there has been one occasion where the fish eggs in the poke bowl were bad and it made me sick because I didn't notice in time but that was about a year ago. The poke bowl is very fresh, which made it that much more delicious. The pork bao bun was meh...I've definitely had better. I will probably not order that again. The bulgogi bun was ok. The bulgogi itself was really good but the bao buns are not fresh so that reduces the taste for the overall bun. Overall I still rate it a 4 because the service is self order and it's pretty fast. The have some tables to eat but the ambiance is not very inviting. This may be due to people doing more to go orders than eating in. I tried the garlic soy wings and they were so delicious... i would def go back... i couldn't take a pic because i inhaled them so fast... and i shared with a coworker... that was the wrong choice because i wanted all of them because they were cooked perfectly and tasted soooo good... The ramen bowl on the other hand... it was not good... it was bland.. the boiled eggs were white on the top and a weird brownish greyish color and i wasn't about to eat that... i got the crab and shrimp in it and it was really a waste of money... i really just paid like $15 for this and it was not good... the ramen at home with butter and adobo was much better than this... but hey.... So for food 5/5. I read the reviews about bad service but I've only ever done takeout so I can't comment much on that. I love their poke bowls, gyoza, and every boba tea I've had so far. I have loved every poke bowl I've gotten- maybe 3 now. And boba probably like 10. Great toppings, fresh fish, and I feel the price is very reasonable. I get more toppings and food from their poke bowl then the ones I buy pre-made at wegmans and they cost less. Can't speak to dine in service but my takeout has always been on point. read more

Found this place while I was in the area on googlemaps. Decided to go in as I LOVE ramen and the other closest one to me in Petersburg is in Richmond. So I decided to stop in around 3. One lone lady working. Only a few customers. I did my order through the takeout area which I didn't notice at first when I walked in. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with extra eggs and Beef Gyoza. Apparently you can't eat inside the restaurant as there were only two tables with chairs and when you put the order in it says takeout only. Once they allow you to sit inside and eat I may go back, but transporting ramen 25 minutes away wasn't the best for the food. I also wouldn't get the Gyoza again, it was a bit too crispy for my liking. Food was decent though, for transporting 25 minutes. Would def. eat again! read more

Have tried about six different teas- my wife's favorite is the signature amber which is thick and substantial, but for a lighter milk tea I'd recommend house milk tea. read more

Well since my post was deleted off of Facebook, let me explain again the deplorable service I received. And please understand that if I do not hear from a manager, I will be contacting the better business bureaus and posting on Yelp and Google where you you will not be able to delete my review. The service I received at this restraint was far and above the worst I have received. I was never greeted, the cashier never looked up from or hell even hid that she was using her phone, and just proceeded to order hoping she'd hear me. Miracle of miracle she did but then turned around and walked away without telling me when to expect my order or anything. Finally an answer and leave until the time is up. I come back, she see me, hears the door chime, says nothing and walks into the back where she stays while I yell loudly trying to get someone to come to the front. I've been waiting for this restaurant to open and the service was worse than anything I've ever experienced. Then tonight, I went back to the store and was told the manager was only there on Wednesdays (only store I've been to that only has a manager one day ) but I will be back. Please understand that if I do not hear from a manager regarding this issued I will be pursuing further action and will actively campaign to have no eat at this establishment. There is no reason for this service when your restaurant can't turn a goddamn phone on (btw, your chef argued with me about the phone number I had while listening to you voicemail on speaker phone and attempted to tell me I wasn't calling the right numbe) and you have ZERO customers in your store other than myself. I'm sorry but throwing raw fish in a bowl of rice is not rocket science and should not be that difficult and should not be this much of a hassle.
