I had spicy miso ramen, my wife had the marinated tuna poke bowl. Hers was good, but way too much tobiko. The ramen was good overall, the broth was tasty and the char siu was pretty nice. But the noodles were very overcooked and soft, not at all chewy. And the "ramen egg" was half an egg, fully hardboiled, the yolk was not at all jammy or runny. And if you pay $1 extra for an extra egg, you only get another half an egg. This is not explicitly stated in the online ordering portal, so I was disappointed to receive half of what was promised. We'll probably come back, as there's not anything better that's closer. But it'd be nice if these things could be improved. read more

They were a bit busy when I arrived on a Friday evening, & ordering was a bit chaotic with people standing around waiting on there food/drinks. But the inside is very clean, you can tell it's brand new. The staff was nice but I do think they need to work on there ordering system & who is doing what role. They seemed a bit confused during the rush. Food : ordered the Hula w/ brown rice, which was delicious. It was a good combination of Shrimp, Green Onion, Cucumber, Crab Stick, Avocado, Masago, OG Sauce, Sriracha Aioli, Coconut Ginger & decent portion. Also ordered a High Tide which seemed to be a lot less of a portion than my other order. Nonetheless, Everything seemed fresh and presentation of the food was very similar to what was picture. Also got a strawberry bubble tea..yum!! Would def like to try additional flavors. Overall... I will be returning to try the ramen next :) Hopefully on a less busier day. read more

This place is a new style business in a nice shopping center. We were happy to be able to get poke during our stay. The inside is fine, a few too many paper print outs on the front door and around which is tacky. Service was fine, I'm so grateful the girl told me items that were an upcharge. Food and price is where I have to lower the rating. Two bowls were nearly $30 and primarily they were rice/sides. You only get one protein and if you want more it's $4. I don't eat raw fish, but this place offers several bowls with cooked seafood and chicken. After trying my first bowl, I was hooked--I ended up coming back several times in the same week. The food is delicious, and the service is quick and friendly. It's also a quiet spot, perfect for dining in or grabbing food to go. The only downside? I love poke but this places-charges for everything that other Poke places do not up charge (like masago and crab stick- not crab salad but just a stick). I got the spicy salmon. When I asked the person could not Tell me what their spicy sauce was made from. I would not recommend unless you love eating straight up Gochujang. I do not recommend. Staff was nice. read more

This spot is located in the strip in front of Chuy's. It has a seating area but while we were there, most were doing take out. You can pick signature bowls or make your own bowl. The line is "chipotle" type where you pick what you want and you can see it through the window as they make it. The ingredients are fresh and may combination was really good and spicy. read more

Went for first time today with my wife, son and future DIL. The DIL is a poke lover. The bowls were fresh and tasty. I got the Maui bowl and the others made their own. The size is deceptive - very filling but does not make you feel stuffed. Wife got a boba tea and we also got some mochi's ( for desert). Staff were helpful and very friendly. Ate lunch here with my wide around 1245pm on a Saturday. Not busy. Restaurant is clean inside and out. Staff is very polite and helpful. Prices are fair for quality and portions. Everything is fresh. We both HD bowls and enjoyed sharing. The drinks are bottled drunks out of the cooler. Decent variety but no foundation drinks. Our combo was tasty. I love poke and could not wait for this place to open. I ordered the Utah bowl and was completely underwhelmed. The rice is plain cooked rice and not sushi style rice. The small amount of fish did not taste fresh and more like it was just thawed out fish. Topping and sauce was just ok. For the price, I'm not sure I would try this place again. I found it pretty underwhelming for the price. The bowls are mostly rice with very little fish. The seaweed salad also has a large lettuce base with just a bit of actual seaweed salad on top, which I found odd. I was expecting just seaweed. They also charge extra for certain toppings like avocado and soy sauce. Poke Bros is the best poke spot around the area! I consider myself a poke connoisseur after living in Hawaii for a bit (have to show my street creds) and its hard to find a decent Poke spot on the mainland that focuses on quality fish over unnecessary toppings. I mean toppings are ok, but as long as the rice, fish, sauce and crunchies are quality, its hard to go wrong. The fish was fresh and they actually give you an appropriate amount, major! Went this past Saturday and it was a bright and clean new place with very friendly service. As someone who recently went to Hawaii we have had a lot of experience with eating Poke. We only tired the poke, we were not sure what to expect but all 3 of agreed this was good poke. The spicy tuna was very spicy which was a good surprise.
