Irecently ate here and had a really bad experience. I ordered shrimp tacos and found a penny inside one of them. Thankfully I noticed before eating it, but it was honestly disgusting and concerning. What made the situation worse was that there was no manager available, only workers, and it took a long time just to replace the taco. There didn't seem to be any urgency or concern about the situation. Finding a coin inside food is already unacceptable, but the way it was handled made the experience even more disappointing. Hopefully the restaurant improves its food safety, cleanliness, and customer service because no customer should go through that. read more

Decided to give this a place try. Place was empty, didn't think much of it. Ordered some chips and salsa which was okay, not the best but obviously okay. Then came the ceviche which after a few bites seemed okay but realizing it was just horrible. There was no flavor and it was warm. The service was horrible too. I drive back-and-forth between Las Vegas and Orange County every week, stopped in Corona for something unrelated and decided to look for the best tacos in Corona on Yelp. Arrived at that destination and noticed next door is a ceviche bar. Love me some great ceviche, what a wonderful refreshing treat for the drive home. Vast menu choices, I opted for simple cooked shrimp ceviche. I was the only person in there. As I was waiting for my order I looked around. Love the decor! I can imagine it gets so noisy and raucous at night. Probably a fun hang out. my order came pretty quickly, however I was dismayed that it came in a simple Styrofoam tray that would leak if I don't hold it upright. Bummer, that means I can't eat it on the way home. I did pull over in the parking lot and tasted it but knew I could not eat it while driving. It looks fabulous, lots of shrimp, lots of avocado, lots of tomato and cucumber, beautifully prepared and so inviting. I had ordered medium spicy, however that was even a little too hot for my gringa mouth, so after about six huge bites my mouth was screaming. I have to put it away until I get home, where I will add a lot more lemon and lime juice and I think I have some shrimp broth too to cut the heat. Will definitely order super mild next time. So I think this will become a regular stop on my way back home to Las Vegas. Next time I will order super mild, and I will bring my own to-go container that is more of a bowl to eat out of. Do NOT come to this restaurant. The service was incredibly rude. All the women that worked there were avoidant of me and my friend. It was the first time for us going to this toxic restaurant and the waitress that served us originally did not explain that chips and salsa weren't complimentary. For our first time, it would of been nice to be given a notice and for future use to not have charged us since we didn't know without telling us before we ordered. Very poor customer service on the waitress end. We were helped by 4 other women. I repeatedly asked for a to go container but with no acknowledgment, I had to get up to have been noticed to be helped out just because I wanted to get out of there. I really wouldn't recommend this place and to be weary of the rude staff. My friend wasn't pleased with her food either. It tasted like overly sweet pieces of fat that smelled like it went bad.
