Repair cost 800$ . No big deal I thought, three days later I got my truck back . Arranged to get off of work early and pick up the truck ; drove it home ( literally less than 3 miles away ) and it was still leaking oil . Wondered how that could be possible ? Nobody checked the work ? Called and discussed that I the oil leak wasn't fixed and notably worse . All of the brackets that originally held my transmission lines were now replaced with zip ties . Took the truck BACK in for the second try . They informed me it was now the oil pan . They assured me it would be fixed this time, 100% . I made a big stink because now they were quoting me an additional 400$ . I take it to a mechanic because they're professionals, if I wanted to chunk parts at my truck to figure out what was wrong with it I would've done it myself . I got the oil pan replaced from their recommendation . . 400$ Later I got the truck back and drove it home ? Still leaking oil . This is a massive leak by now . . They've fingered my oil pan and rear main seal at this point which didn't fix the problem . . I'm 1200$ in . I take it back a THIRD TIME, they finally replace the cam position sensor gasket ( a 6$ part ) and it fixed the problem . They were super hard to deal with, very unpleasant . I lost my truck for 3-4 days each time they decided they were going to play around with it . Terrible place !!

Those needing repairs beware!! I needed a dent repair for my car, I had about 6 days to get it done. As I was leaving to go out of town for several weeks. I let Richard know about my tight timeframe and reiterated over and over that it was okay if he could not get it done in that amount of time, and I could come back in a few weeks. I wanted it to be done correctly. He insured me that he could get it done in that time frame. When I dropped my vehicle off he told me it should be a quick/simple dent repair + paint touch up and quoted me $500. He told me that if anything (price/manor in which he would be able to get the dent out) changed while he was starting on the car, he would reach back out before moving forward with the work. I do not hear from him all week, so I assumed that all went well and there would be no changes from what he originally told me. That day that I am supposed to pick up my vehicle rolls around and I still have not heard from him. I reached out and asked him if my car was complete and he told me I would need to pick it up the following morning (the day that I was leaving to go out of town). Feeling uncomfortable, I replied asking him what was left to be done on the car and if the paint was not done to please not complete that part, as I knew it would not have enough time to dry. He ignored my questions and said that I could pick it up early the following morning. When I go to pick up my vehicle the next morning he was still working on the car, and then tells me that he had to take parts of my car apart to repair the dent. This is something I specifically asked him not to do. He then tells me that it will be $800 instead of the $500. I refused to pay anything more than the $500, as he had previously told me he would be reaching back out if there were any increases to the price or change to him method. He asked me to look over my car, it was dusty from the work and sitting in his shop so I did not notice anything immediately. Once I brought the car home and cleaned it off, there were several things needing fixed. Paint residue on my windshield, unfinished paint work, and multiple scratches on my windshield. I have asked for a refund, as all of things will now cost me more than what I paid him for this work, but Richard has ignored my texts and refusing to refund me for his mistakes. I now know that he waited until the last minute to get started on the work, had to rush, which created several mistakes in the process.
