We had a Ram TRX; bad build quality seat came apart under 2K miles and BAD paint quality and poor service department. they told me that a part of the trim on the window pillar that was coming off after a few hundred miles, the gal told me to bring in and paint match on my dime. We had a 392 jeep broke down on the freeway with 1200 miles. the RHO is the worst. had it now for 10 months can't go more that 300 miles without it breaking down. all computers have been replaced. tail gate downs work right. door locks work when they want too. auto start breaks or starts and turns right or. key fob works when it feels like it. truck constantly is in the show. at this Pont it's been in the shop or broken waiting for a tow truck more days out of the 6 out of the 10 months then I've been able to drive it. it's currently in the shop for the 4th time staying there over 30 days. do yourself a big favor don't but a Jeep, dodge or a ram and stay away, it would be cheaper to have your kid hit you with a baseball bat. There are a few folks at the dealer that were great but were unable to help with the issue: James, josh and martin. thanks for trying but everyone else in the Crysler Corp is a dumpster fire avoid them unless you like to wait on hold and pay a time of money for garbage and then get the run around.

They have a base salary and are paid an additional amount per car, which scales depending on how many they've sold. In addition, the brands they sell incentivize employees to sell new vehicles by giving them commission after a certain number -- which means that sales staff makes a lot more money if they sell you a new car than a used one, especially if they can sign you up for a subscription service at the same time (which they'll likely do at least the free version of even if you decline, so go ahead and prepare to have your driving data sold to insurance companies). Most of the sales people are okay, as are the customer-facing service people. But the finance managers will definitely go to great lengths to pressure you into buying things you don't need and can get much more cheaply elsewhere, and the managers will do things like (real example I witnessed in the Subaru building, from their current manager) find out a customer's name, internet stalk them to find out the value of their house, and then pass onto the sales staff the customer's probable net value before inserting themselves into the customer's conversation to extract the same information from the customer. (I don't know why they do this, though I have theories. Made my skin creep.) My recommendation: if you just *have* to buy a new car here: figure out exactly the one you want ahead of time, go to AJ in the Subaru building (he appears to be truly honest) and flatly refuse to see anyone else, even if you want a new Chevy or something (they'll try to pass you on, but they won't pass on a sale), pay cash, and tell the finance manager you'll walk out if he tries to sell you anything. If you need a used car, buy it privately and take it to a mechanic to get it checked over; you'll pay double at this place. (So basically, same advice as if you went to any other dealership.)

Then the vehicle would not stay started for more than 3 minutes at a time. I went in numerous times to have them reset it to 15 minute intervals as 3 minutes doesn't help much in our winters. After a few months of having it put in the horn started malfunctioning. My horn will randomly start going off while I am driving. As per many sources this is​ because of the remote start not being compatible with the vehicle. I have been in to Don K many times for them to fix the timing issues with no solution. They refuse to acknowledge the horn issue and I am now paying for another shop to remove the remote start that Don K installed and install a different one. ​

I originally decided not to leave this review when I purchased my truck about a year ago, but after…read moremy most recent experience, I feel obligated to share what has happened. When I originally came to pick up my approximately $35,000 truck, I was told it was being detailed. I waited more than two hours for it to return. When it finally came back, a 17-year-old was driving it and a Copper Mountain drink had been spilled in my cupholders. The ceramic coating I was expecting had also not been completed. When I complained to my salesperson about the condition of my supposedly freshly detailed vehicle, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do because the driver was the detailing company owner's son. I ended up taking the truck home and cleaning the sticky mess myself. Unfortunately, my experience since then hasn't improved. The truck was provided to me with two key fobs. I only used one after purchasing it, and I'll acknowledge that I should have tested both before leaving the dealership. I trusted that when a dealership handed me two keys with the vehicle, both were functional. I recently discovered that the second fob does not work. I have now taken the truck to a professional automotive locksmith, who attempted multiple times to program the second fob using professional programming equipment. The truck would not recognize it. I paid $140 for those attempts and still have only one functioning key. I contacted Corwin about the fob and ultimately spoke with a sales manager. Rather than even inspecting the fob or vehicle, I was told, "I'm not just gonna go hand out keys to customers, especially if it's been a year." I understand that a year has passed, and I accept responsibility for not testing both fobs immediately. However, I'm not asking the dealership to replace a key that I lost or damaged. I'm asking them to address a second fob that they supplied with the truck and that apparently was never functional with the vehicle in the first place. What made the situation even more frustrating is that I don't live locally. After contacting the dealership, I drove approximately six hours because I was told this couldn't be handled over the phone. After making that trip, I was initially told the salesperson who sold me the vehicle was unavailable and that I would need to return another day. When I eventually reached management, they refused to address the fob because approximately a year had passed. I also experienced problems with CarPlay and OnStar within roughly two months of purchasing the truck, which I subsequently learned were not covered by the warranty I purchased. I have tried repeatedly to resolve these issues rather than immediately leaving a negative review. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales side of this dealership has left me extremely disappointed. Their quick-service technicians have been the one positive part of my experience, and I want to give them credit for that. But based on my experiences with the sales department and how this most recent issue was handled, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle here. If you do purchase here, I strongly recommend verifying every key, accessory, electronic feature, promised service, and warranty item before leaving the dealership.

The salesperson explicitly stated they "checked the convertible top fuse and it was good," framing the roof issue as a minor, innocent electrical mystery. I negotiated a purchase price that fairly reflected the vehicle's cosmetic state and the assumption of a standard electrical repair for the roof. I willingly signed an "As-Is" agreement based entirely on those specific disclosures. 2. The Discovery of Mechanical Sabotage Upon taking the vehicle home and performing a professional, multi-hour manual teardown to diagnose the top, I discovered severe, undisclosed structural damage. The entire underlying roof assembly, linkages, bows, and hinges are physically bent and snapped beyond repair-requiring a $10,000 retail replacement. Furthermore, I discovered that the top's interior switch and hydraulic system had been deliberately disconnected. This was not normal wear-and-tear; the system was physically bypassed to prevent the roof from moving, which actively concealed the twisted and broken structural metal frame from being discovered during a standard pre-purchase inspection. 3. Unjust Enrichment and the Arbitration When I confronted the dealership with the diagnostic photos of the bent and broken frame, hinges and linkages, they admitted they already had an active wholesale arbitration case open with the selling agent regarding this vehicle's defects -a critical piece of legal and mechanical history they actively withheld from me during the sales process. The dealership then requested my personal diagnostic photos to submit to the auction. They successfully used my labor to secure a $1,500 payout from the auction to make themselves whole. However, when it came to resolving the issue with me, they attempted to pocket the auction money, hide behind Montana's "As-Is" laws to protect their profit, and refused to provide a fair retail remedy to fix the $5,000 structural deficit they delivered. When I requested a fair retail remedy to fix the $5,000 structural deficit (using my own labor and a used salvaged roof), the dealer retaliated by rescinding all offers entirely. They are now pocketing the auction's $1,500 payout-money they only received because of my diagnostic labor-and leaving me completely empty-handed with a broken car. Conclusion An "As-Is" clause is designed to protect a dealership from unknown mechanical wear; it is not a legal license to misrepresent a vehicle's history, hide active legal disputes, or sell a vehicle with a bypassed, structurally compromised frame. Because the dealership has refused to provide a fair settlement to make this vehicle whole, formal complaints for material misrepresentation and deceptive business practices have been filed with the Montana Department of Justice Office of Consumer Protection and the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) Dealer Licensing Bureau.
