Trying to move forward, I asked what he specialized in, and he said he'd "come up with something." I agreed--but very clearly stated: no rum, because my body does not react well to it. After watching him make drinks for people who ordered after me, he eventually handed me a cocktail I never even saw him prepare. That already raised a flag. I took a few sips, and sure enough--my stomach immediately started reacting the exact way it does when I've had rum. When I asked what alcohol he used, he said, "I don't even know." That response alone tells you everything you need to know. At that point, I reminded him I specifically said no rum. Instead of taking accountability, he tried to argue and backtrack. Let me be clear--when a customer tells you not to use a specific liquor, you don't ignore it, guess, or "forget." That's basic service and basic respect. This situation completely threw off my evening, as I had plans afterward and ended up feeling sick. To make matters worse, I reached out to management and received no response. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. At the end of the day, this wasn't just a bad drink--it was careless service. This staff does not prioritize customer care, and that's a problem. If you choose to visit, be very direct, pay close attention, and don't assume your requests will be respected.

I liked their cheese sticks, but the house salad with salmon was lacking flavor. No one at the table seemed to love their food. A few ordered pasta, wings and differing apps. Overall, we enjoyed the music selection that the djay played and the vibes were good. They required a large deposit for reservations, but it seemed like there were plenty of empty seats available and ease to walk in and sit either at the bar or at a table without one. Everything tasted great, and you can tell they put care into the preparation. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is due to a couple of issues. I asked for my steak medium, but it came out well done, and there was a hair in my mashed potatoes. That said, the way the staff handled it really impressed me. They were extremely apologetic and quickly replaced my entire meal without hesitation. The second steak actually came out even better than the first.
