The staff was attentive, communicative, and efficient I dealt directly with Annabelle she provided excellent customer service with a smile on her face and eagerness to help... We love this store so much! We have bought several rings, earrings and watches here. They are always very nice and professional plus they always have fun personalities. My son never leaves the store with out a balloon and a sucker. My husband has bought several watches here and they always make sure whatever he buys is perfect. One time he really wanted a watch that had a scratch, they ordered a new one and had it delivered with in a few days. This last visit on the evening of 11/24/2018 was a great experience. We wanted to up grade my ring to something with a few more diamonds. With lots of patience from the sales woman Adriana, we were able to find a ring that was an up grade plus that was my style, I don't like flashy but I wanted a bit more then I already had. The manager was more then great in helping us in any way she could with the coupons and sales. I didn't get her name but she was AMAZING with making sure we were treated right. We were able to trade in my old ring that I have had for the last 5 years and put it towards the new ring and with her help our payments didn't go any higher. There is a reason we always shop here. The employees have never been rude or made us feel less then like other places. We will continue to shop at Don Roberto because the atmosphere is friendly, pleasant, and they have a willingness to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Went shopping at Vintage Faire Mall with my 8 year old granddaughter and we purchased a small toy that needed a battery installed, so needing a tiny screwdriver to open the battery compartment I figured a jewelry store might have one. My granddaughter and I walked into Don Roberto's and were met by Celeste who could not have been any more helpful. Not only did she check to see if they has the proper tool but she found it then opened the toy and placed the battery in it and then closed it, all with the biggest smile! My suggestion for anyone looking for great customer service from a truly remarkable person do yourself a favor and go see Celeste.
