!!! THEY MODIFIED MY ENGAGMENT RING WITHOUT MY PERMISSION !!!! I spoke to the manager, Raul, weeks after ordering our two rings. The jeweler wanted to change the design of my ring. Told him that I didn't want anything changed. He assured me nothing would be changed. BUT TODAY, I went in to see my ring and saw they had significantly changed the design of my ring. They removed diamonds, gold accents, and put a larger center stone in the center ( Which I did not want). Now they are refusing to give us a refund. They want us to accept a ring they redesigned without our authorization. Mind you, we paid more than $3,000 for the ring. After suffering more unprofessionalism from the manager, he finally agreed to give us store credit for the amount we paid . STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! read more

She was very knowledgeable on all the rings we were looking at, giving us detailed facts about the natural and lab grown diamonds. My experience was the worse I have encountered at a jewelry store. This is the first time going to Kevin's Jewelers. My husband bought me some diamond earrings. The first day I wore then the backing feel off. I took them back and let them know that I wanted screw on backings. After a few weeks send out I received the earrings. I got home and one of the diamonds was loose. Not sure why they would let something go to the client that's loose. So I took it back again. After 5 weeks to have is fixed and an appraisal. I finally went to go pick them up and they wrote down on the paper that the backings needed to be tightened not the loose diamond! So they sent it out again. So I have had my earrings for a total of 3 days since Christmas. That means they have been in the shop for 49 days. This is not how you run a business. I will never be coming here again. read more

Great customer service! However, cheaply made jewelry. My husband bought my wedding ring 2/22, I didn't wear it til 7/22. By 1/23 two diamonds fell out. We didn't by the warranty, so we had to pay $180. That's fine. But now it 5/23, three diamonds are now gone. They said sorry but you didn't buy the warranty. BIG PROS AND CONS PRO Ricardo (Ricky)was the sales associate that graciously helped me. He was so amazingly kind, patient, attentive, and genuine. From the second I stepped in he was right there to help in a soft and non pushy way. Mind you I looked messy and I'm 30yrs old but look early 20's so people don't tend to take me seriously. I appreciate him not trying to up sale me Or pretend to be over superior. He did everything to appease my wants without an issue. There's nothing more annoying when a sales rep acts like a request is the end of the world. If I wanted it sized, color change, or changed my mind a 100x's it was a no problem attitude which I love. And I changed my mind on three different pieces so his patience and non pressure attitude was top notch. His demeanor was natural and I appreciated that. Grade A people skills and all around very helpful. That store is extremely lucky to have him and feel like he'd strive in any work setting. He can use me anytime as a work reference! CON Laurah on the other hand made my experience extremely uncomfortable. I had found the ring that I wanted to purchase and was ready to go over finance options. I asked Ricky what was the best deal he could do for me and Laurah rolled her eyes, scuffed, then mumbled something. Ricky Said let me see what I can do for you and then got me a better deal. Then he was explaining the different payment options and Laurah kept interrupting asking if I had made a decision on a payment plan while I was still getting info on it. She then said I'll just write it down so you can understand it, then came back with the different options without prices...I told her it would be helpful if she wrote down the prices. Then she went back to her computer and again let out a big sigh of frustration. She was smacking her gum so loud I couldn't concentrate on anything Once I chose how I wanted to finance the ring, I needed to finalize the size and color. She was getting irritated and again kept interrupting Ricky while he was sizing my finger asking if we had made a decision while he literally had the sizing tool on my finger explaining the differences between the sizes I was having trouble with. Then I said I would like gold because I don't like silver at which she replied very rudely that's not silver it's white gold. I decided on gold and was trying to figure out the best fit between 3 different sizes before I could even confirm what size I wanted she made a decision without my permission/confirmation and put it in the system which was really unprofessional and rude. She check me out and instead of going over my receipt, it was left in the envelope on the counter so I took it out to review. Ricky kindly stepped in to go over my receipt with me but of course Laurah impatiently interrupted him and said will you close at least half of the gates? He said yes I will and then proceeded to go over the rest of My receipt. She then started to nudged him with the keys and held them up next to him while he was trying to finish up going over the details. He took the keys and thanked us for coming in. As we proceeded to leave he gifted us with a jewelry cleaner which I thought was a nice touch. If it wasn't for Ricky I would have walked out without anything, but I didn't want him or myself to miss out because of someone else's terrible behavior. Lastly not a big deal but another sales associate tried to up sale me on a different piece while I was deciding on my piece which was kind of annoying but he cleaned my sisters ring so that was nice. So over all I'm grateful for all Rickys help to pick my new beautiful piece and even though my experience was tainted by Laurah unprofessionalism and impatient behavior I'm very excited for my gorgeous new piece that's suited perfectly for me. read more

This place deserves zero stars. Save the headaches and shop elsewhere. I have had a ring from here for less than 2 years and had to take it in at least 6 times, probably more, for missing stones. They finally sent it to corporate and within a week of getting it back after them having it for 5 weeks the same stone corporate just put in fell out again. Now they have my ring again at corporate for WEEKS and nothing is being done. The worst customer service, Laura is rude and so unprofessional. I've asked for a call from the district manager, store manager and corporate because she refuses to help and no one above her will call back. She is the absolute worst. They sell cheap faulty jewelry that falls apart and take zero accountability. Shop at a reputable jewelry store that takes care of their customers. read more

Then when I go back to see what they can do to help me is send it back with no guarantee it will not happen again or basically sell it aback you them at a fraction of the cost it was for me to buy it originally!!!!! I wish I could give this place negative stars. The customer service was horrible. Out of the 6 people I had to deal with only 1 was truly kind and had excellent customer service. I wish I had her name. Unfortunately the same can't be said about who helped me. She was rude and put out. At one point she even stopped to take a bite of something she was eating rather then continue to help. I had to call back to follow through with issues they should have resolved for me. The main store actually wanted me to drive to Visalia or further to fix their mistakes. When I took my watch into a watch repair store, (which by the way was brand new and should have worked) I was told that the pins weren't even the correct ones. This has been a pretty bad experience and the employees were not customer service based.
