He's given me a necklace and a bracelet. And both of the chains broke. On my necklace they melted the metals together and it was a huge chunk of melted metal (a huge eye sore) and my bracelet broke after getting it back, it broke a week later. My husband bought a weddi g ring and when he went in to get it (the day they said it would be ready) they said it wont be ready until another 2 weeks. No one thought to call and let us know that it won't be in.( switched jewelers) my wedding rings prongs are dipped in rose gold. Boom another 800 dollars. Few months later the big main diamond is loose. They tighten it but also burn my prongs black. (NO I DID NOT INVEST $800 FOR MY PRONGS TO BE BLACK!!!!) My rose gold prongs are holding two small black diamonds. It makes the rose gold stand out. NOT GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SALINAS STORE EVER AGAIN!!! ***UPDATE*** I went in to get my mandatory semi-annual inspection, in order to keep my ifetime guarantee warranty. I walked in and was greeted within seconds (1 or none customers at this time.) I explained I was there to have the inspection..... fast forward... I asked the guy to polish. He informed me it would have to be sent in and take two weeks. I said, "fine just one more thing..." he began to say, "I'll make a note to leave the prongs rose gold." HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!!!!! I still proceeded with the purchase. after all was said and done the watch given to me had a cracked crystal. was told the watch would get a new crystal rest of the watch was in acceptable condition . Months later, they instead brought me a different watch. I knew because there were other markings on the bezel that the first watch didn't have. they took it back and didn't get me another watch till over a year later. I was called for a service I took my watch in as it wasn't keeping time or functioning properly. they then told me to take it in to Rolex instead so it gets proper service. I went to a Rolex authorized dealer in my area and they quoted me 1,000+. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received with the company over all.
