So I was starving for some chili rellenos and came across this spot. They had some good reviews and quick delivery. The food was still hot when I received it and super tasty. I rarely enjoy red salsa but there's had a meaty, smoky flavor that was so darn good. The green salsas were also amazing with the freshest chips ever. Now the food was exactly what I wanted. I never even got to the food because the customer service was so horrible. I do food reviews and a person referred me to this place. so, I placed an online order via their website. I get a text confirmation my order has been placed it would be ready shortly so I went to pick it up First, thing the female at the front did not even acknowledge me for a good 6-8 minutes bagging orders and giving another person their order. so she finally ask me what did I order and had an Ipad with my order pulled up. so she's looking at my order while telling me that some of what I'm giving her is wrong. I can see my name but the way the iPad was situated I couldn't see my order details. so I'm like let me see what I ordered or tell me what I ordered my order has already been paid for and she wants me to show her my order and keep saying we have to see every dasher confirmation.but you literally showed me my order now you acting like I'm a thief? I have a unique name so she even confirmed it was my order. she states for all Dashers this what we have to do. I told her i ordered on the website. again I remind her I'm not a dasher and my order is paid in full. so I ask her what's my order. she refuses to tell me and says if I can't show her the order per all dashers. by this point the small room of customers are looking at her like ma'am why are you being difficult just give her her order she paid for it. Another customer then told her and she told the lady I was being difficult so I abruptly told her to cancel the order because it was acting as if I was a theif and a dasher stealing food and I don't spend my money anywhere I'm being disrespected or discriminated against. I ask to speak to a manager she said she was the manager but was fumbling a refund and actually losing money. I will never go back and unless you want to be frustrated; don't waste your time. what a horrible way to do business. Mr. Bland enjoyed everything about the beef stew/soup. All day on the stove full flavor. No bones in the delicious non fatty meat chunks. Nice chunks of big veggies. Onions and lots of cilantro on the side. Not spicy/hot. My red and green wet shredded beef burrito was my personal preference dream of a burrito. I asked for "everything". They open early, and their breakfast burrito is a winner. We go there for lunch at least twice a month, because the food is always terrific, fresh, tasty and the service is fast. One wall is all windows to look out at traffic and planes landing at N. Las Vegas Airport in the distance. The staff is friendly, and we'll keep going back. I'm giving this place the high rating because our meal here was perfect! First things first, it's a basic quick meal kind of place but it has an inviting atmosphere to it. Plenty of room to maneuver, chairs are sturdy and comfortable for wide and large bodies like mine. We ordered a selection of tacos, including Asada, Chicken, ground beef, chorizo and shredded beef. We also ordered two pork tamales drowned in red chile sauce. Most of the tacos were street style, that is two soft small corn tortillas with meat topped with green onions and cilantro. We tried hard shelled shredded beef tacos which were larger and just as tasty. There's a salsa bar with great selections of sauce but whew they were SPICY! Unless you have the digestive tract of a fire truck, watch out for these little fire bombs! Finally, we ordered chips and I showed the party how to squeeze lime juice over the chips then add salt for flavourful tortilla chips. The table loved them. This place is clean, it's roomy, the wait staff was super nice and generous and I'm gonna try to get back here before I have to leave. Enjoy yourselves! read more

Best Chillaquilles for take out in town I've found (so far). So good and flavorful. Just wish they mixed in the huevo in with everything else. Beans are pretty good too, not amazing, but good. We also tried the chorizo con huevo, which was less amazing. Not that much flavor truthfully, needs more of a bite. The corn tortillas are ok, as well. Service was fast and friendly. I do wish they served posole though. Would have been a better combo with our chillaquilles. Will try lunch options next time I'm there, maybe Chile relleno. Til then, stick with the chillaquilles.
