Horrible service, messed up my entire order. Got the incorrect pizza entirely for one. And one had multiple items it shouldn't have. Called and sent pictures and they tried to accuse me of adding the items to the pizza after I got it? But it was items melted under the cheese and into the cheese. It would have been entirely impossible to make happen. I can't unmelt cheese. read more

Ordered a margherita pizza for drive thru pickup. When I got home And opened the box I was shocked. I drove back to Donatos and showed them the pizza. They didn't seem as shocked as I but they gave me a refund. I wonder if someone in the kitchen was high or drunk. I emailed Donatos corporate but never got a response. I just want to put it out there that I ordered a pizza, salad, and breadsticks today from this location and everything was perfect in the order. It was ready in less than 20 mins. Pizza is good, salad is good, they remembered my condiments I ordered, a fork and napkins. It's the day after thanksgiving and it appears to be one dude working there by himself today. Garbage. Order at 9pm. On line and you think it would be easy. Sub sandwich Big Don Italian was more like Tiny John No Meat on my Sub Disaster. On top of the two guys working forget the Ham!! The pizza I ordered was bad. Their food seems to have no taste. They location needs lots of help. The guy was eating and prepping food and getting for a delivery. The other guy didn't have a clue- some people eating in orders cinnamon desserts it was burned on belief and they got money back. They walked by it like 3 times at least. So , just a waste of $24.00 This chain is garbage and the empty lobby showed it. I live a mile away but I will travel 10 to eat quality. Cheese was no existent on pizza. The pictures on the web site are great if that's what ya served!! The sub was just ridiculous-- where's the beef!! read more

We just moved 2 months ago and we are new to the area. We were finally excited to have a Donatos that would deliver to us. They delivered for almost 2 months to us once to twice a week. Now all of a sudden they no longer deliver to us and refuse too. They say it's drivers choice on if they deliver or not. Terrible service read more

I love Donatos pizza, but I do not love the one in Brownsburg. The crust is always undercooked, and I order the original thin. Also, every time I order delivery I ask for a side of cheese and it never arrives. I've ordered a few times, thinking it was a fluke, but it has been the same poor service each time. read more

I'm from out of town and decided to try this location. The history is fantastic, the atmosphere was clean, new, and up to date. The ingredients were fresh and attention was placed on the preparation. I tried the thin crust, which is always my choice and determines where I choose. I was disappointed slightly in the crust, it was a little too soft and would hold a small slice from folding in half. This is not the pie cut, but straight cuts across the pizza. The sauce was weak in flavor, appropriate amount. I would eat there again, it was ok for dinner, not something I would crave. read more

Ordered a salad and wings for lunch to be delivered to my place of employment. The GREEN salad needs to be called a WHITE salad since the lettuce was completely white leaves...the bottom leaves of head lettuce. When I expressed my disapproval of the salad at the store via phone the gentleman said I was wrong and that he had made the salad. I don't care who made the salad. I ordered a green salad and expected to receive a green salad. He argued so much I told him don't worry about it and I'd call the corporate office. Upon calling the corporate office she wants me to DRIVE to the store and show the store the salad...WHAT?!?! Worst service I've ever been provided! Ordered online and came to the Donatos to see a line of cars my pizza says it's supposed to be ready at 5:07 pm I call the store and get told sorry 20 min wait time I just need to see if I can come inside to pick up my pizzas that are ready. Really bad service I understand if you are busy but before just throwing someone on hold ask them 1st if that's ok. Simple answer would have been fine. I ordered online and specifically put in my correct address and double checked it at least three times and stood outside and waited because it was supposed to be ready at 10:30 I was outside waiting from 10:15 all the way to about 10:50. When I called they told me that they sent their driver to the wrong address and that they weren't going to send my pizza back to my address. So ordered on-line arrived 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. Got in drive thru line just one car in front of me at the window. Get on phone looking thru the book of friends. 10 minutes later still waiting on car in front to get their pizza. Finally I get my turn get up to window.....5 minutes later someone finally looks my way and pops head out the window asks if I've been helped! Sign for charge wait a couple more minutes while she finds my pizza. She does apologize for the wait. Get my pizza and head home. A very unpleasant experience and shouldn't have been. This place needs an upgrade! The restaurant itself isn't clean - the floor is usually sticky and the tables are never completely clean. The help is ok i suppose - three stars out of five... could be better. The food there never sticks with you - you're hungry again in an hour, much like a bad chinese restaurant. I was craving Donatos for some time. I usually go to one in Indy. We ate at the Bburg location this week and it was a horrible experience. There are a list of issues. The crust was very under cooked. They had Rap music blasting on the speakers for the three of us patrons my wife and I and what looked like a early 50s year old women. My wife stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to get a box to take the rest of the pizza home with 2 seperate employees yelling through the window someone will be out shortly to help. I guess when a place is ran by high school kids this is just the result. read more

We had a really bad experience here a couple of nights ago. There were 12 of us. We ordered 2 pizzas, 4 orders of breadsticks, 42 wings and a salad. We only received 24 wings. When we went to tell them we were informed that we didn't order that many. We brought the receipt up and sure enough the cashier only rang up for 30. We explained that still didn't account for the fact that we only got 24 wings. The manager offered to make the rest for us and bring them out. A few minutes later the employee that took the order came up to our party, threw her hands in the air and asked in the most rude manor "who had the problem with the wings". We explained what we had already told the manager. The employee abruptly turned and walked away without another word. A little while later when the rest of our wings were ready the employee (not the manager) brought the wings out on two plates. She slammed them down on the table so hard many of the wings flew off the plate. She then, without saying anything, turned and abruptly walked away. My brother went to talk to the manager again about what was going on and she just broke down crying. The food was delicious but the management and staff are why this restaurant gets 1 star from me! read more

I literally live less than 2 miles from Donatos. It is a Monday night and we ordered a personal pizza and a large pizza for delivery. The online tool said that we would have our pizza in approximately 29 minutes. Our pizza took literally 56 minutes from the time I placed the order to the time it arrived at our door. FIFTY SIX MINUTES ON A MONDAY NIGHT?! Then, the pizza wasn't even hot. IF we eat there again, we will be picking up the pizza, but we most likely will not be ordering again. read more

If I could give this less than 1 I would. The pizza was cold, the boneless wings were minuscule and the sauce was vinegary. Neither my husband nor I ate them. I ordered blue cheese for them but got 2 marinara instead. We'll NEVER get anything from this place again. read more

horrible experience. We ordered online and went to pick up at the time it was ready. We had two pizza and were told they were still in the oven and it would be just a couple minutes, no big deal. We pull up and wait 30 minutes AFTER the pick up time. We finally had to go in and get our food after waiting 45 minutes. When we got home, one pizza was so cold to the point of getting hard, and our other pizza wasn't cooked at all, you could still taste and see the sticky dough. We then had to re cook both pizzas now taking another 25 minutes. Bottom line, they continually mess up orders and are not honest with customers. Do not give them your business. read more
