    Chicken Pizza
    Von H.

This was my first time eating here. I actually order via Grub hub, and there was a wait time of an hour. Our food arrived a little over an hour and 30 mins. We ordered 2 personal pizza's. My wife had the veggie and I had the chicken pizza and with chicken wings and no sauce. My pizza was ok, I didn't get a wow factor. There was nothing special about it. It came with onions on it and I don't mind onions it was just so many of them. I picked off what seemed like a small onion. The wings had no flavor at all. I had to add seasoning to them and put then in the oven for a little more crisp. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is I want to try their food fresh and not delivered to see if there is a difference.

Pizza is King in my world and I've had my fair share of Pizza joint experiences. The flavors of this pizza was so good and delicious. I read one review and they mentioned the Deep Dish is not a true deep dish...which is true..It kinda reminded me of the Deep Dish crust you will find at Pizza Hut, but A LOT better. I ordered a full order of bread sticks and a small three topping Deep Dish pizza. Our sever was nice and took our order pretty quickly. I ordered sweet tea drink and it was OK. I ended up switching to Dr.Pepper. The bread sticks soft and delicious. The pizza had a good crust on it and topping were pepperoni, sausage, and spinach. Very good combo. There was also a salad far that looked fresh and clean. I would def come back to Chicago's Pizza!

Ordered the thin crust small pizza and a beer for dine in..after paying, I sat down and almost immediately a woman came from the back and asked for ID...I'm 62 and look it, how about some discretion, ridiculous!!!!! The pizza came out and I had to ask if it was in fact a small. It was , though it looked pretty big. Good pizza.

If you're gluten free then this is the pizza for you! And if you aren't it's still the pizza for you! The sauce is nice & robust. We all know sauce makes the pizza and there are no complaints this way. - there is a salad bar that remind me of the old Pizza Hut buffet during my childhood. - the GF pizza is 10" and runs about $13 for 2 toppings - the staff is fairly young, maybe high schooler, but they are friendly and polite. - Cons: they don't deliver. BUMMER! Also, the parking lot can get a bit crowded, but that's not their fault. We will definitely return!

Baked potato and breadstix. Cannot go wrong with carbs and more carbs.

They have great pizza and stromboli sandwiches, along with a good buffet for lunch. The salad bar at lunch has good selections.

The parking lot is a mess and the sidewalks are crumbling. Chris is a small hole in the wall place, not fancy or upscale, but the food is amazing and Chris' family is welcoming and genuine. The menu hangs above cases of fried chicken, fish and potato wedges. Gizzards are a popular menu item. Chris takes your order. My husband wants a 3-piece chicken meal with cole slaw. I select a Buffalo chicken wrap that comes with fries. Ricardo, Chris' son, comes out and asks how spicy hot I want my chicken and I ask for mild. Wow, what great service! They tell us to grab some drinks and have a seat. The dining area is small with three or four tables that seat two. Most people come in for carry out. Chris laughs and jokes with a customer in Spanish as he cooks. I sip mango nectar. My husband's 3-piece meal has four pieces of fried chicken with a cup of cole slaw. The chicken is hot, crispy and moist, not too salty, perfect. The fried batter is thick and flavorful. This is great fried chicken. The slaw is finely chopped and creamy. My wrap with fries comes out on a beautiful white platter. The wrap is huge, and the chicken fresh, hot and moist with lots of crispy lettuce. The fries are batter fried and fresh. The portions are generous. My meal was delicious. Ricardo and his sister checked on us a couple times, thanked us for coming and told us their story. I felt like family. It didn't smell clean at all, but I decided to try it anyway. I opted for the large breaded pork tenderloin (10ounce) with fries and a side of 5-cheese Mac and cheese. Food was served quickly. The tenderloin was clearly a greasy one from the moment I laid eyes on it. I cut it in half to make a double-decker out of it, and half of the breading came off. When I picked up that half to stack it on the sandwich, the rest came off. I put it back together the best I could and gave it a try. The tenderloin was both greasy and tough- it was like biting into a pork chop. There was nothing "tender" about it. Fries were ok, with lot of seasoning salt on them. The Mac and cheese was both hot and cold at the same time- it definitely came from the microwave. The waitress was nice and attentive. $23 total.
