The window ad for the chicken bacon ranch salad got me to stop in. It was as advertised. The star of the meal was the cauliflower crust pizza. It came with plant based sausage. We added pepperoni to the pizza as well. The garlic was a bit more than their other pizzas to help mask the cauliflower flavor. The crisp crunchy crust was quite impressive. Huge fan of this Donatos location! I frequently find myself ordering a pizza through this location due to the consistency and great taste. My orders are always correct and ready in a timely manner. The staff is AWESOME, whether it be the drive-up window employee with a flashy smile or the timely and respectful delivery driver. When I'm feeling lazy or unable to leave the house, I opt for the small delivery fee and tip for easy and timely service. My order has ALWAYS been on time or earlier than expected. I have received my pizza in less than 25 minutes before with the delivery service. The pizzas and subs hear ROCK. Pataskala is a pizza goldmine. You turn a corner and you're bound to find a pizza place every where you go. After trying many different pizza places, I have landed on Donatos as my go to. Their pizza cannot be beat. The prices are easily affordable for small groups or for personal pizzas. My favorite is a classic thin crust cheese pizza with extra sauce on top for more yummy flavor. I have ate in store a few times and have had no issues. The restaurant is clean and well put together. Have always loved this pizza and have had really good service and they seem to manage to get my order correct. Recently it seems to me that they have changed the tomato sauce and its just my personal opinion, but I don't care for it. We ordered meatball subs and a pizza. The same sauce was on both and the pizza had an extra amount of sauce on it, when I had actually asked for extra cheese. Could hardly taste the little bit of cheese as the tomato sauce overpowered it. Will probably try another place next time. read more

Grew up in Pataskala , back from the South for a family visit . Had to stop and get a Donatos Pizza as always enjoyed the Pizza growing up . We ordered a large Pepperoni & Cheese for a pick up order . The pizza was nothing short of a horrible eating experience , The crust was like a soft noodle ! Not crispy at all - we even waited and saw pizza being pulled from oven ,, I believe it was a pizza that was ordered and not picked up and quickly re heated!!! Living in AZ, we don't have Donatos.. but we always miss it! So, when we come to Ohio to visit family it's a must to get some! As always, it didn't disappoint. This was carryout, but my gosh was it fantastic. I love Donatos and it's always great to eat some while visiting family in Ohio. The supreme was great and usually is always my go to for pizza, but there is something about Donato's basic pepperoni that really wins me over. It's just the combination of the thin, crispy crust and the slightly sweet/ slightly tangy sauce that just speaks to me. Also when you bring it to their attention all they offer is the option to remake said food, but I just want to get my money back and that's just not possible. Your pizza used to be really good and you could always count on consistency and quick delivery. But the last four pizzas we've had were undercooked, or should I say not cook completely and not very crisp, the last one was your bacon pizza. Perhaps oven calibration need to be done routinely. I grew up eating Donatos from the original store on Thurman Ave and working for Donatos in my early college days. Donatos's Pastaskala has been hit and miss for us since we moved out here. Food is either cold when it arrives or order is incomplete. Several times drinks didn't arrive but one thing that is a no in my book pizza arriving Cold. Staff that answers the phone hit and miss as well teach the staff phone etiquette customer service is a key and knowing how to speak to people is necessary.... I'm giving this store a 2 but Donatos as a company is great and food on point when u get hot!!! read more

I love Donatos pizza, don't even care that it's your average chain pizza place. Still love it! The subs here are really good too, but a little on the small side.. Delivery, oh the other hand, is incredibly slow! They usually say 45 minutes but I always get my pizza an hour or so later. At least it still gets to my house though. To bad they don't have a delivery thing where it says 45 minutes or it's free. Is have a lot of free pizzas. Or this would make them bring it on time at least. Terrible service at this location. Manager is unbelievable. Ordered pizza and subs online and was given a 7:04 pickup time. Loaded all four kids into the car and got there at 7:04 - had to wait behind four other vehicles, so by the time we got to the window it was 7:15. Once we paid for the food ($40) we were told only the subs were ready, the pizzas would be five minutes. We wanted to wait but were told we "had" to pull forward and someone would bring our food out. We waited 10 more minutes, then went around the building to the drive-through. Waited behind two more vehicles. Got back to the window, explained the situation, were told they couldn't find our food. Then they supposedly found it, and it was stone cold. At this point it was after 7:30, and we were waiting for the order we placed at 6:45 that was supposed to be ready at 7:04 that was finally located and was cold in soggy boxes like it had been sitting on the counter for half an hour. My husband asked for a refund, the manager asked for his receipt, looked at it and flatly told him she wouldn't be giving him one. He said he wasn't satisfied with the service level and the food and would sit there until she refunded us the order cost, and she told us she was not going to refund it and then called the police on us. Wasted our time, wasted $40 on nasty, cold pizza that we didn't even want to eat, wasted police resources, and lost a customer for good. Oh, and to top it off we waited until the officer she called showed up so we could explain the situation ourselves, because at this point we felt the manager was ridiculous enough to lie about the incident and get us into some kind of trouble, and having the police show up had my seven-year-old in hysterical tears thinking her daddy was going to get taken to jail. read more
