He was on time and very nice and got our drian cleared. Our bath tub, which we didn't use often would take for every to drain. After searching Yelp, we chose Done-Rite plumbing because of the great reviews and because it's a family owned local business. They lived up to the reviews. After making a request for scheduling, someone contacted me within 15-20 mintues to schedule an appointment. We had toilet back-up problems ever since we moved in and couldn't figure it out on our own. Christian and Logan came out and worked tirelessly for hours until they solved the problem. They never gave up. They were professional (removed shoes for our new carpet), clean ( wiped the walls after they were done and carefully removed equipment), friendly, and patient. We are so grateful to have our plumbing issues resolved. They also gave advice for our upcoming projects. Today our kitchen sink backed up and they were able to send out a technician immediately. One added touch that I wasn't expecting is that a text was sent telling me which technician was coming, along with a picture. Joseph came out within 20 minutes and remedied the situation. Unfortunately, our house was built in the 1950s and the sewer lines were made of orangeburg pipes that were now failing. Christian, Victor, and Arturo from Done-Rite did a great job of replacing the orangeburg using the "bursting" technique to install new poly pipe that should last for many decades without problems. Called in a backup on my residential sewer line in the early afternoon and they were able to send someone over immediately. Incredible. Austin was able to clear the blockage and the backed up water was gone shortly after we first called it in. Needed hydrojetting, done the same day, and then descaling of a short section of cast iron pipe on the next business day. "The Brothers" came in the morning, showed me the descaling equipment and how it works, completed the descaling work, took before and after photos/videos they gave me on a flash drive and made quick work of it. Fortunately, no cracks or damage was discovered in the cast iron that would require lining, however will likely do lining in the future as the last step to prevent future similar issues. Christian was the plumber that came. My husband was the one dealing with him, but told me he was great. We had an issue with our kitchen sink that he figured out right away. They had to come out the next day to fix it because it was going to take a significant amount of time. While they were working, Tiffany from the company also checked in and was fantastic. While fixing the pipe, we were told that we had issues under the house and another company would have to come out. They went ahead and recommend a company and coordinated with them to come to our house. They made that part easy too. That company has also been fantastic. Great guys! On time, friendly, professional, changed out my kitchen faucet and bathroom vanity faucet. Gave us good advice on which ones to buy, and came back and installed it. My bathroom vanity faucet was fully rusted inside, and they had to saw it off! They worked on removing it for about an hour, and no damage whatsoever to my granite. Everything works perfectly, and they left everything spotless. They even cleaned out the rust rings from the old faucets. Really good company, will definitely use them again!! read more

Simply said..."Great Service and caring employees." I have used them multiple times. With an old house, pipes leak, clog or just drive you insane. Done-Rite fixed broken pipes under our sink at Thanksgiving. Even fixed some poorly installed pipes. Just had a massive back up onto the tubs and out of toilets. Old pipes were blocked in multiple spots. The servicemen hydrojetted the pipes, and then fixed the main line to the sewer. Off set pipe joints are one thing but the pipe was actual breaking like an egg shell. The Done-Rite team lined the pipe 64 feet to the city sewer line. New clean out pipes and all is well. Plumbing is always a pricey thing but the guys at Done-Rite helped with financing. Little stress and very easy. I will have them back in a minute .... but I hope it's much farther down the line! read more

We had a leak in our water main right near the front of our house. It was a simple straight line to the main. Someone recommended this company to me. I checked their Yelp reviews (which I'm quite sure they paid for). They had great reviews and lots of them! Well, unless all these people are just independently wealthy & don't care that they're being ripped off, there's no way!! I had them come out and they charged $80 to just come out. They wanted $4900 to replace the pipe!! My brother, who's a contractor talked to them (Christian) and said, "So basically, you are charging $600 an hour for labor?" Christian replied, "Well, I could make it take 2 days, instead of one!" What?? Needless to say, I did not use them & they should return my $80!! I'm sorry if all these people are getting taken because they don't know any better. I had talked to my long-time family plumber (he moved away recently) first and he told me it should cost $1200-$1400 for this job. Someone else recommended a plumber to me & assured me he was great & HONEST!! He and his crew did an AMAZING JOB & charged me $1350!! Don't use these plumbers!! Great service/professional. Only complaint - pricing (definitely higher than others I've used in the past for the same service). I had two clogged toilets over the weekend (one in the hallway bathroom and a second in the master bath as the drain were connected). Since I had a third bathroom, I opted to wait til Monday (10/26/20) to call and get service because I didn't want to pay some "emergency/weekend" price. I called two vendors on Monday morning and Done-Rite was the only one who answered the phone. I'm pretty sure he was the owner and he was very professional. They kept me informed (via text/email) about the pending service call. I originally called around 7:30am and got a schedule for 2pm. But they called me back and told me they had someone available for 10am which was awesome. Right on time, "Danny" came to the house for his assessment. He provided me with his estimate for the work which included snaking from the cleanout outside upstream/downstream and resetting two toilets with a new wax seal. No fault of Danny, I just hate not knowing rates for any jobs since Done Rite doesn't post their prices online (like others) and being at the mercy of the estimate provided compared to what I may have paid in the past. For sure, this job was higher on the rate for each job, but I suppose you pay for what you get. The estimate listed each job as a "CUSTOM JOB" and here is what I was quoted and paid (paying by credit card charges you additional fee, I forget the percentage, for credit card fee) -CUSTOM JOB 1 ($300) - TO CABLE MAIN SEWER LINE THROUGH CLEAN OUT IN FRONT YARD TO ATTEMPT TO UNCLOG, CAMERA INSPECTION INCLUDED" **I told Danny I don't need the camera service and would prefer not to pay for that (as I've been told by other plumbers in the past it's not necessary), but he said it was included in the price and I was under the impression I had no other options, like paying less for not using the camera** -CUSTOM JOB 2 ($225) - TO PULL AND RESET TOILET IN HALLWAY BATH WITH NEW WAX SEAL -CUSTOM JOB 3 ($150) - TO PULL AND RESET TOILET IN MASTER BATH WITH NEW WAX SEAL **originally told me it would be another $225, but said he would lower it to $150, which I appreciated** Danny worked on the job and told me he would have another tech come since he needed another wax seal (he only had one in the truck). "Dee" showed up later and they worked on the issues getting the clog...unclogged. I have no complaints about either Danny or Dee for their work. They did a great job. Dee spent a few minutes after the job explaining how a Hydrojet later could help with the pipes/future clogging. Quoted me $750 which I will consider in the future. Again, the price was a bit higher than most I've used, but worth the price in getting the job done. read more

Frustrated and in dire need of a shower, I called this place and someone was over within two hours. Our technician, Jonathan Macias, was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. He kept us informed about what he was doing, what the outcomes should be, and how much everything was going to cost. I was very thankful. At one point, some of his coworkers had to come to bring a different piece of equipment, but they were all polite and knowledgeable as well. I do think that $80 is a bit steep for a consultation, but it made me feel much better that it actually worked as more of a deductible from the cost of work actually done.
