We were excited to see doner is available in the area! This is a small, nice and clean shop. Food is good portion but we are a bit disappointed by how dry the meats are.

Almaty style chicken and Kyiv Style beef were good size and very tasty. Very nice staff.

Storefront and it's a beautiful and amazing

Amazing fresh food always leave happy and full. My passenger princess also is happy and full and loves the desserts.

Got the cake from donerka they told it's fresh but in a reality it's old and tastes horrible.

Love the doner wraps we had! I got the Bishkek style, it's warm, melted mozzarella and beef shawarma. Like hubby's Kiev style too! Tons of carrots and different favor. Substantial and super full! Burger is a bit shy comparing to the wraps though. I would avoid it at all cost because there are countable amount (with one hand) of shawarma in the $10 burger, and the top bun was slightly over toasted due to the panini press. Small seating inside with some outdoor seatings. It seems to be very popular despite it's only been open for a couple weeks

This is supposed to be a fast food Central Asian restaurant (Kazakhstan). The interior isn't too large, but there are a few tables outside. You can order at the counter or using the kiosk. We ordered the Bishkek Chicken sandwich w/ fries & drink, Kyiv Beef sandwich, and two macarons. The bread they use seems to be a standard tortilla wrap, nothing unique. The chicken sandwich was excellent; plenty of flavor. The beef sandwich was pretty good, too, and had a nice selection of veggies stuffed inside. The fries were a letdown; they seemed just slightly undercooked. The macarons here are huge, cute, and delicious. Happy overall, but this place is expensive for a fast food restaurant. It cost $52 for two sandwiches and two macarons. The tax percentage was high (10.25%), and there was a random fee applied of $1.03.

Overall, an average meal. The biggest improvement needs to come from the bread/wraps. You can tell they are store bought; even when warmed, they are rough and take away from the meal. Homemade wraps would really elevate each dish to a new level! The fries and meat were excellent though!

Best doners wraps in Chicago land! Love this place. Come at least once a week. Always fresh food. Also they serve nice desserts.

Bishkek chicken shawarma is the best. Never had an amazing sandwich like this place. I order from here very very often.

The donerka Almat-ata was delicious, but if the doner was bigger it wouldn't be bad ))

Doner wrap was real swell. Fries were alright. A little expensive. Wish there were slightly more options... and a soda fountain.

We had actually ordered through DoorDash before and loved it so much that we had to experience it in person and I'm so glad we did. There's tons of parking, plenty of interior seating, and the whole place is super clean and welcoming. You order through the Kiosk. We ordered ramen and the Pokémazing bowl both were fresh, flavorful, and had the perfect spicy kick. Truly delicious and fresh. My 4-year-old daughter got the burrito and devoured it, which says a lot! The boba was delicious as well. The most fun part? Depending on how much you spend, they give you tokens for their prize machines. My daughter won FOUR stuffed animal she was over the moon! Such a fun and unexpected bonus that made the whole experience even more memorable. Friendly staff, amazing food, fun atmosphere we will absolutely be back and highly recommend it!

However, as a big ramen lover, I have to say I wasn't particularly impressed with the ramen. It was a bit greasier than others I've tried, and I think the cilantro gave it an off-putting flavor. I will definitely give this place another chance, but I'll try something other than ramen next time.

Located in a strip mall, there is ample free parking. Staff is unassuming, professional and helpful, willing to help with any menu questions. We opted to share a lamb pizza, a tomato and cucumber salad and a meat tray. All were excellent, plenty of food. The pita was excellent. The tea at the end was lovely. Prices reasonable, good food good portions. Absolutely worth checking out and adding into the rotation of where to go.

Upon my first visit on a Thursday for lunch, the waitress Nur provided excellent service to our table. She was patient, pleasant, and provided answers to our many questions. Just loved her service with a smile and uplifting energy. My friends and I ate hard and everyone enjoyed their food. I tried the lentil soup which was wonderful and I had the mushroom guvec with rice on the side that was delicious. We were served tea as an after dinner refresher which was nice. We noticed the bakery on the way out and they had so many treats ready to be ordered and taken home. The second visit was terrible. I came for lunch on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy. The lahmacon is offered as a lunch special and I asked if I could have the cheesemacon for the special. It's the same version with just cheese and no meat. My waiter Jamal straight told me no. I found that very odd so I inquired further because they are the same price on the menu and it's without meat. The answer still didn't change. I simply had a few more questions about other menu items and Jamal seemed agitated by then. He was not even trying to be nice. I ordered two entrees. I paid full price for the cheesemacon and had a pide with kashkaval cheese. Jamal brought my food and NEVER came back to my table. I watched him provide service to all the other tables during that time. I was fine and didn't need anything, but I didn't deserve to be treated that way for being pleasantly inquisitive. I really felt bothered by this because out of all my years of eating out, I never felt that a server treat me poorly personally for being myself. I've had bad service before just because the service is bad overall and that is different. I like the food so I reluctantly returned for a third time and had breakfast. Service was standard and the food was good. My mushroom omelette was fine. The traditional french toast was solid. This review should be one star but it is four without Jamal.

(I wish they had a loyalty program or punch card of sorts for her because of her affinity to the store!) Last night, she had a taste for bubble tea so we took her after dinner and we had some pleasant surprises in our drink choices! My boyfriend got the Cookies and Cream milkshake with oat milk ('cause dairy) and it was thick, delicious, and had a strong ratio of milk to cookie in it. Last time my parents took my daughter, I tried a Coconut Purple Berry tea and added tapioca. It is tea, coconut milk, and like, chunks of guava--delicious. I can tell you my daughter's go to is a Taro Milkshake which is milk and taro blended--very delicious! The presentation is appealing--it looks like white clouds in a purple sky. Other drinks I have tried include their galaxy lemon tea, a sort of ocean lemonade (?), etc. My daughter also lives for their croffles--I know she has had matcha, tiramisu, plain, etc. Last night's choice was matcha and there was not a crumb left in the box. Ordering is easy on the kiosk, and the staff is quiet, but friendly. I have been there with different sized groups at different times of day, and the food, drinks, and service are always consistent. Sometimes it's packed, sometimes it's not. Driving back home, I wanted to yell at all the youths in that green siren logoed coffee shop to drink something better across the parking lot, but I did not. I hope Straw & Bubbles continues to find Mount Prospect to be a good home!
