I never took my other car anywhere else for service. Customer service is amazing; you will never feel like "maybe he is trying to take advantage of me because I don't know anything about cars." They are honest and kind; they will look at your car and provide a true assessment before trying to charge you. I don't go here that often now because I have a newer car and the dealership included basic maintenance for a few years with my purchase. However for anything else... I go here first. I don't even want to give my money to any other auto repair place because they are more than deserving of the business. When I had a large plastic bag stuck under my car, I asked if they could lift it to see if there was more leftover that I could not reach. They did so and didn't even charge me for it. Recently, my tire needed a patch and they provided a recommendation to another place because it is not a service they offer. Again I'm grateful they could provide that recommendation because I really didn't want to go anywhere besides here and wouldn't have trusted anywhere I found on my own. Warning: They are amazing and it's no secret to others in the area, which means they are of course busy. If you need something simple like an oil change, be there before they open (I would always go on Saturday early morning and it wouldn't take too long). Or you could be more responsible than myself and make an appointment. Otherwise just be patient and know they are worth the wait because they really provide quality service true to the name.

Would not recommend to anyone. They had our car for about 10 days longer than they stated it would take. We were told 3-4 days to finish when dropping it off. Their prices were a few hundred more expensive than other shops in town but we setup service with them because we had time sensitive needs to go out of town, and they assured us multiple times it would be ready. They never contacted us about any of the delays, we had to call and ask each time if it was ready yet or when to expect it to be, and they failed each extension of time. We delayed our necessary trip several days trying to be as patient as possible. We finally had to go out of town with a borrowed car. They didn't contact us for several days even upon returning the next week and we had to stop in to try to find out again when it would be or see if we could get it back. They told us it was finished the day before. But yet never bothered to call and say so? How many people can go indefinitely without their car? They added on work, for more costs, and services that we never discussed, agreed to, or requested be done. When we left with the car we got home only to realize they'd not put the engine cover back on and had to return for it, and later found they had not reconnected a sensor they should have. My husband normally does our car repair but wanted to let someone else do this as the transmission needed to be pulled, and we needed to make a 1300 mile long drive with it. We took our car in for flex plate and they took it upon themselves to change the oil and filter without approval. To do extra engine mounts when we had just replaced them and even had warranty on them. We had personally just changed the oil and filter less than 1000 miles before leaving it with the shop. My husband was very specific about exactly what he wanted done. Imagine what they would try and do to someone unfamiliar with mechanic work or their own car needs. They did sneak in everything they could to charge more and did not even try to discuss or keep in contact about these things or delays that come up. They also did not warranty their work - only the parts. Beware.

I was visiting from Orlando and needed to get back home that same night. Richie called me back with a diagnosis and quote. The part I needed was on back order. Richie was able to create a heating hose fitting and get me back on the road the same day! He quoted me a good price for the work. At first it was difficult to get information over the phone and to schedule an appointment. Apparently there was one person who may have the expertise for my Subaru. Maybe there was another reason, who knows? When I was there I asked very direct questions based on my limited knowledge of my car's issues and a previous estimate from the dealership. I didn't get direct answers and basically was told they'd have to work on the car to get the full picture. I made the mistake of sharing a written estimate. They basically recommended a lot of work which would require me to spend about what was on the previous estimate from the dealer, but not the exact same work. I was primarily concerned with anything that would effect safety and just being able to depend on the car not breaking down. They recommended new tires because of rot. I hadn't seen any rot but I took their word for it. They also did some suspension work, less than what I was going to get done at the dealership. I think they wanted me to buy tires through them also but that wasn't happening. After their work, I got my car back and got new tires from Costco. I still spent a lot of money. The quality of the work was good but the service, exchange of information and overall experience wasn't good. I know a few things about cars, I just don't work on them anymore because of all of the new technology. I think I know enough to know that I probably spent a few hundred dollars more than I needed to. Good quality work but not the value that I anticipated based on the reviews.

He said $200 but after he did it he raised the price to $300 since it was harder than he thought. When my dad went to drive off he realized Jorge cracked the exterior cover that goes in front of the windshield/wipers. Jorge said he would try to get him one from the junkyard. My dad said he wanted the one that matches his vehicle and when he looked it up he said no he couldn't get him a new one because of how much it cost and that my dad's vehicle was older so not worth it. My dad said can you at-least take $80 off my bill and he said no. He wouldn't take off more than $50 off. Ever since he did the job my dad's vehicle now leaks when it rains. That's just more to spend on another plastic/cover to be replaced and figure out why now it's leaking. Jorge did a great job with my dad's AC so he came back to him again.

Alignment at his friend's shop nearby took him 30 more minutes. William allowed me to order refurbished part on my own, which I appreciate: that saved me ~$2k (Buyautoparts.com) vs buying all new parts for ~$4k. The reason this is not a 5 star experience is poor communication & inability to quote accurately: I did not receive a quote printout before the work started - I asked for it, but William said he'll give it to me at the end (my recommendation to you, get a printed quote before the work starts). I was waiting inside the office and was glad this work was done 3+ hours sooner than I was told when given an estimate few days ago - (many hour labor estimate was good justification for high price quote I was given). The original quote (emailed & texted) expired before I came in. When the job was done - William asks me to pay the total price of ~$1650: I wasn't going to pay that, so I challenged that quote and he was kind enough to lower it to $1434. Naively, I hoped he'd give me a little break on the original quote of $1350, because the work was done so much quicker than he estimated: William tells me that I'm paying fixed price for the work, not labor per hour. Okay, he charges ~$1000 per hour of labor & still can't honor the price he quoted me? I'm a man of principle - trust & honor mean a lot, that's why I requested a quote by email (to prevent misunderstanding and surprise up-charges at completion of work) - that's the only reason I got upset when he demanded $1600+ when the job was done. I was unhappy that the final price was higher than I was promised, so I paid with my credit card, thinking since there's no cash discount and the price is higher than I was quoted anyway (even though I brought $1350 cash with me). Come to find out right after I paid & finally got a printed invoice that William didn't tell me there's a 3% fee for using the credit card - he should've asked how I want to pay for this - I would've been happy to pay the $1350 in cash, but I was not asked that or got an explanation why the final price was higher - all he said was "that's the price in my computer". I should have also insisted on taking care of alignment on my own, saving myself $80 - few alignment shops I called nearby quoted $90 for 4-wheel alignment on my Audi. This work by Autobahn wasn't done at a lower price than competitors & the experience was a little frustrating...

Confirmed cost as well, then left the car there for 6 hrs to get an oil change, change the battery for the emergency on call system and complete a software upgrade to remove the message on the dash. Picked car up & was told they couldn't clear the message & I should go to Volvo & pay $400, and tte mechanic literally asked how he was supposed to know the required repairs & upgrades for every car... I don't know, maybe the same way I did it - online research! So he said he changed the battery, so I bought a $ 14 cable & a3day membership to VIDA for $85 & did the upgrade myself, which took 4 minutes to complete... I believe I was speaking to the owner; he assumed when I described the repairs needed that I didn't know what I was talking about, misquoting repair amount & couldn't even do the job because he didn't care to research it. He wrote those charges off, but didn't address replacing the back brakes as requested either. I don't understand why he had my car for 6 hrs and failed to do half of what was requested. When I arrived, I was told that oil changes are only performed in between servicing other vehicles, so there was no guarantee of when my car would be worked on. There was also no waiting area and no shuttle or courtesy ride available. As a result, I had to leave without getting the service and wasted my morning. If appointments for oil changes aren't truly scheduled, that should be communicated before customers arrive. Time is valuable, and I would have appreciated accurate expectations so I could have made other arrangements.
