I am very disappointed with the Vehicle I purchased from Don's. I purchased this car for my sons graduation.Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle that needed a new transmission, new rear end and major repairs on the front end. Please keep in mind we noticed all of these issues a few weeks after purchasing the car. Lastly, the vehicle needed brakes and rotors. It doesn't appear that any inspections were done on this vehicle prior to us purchasing the vehicle. The vehicle did have a car fax, unfortunately car fax would only report work that had already been done on the vehicle. When I contacted Don's they kept reminding to use the great western warranty we had to purchase to get the vehicle. I contacted the warranty company and they wanted to put used parts in the vehicle and we are still waiting to have the vehicle repaired over a months later. I'm not irrational , I understand I purchased a used vehicle. After a 13,000 dollar purchase, I expected to get more than a months worth of use out of the vehicle before going without. All the while this vehicle is sitting, I'm paying for a rental car. I truly believe Dons could have provided better service. The sales attitude was totally different when communicating about service. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealer. I am truly disappointed and frustrated. Now my son is going to college without his vehicle!! read more

Best customer service hands down! They don't pressure you or follow you around like other dealerships just looking to come up on commission. They find out what you're looking for that best suits your needs and wallet. They find you the best deals and they don't waste your time. If I could give this place zero stars I would. And this doesn't go because I'm wanting to be mean, it's due to the fact that this place lied. My husband purchased a small commercial truck here and Ez helped us out. Unfortunately once it was all said and done he overcharged us and added fees that blew up the price of the whole purchase. Now 2 months later I receive from the DMV that I owe registration, which EZ had charged us "supposedly" on the contract when we purchased it and it was suppose to be for a whole year. Now mind you, i don't mind paying fees I do owe but when I thought I had already paid them and then I call the dmv and they tell me that that wasn't the case then now I'm upset. So we call Travis and he refuses to now reimburse us for this new bill and states that we when we first made the purchase we were also paying for the owed registration from months prior (which we didn't even own the truck then, they did!) what's even more infuriating is that that was never even on the contact of purchase when we bought it or they never even brought it up that there was backed up registration owed. Travis was of NO help and this place is a complete fraud. They lie so be careful what you're signing. I will never recommend this place or anything affiliated with this place or its employees. Dishonest, not customer based and employees and owner are of no help when there's a problem. Stay away! read more

This place sold me a truck 2 years ago. Pretty nice looking 2012 Chevy Colorado LT test drove it and at first it sounded a like it hand some torque in it so I bought it. Last week that torque sound has gotten louder and the check engine light came on. Took it to a mechanic shop and they told me that headers busted before and the previous owners (Dons Auto) tried to weld it back on and it ended up busting all the way to the manifold. My recommendation, I would just got to an actual dealership instead of these little janky dealers. read more

My wife and I went in to see some cars and she fell for a black 2013 Ford Taurus. We talk to Troy and Jimmy and they worked it out that my wife drove out with it the same day even though she didn't have good credits. I was very impressed that in 4 days, I brought my 21 year old son to find his first car. With no credits (it's equal to bad credits) again Troy and Jimmy worked hard but got my son in 2018 Impala. SUCKS! Service Dept sucks, as well as all their cars! After over 500+ dollars and our car not being fixed on time for our family vacation they have the nerve to tell me they provided me with a loaner car! Yeah a beat up cheap loaner car that I wasn't going to take chances driving up North with 2 babies in the car and get left stranded in the middle of nowhere. I wish I would've read these reviews before purchasing from them. First car I bought had rims and my husband liked it because of that well guess what 4mths later my son and I almost died and a horrible accident because the brackets they used to put those rims were wayyyyy to small to hold those rims and it broke while I was on the freeway!! My husband did the mistake out buying a second vehicle (of course we didn't yet know the cause of the accident because it was being investigated by our insurance) after we found out we had already bought a second car from them and in a year timeframe we've had over 5 problems with it. Hope this review helps other people and they don't make the same mistake we did (twice) because they will take your money, do a Mickey Mouse job of service on your car and claim to have done the job right! Sucky dealer. After a recent accident, I was in desperate need of a car and I went to Dons Auto Center to purchase a car. The car that I obtained turned out to be a downside and a loss of money. Within the first week, the car was experiencing issues with oil, random noises, gas pedals and overheating. I tried to take it back to their mechanic as soon as possible ( considering they only gave a 30 day warranty) but the mechanic would only fix whatever he sought fit. Every interaction I had with them, they always overpriced everything. For instance, to replace minor car issues, they charged too much. ( I happened to do some research upon the parts that they needed to replace and saw the difference in what they were doing). Overall, I would highly recommend people to go somewhere else to purchase a used vehicle because the service was not the best and the cars are too overpriced for what they're selling. read more

The reason I felt this way was because another dealership about two blocks west of this place basically did not want to sell a car to me. Troy was amazing in explaining to me what I need to do to get into a car as I have been having trouble with my credit. He told me what needed to get done and even followed up with me the very next morning through text. I did what he asked of me and now I am happy to say that I am driving a car that I really love. This place sucks. They have the worst customer service. Had my car repaired from them. The following day the car broke down. Nothing was fixed correctly. Like other reviews have said they seem nice in the beginning then they turn into crooks. Don't want to give me any money back. No help at all. On top of that they were holding a check for the rest of the amount for the fix and cashed before our date we agree on. This took all my money in the bank and gave me an overdraft fee. Since I've turned 16, I've only had one car, and that car is from Don's Auto Center. Ten years later it is still in great shape and I go back to Don's for all my oil changes, tune ups, whatever the case may be, and they take care of me no. I am on my 3rd car purchased from Don's auto center and I have never had a worse experience. Travis is very unprofessional and rude, talks to you like you are illiterate and below him. For starters they sold me a car that wasn't up to par the AC doesn't work properly only works when driving on the freeway and the battery is leaking acid and eating the terminal. I have taken my car back more times than I can count for the AC and the battery and they are still not fixed. Went back last week Friday and they said they weren't going to do anything more for me in regards to the car and accused me of just coming to them to get whatever is wrong with the car fixed. No I want what they said would be fixed when I bought it. Never will I return to dons and give them my business again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they don't care about you they care about their profit, all the while getting over on their customers . read more

I bought a car about 2 1/2 wks ago and I'm having TRANSMISSION problem, I did trust the salesman that sold me a car not to rip me off. I work for a dealer and I'm sure that selling a bad car or a car at all with problems such as this is not professional at all.
