$6.29 of happiness! The iced coffee is a Vietnamese iced coffee -- strong, sweet and irresistible. There's a charge for credit cards. So bring cash if needed.

I have lived in north park for a year and was looking for a good breakfast bagel and I think I hit the jackpot with this place !! The bagel was so delicious it was so crisp and I believe it had cream cheese as well !! I have tried other spots in north park and this is in my top 3 fsss ! Went around 9:30/10 and I was the only on there ! Waited less than 8 mins ! The lady was very quick to take my order and send it to the back !!

I walked in with the most boring, responsible plan imaginable: buy a water bottle. That's it. Quick in-and-out. No plot twists. But then I saw the menu. Not a normal menu. A "you could study for finals off this thing" menu. Like... why does this place have so many options? And why do I suddenly feel emotionally attached to them? So I left... but the menu haunted me. Like a snack-related intrusive thought. I came right back and ordered a toasted everything bagel sandwich with egg, bacon, and cheese, and I'm telling you right now: it was unreal. The bagel had that perfect toast, the bacon was doing what bacon is meant to do (carry society), and the whole thing tasted like somebody in the kitchen actually cares about your happiness. Also: this sandwich was massive. Like "this isn't breakfast, this is a full side quest" massive. And I'm a big guy, so if I'm saying it was huge, it's not a joke. Then the wild part: it was ready in five minutes. Five. I've waited longer for my brain to load a single thought in the morning. I took one bite and immediately thought, Oh no... I have to bring one home. So yeah, I ordered a second one for my significant other because this is the kind of food you don't keep to yourself unless you want bad karma. Each sandwich was about $10 +tax + tip, which was about $13 and honestly for the size and quality? Worth it. Easily. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But what really made me smile was the vibe: the owner was incredibly kind, and the walls had photos of patrons over the years plus pictures celebrating her Cambodian heritage. You can tell this place has been here for a while and has that "neighborhood gem" energy, like it's been quietly making people's days better for years.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So yeah. I came in for water. I left with a new obsession. Do yourself a favor: go get the bagel sandwich.

The donuts were great and so was the service! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop is small but very nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have a lot of options for coffee and food. The breakfast sandwiches were great I definetly recommend making a stop here. This place is bussin!

The people here are amazing! They are so nice. The food is 10 out of 10 as you can see my sandwich is on chunk perfect! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I've gotten donuts from many places in San Diego and I think Donut Factory is my favorite donut shop, hands down. First off -- I only get donuts on Sunday. Don't ask why because I don't know. Sometimes I skip a week or two. But I like to go on Sunday and the last time I went to Donut Factory I went late and didn't realize they closed at 3. It was a few minutes past 3 but the nice lady let me enter. I always get two different types of donuts and then split them with friends. Sometimes the nice lady puts free donut holes into my bag without my knowledge. It's a sweet surprise when I get home. The lady who works there is super nice. I like going to Donut Factory because I want to support their business. On top of that, they make delicious donuts! The chocolate glazed donut is perfection. I also get a large apple fritter and even eating just half of it is enough. Thank you Donut Star! I appreciate you.

i've only tried a few of their donuts but i went 2 days in a row because i was so impressed!! definitely fresh, and amazing!!!

I love little donut shops like this. You know it'll be good when there are lucky cats on display. For the area, very reasonable prices, especially for the large size of the sandwiches. Donuts were lovely and there was still a lot to choose from late in the day. My croissant sandwich with turkey, egg and tomato was really good. I also had a Thai tea smoothie with boba. The tea flavor was excellent and I can tell the boba was made skillfully. The boba was silky soft and still warm from just being cooked. There was a great diversity of items to choose from in addition to donuts, including croissant/bagel sandwiches, smoothies, coffee and a fridge of drinks. I'm very glad I visited this place.

MUST TRY! I am a native North Parker and this donut shop is my family's go to since 1994. The best fresh donuts and coffee. Since moving from North Park a while ago I did not know they added breakfast sandwiches to the menu. My boyfriend got me hooked. The portions are huge and always perfectly crisp. We add avocado to a #8. It's a perfect stop before a long drive or a busy day. They also have a large selection of drinks like OJ and juices. The boba smoothies are plus! Service is always amazing. They are kind and sweet. Very happy to have your business.

Was in the neighborhood and drove past Donut Factory so I decided to stop by. The owner greeted me with a smile and asked what I would like. I said first time here so he started to walk me through the different options they had. I picked out a couple favorites and was very happy with my selection. He also gave me a free donut for it being my first time. What amazing customer service. If you are in North Park area, I suggest coming to Donut Factory to help satisfy your sweet tooth.

The aioli they use is to die for -- can't hurt to get a side of it with any sandwich! The restaurant is situated on the corner of Park Blvd. and Polk Ave. (more generally, it's on the strip of Park Blvd. between University Ave. and El Cajon Blvd.). There is usually a good amount of parking on Park Blvd. and Polk Ave., which is nice. The space has a simple-yet-tasteful modern design and interior, is always clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Great for lunch hour or a weekend date. Update: Came back today with my friend and we ordered the B3 and the Turkey & Cheddar Mousse sandwiches, plus sides of potato salad and cucumber salad, and a double chocolate cookie with pistachio and sea salt. Everything was really good, but the Turkey & Cheddar Mousse sandwich was the star of the show. The cookie was great too. We both agreed the potato salad could use some salt, but besides that it was a solid meal all around.

I still try to stop by every few months as this place holds a special place in my heart. A no frills spot. Solid and consistent. To the point but friendly customer service. Fantastic drink, chip and snack selection. Sandwiches are always bomb asf. The hot momma and BLT loaded up is my favorite. My husband still loves their Ruben (it is his favorite place to get it.) I personally think their chili pairs perfectly with any of their sandwiches. It's not a heavy thick chili. Which is why I think it pairs so well. I used to frequent Fatboy's because it was close and convenient for a long time, but I am rarely able to visit anymore... parking is a bigger challenge every day in North Park, and finding even a 15-minute spot takes way longer than the drive for me now (but the walk is too far to pick up a quick meal). Today I was down the street for something else so decided to order a sandwich. I was excited, then my jaw dropped when I saw the price increases. It's $18 for the North Park Club now, with no extras. I already had a hard time justifying $15 for a sandwich but I'm officially, 100% priced out now. I know it's not necessarily on the business owners; rent is exorbitant in NP, profit margins are small in the food service industry, and operating costs are high. Our city is eating itself alive, but thank you for the years of sandwiches!

I asked if it would be a long wait for a sandwich and she said no. She was friendly and ordering was easy. I was handed a receipt. I wasn't really sure where to go or sit so gave myself a tour of the place. There are alot of tables (inside and out) plus the a/c felt amazing even with all the open doors and windows. I thought the sandwich would be a quick order but I think it was almost 15min or so ? I wasn't sure if they call a name or how it's done so I asked someone at the counter and she said they'd call name if you didn't give a phone #. Hopefully the app gets back on track next time as it would have been alot easier/faster with an order of one sammie (esp before the lunch crowd). The Not So Fried Chicken sandwich was pretty good even when I ate it few hours later for early dinner. The extra slaw provided a nice texture and heft to the sandwich. The ciabatta bread was flatter than other locations for some reason. Del Mar is still my fave location bc the staff there is so welcoming and amazing.
