The two young girls working behind the counter were extremely nice. I had a few questions on some of the donut flavor options since this was my first visit here. They did a great job, and they didn't rush me while I was looking. There is such a wide variety. I'll definitely visit again and buy another dozen donuts different from the ones yesterday. This is a top-notch donut place. They do have hot and cold drinks along with breakfast sandwiches. I didn't look to see if they offer lunch. There is also a dining area.

Best donuts in the area, by far. Even better than the other popular place. Location is good too with plenty of room to park and not alot of traffic. The drive-thru is especially appreciated. Great selection of donuts. Breakfast sandwiches are fresh! Staff is very nice! Highly recommend.

Came here on a Sunday morning. Staff was super friendly, nice and patient with us, we were indecisive with all the donut options! Everything looked so delish! The bagel was fresh and delicious! The donuts were super fresh and delicious as well! Definitely a must try if you are in the area! Thanks!

I stopped by around 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. The place was pretty empty and so were the donut cases. Inside it's cozy, clean, and well appointed. I placed my order and sat by the fireplace. The coffee was delicious, and so was the glazed fastnacht that I ordered. I plan to return earlier in the day next time so that there will be more to choose from.

They have such an amazing breakfast sandwich, I love that the bagel is perfectly toasted, good bagel flavor choices, perfect amount of egg, cheese, and crispy bacon. Great outdoor porch in the summer as well as a nice interior. Delicious donuts. Clean bathrooms. Kind staff. Definitely recommended!

Stopped in this donut shop early Sunday morning. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and patient with us. Sooo many tasty donuts to choose from and with her help, we ended with a little more than a dozen. Fairly priced and krazy delicious donuts.

Apple fritter the size of a dinner plate, French toast donuts, strawberry donuts, orange donuts, chocolate donuts, red velvet donuts, glazed fry cakes and cream cheese filled to name just a few that I had to select from. I always prefer local shops to chains so I was so happy when I heard about Donut Kraze. The staff were a joy from the minute I walked in the door. And when I was making my selections she was telling me about new flavors that were coming out of the window warm from the kitchen, that I couldn't resist. The fritter is fluffy and sweet without being heavy or greasy. Somehow they made it impossible for me to tell you which donut is my favorite. But I will say that the three most unusual flavors, orange , strawberry and French toast are well worth the dry over just for them. I don't know how Donut Kraze remained a secret for so long , but it's really deserving of more accolades.

quality freshness and great service. they are the best and being from NYC i don't say that lightly .

A big Buffalo debate... paulas or donut craze? Well let me explain my thoughts. Donut Kraze is highly underrated in my opinion. They had ve a large variety of donuts, that deep fried flavor that everyone looks for in a donut and huge apple fritters that keep you wanting to go back for more. If you love peanut donuts, donut craze is the way to go. They have a large variety of peanut donuts including cherry, blueberry, or custard filled along with classic sticks. They also have better apple fritters than paulas in my humble opinion. Where they don't meet the mark compared to paulas is when it comes to their cake donuts and size. Donut Kraze donuts are more manageable than paulas in terms of size which some may not be in favor of. They also have a smaller selection of cake donuts that are slightly more subpar than paulas but still absolutely delicious and noteworthy. At the end of the day if I'm near donut craze and had a craving I would 100% stop. Let the debate be up to you, but Donut Kraze stands underrated.

Pros: + Delicious donuts + Nice location and friendly staff + Tons of variety + Price is fair for a nice treat Cons: - Great donuts, great people, great overall experience. We grabbed a half dozen and all were delicious. Loved the coconut one. Price is a tad high for a half dozen, but for a great mom and pop spot it's justifiable as a nice treat. Their variety is incredible. The staff are super friendly and the location is very nice.

They were very busy (definitely recommend calling ahead to join the waitlist!) but were fully on top of it. The bananas foster waffle was amazing!! The french toast was great, especially with the warm blueberries on it. Especially as a breakfast/brunch lover, it was wonderful to see so many options and was hard to pick what to order! The portions were very nice and there were plenty of bananas and blueberries on the waffle/french toast. The covered patio is so cute, with a nice green roof and thoughtful decor (the flower speakers are adorable!). Even in the rain, the patio was able to stay open air and the rain didn't impact us at all.

I had a waitress that wouldn't stop yapping to me -very annoying. The food was great -excellent- but there was so much of it that it was almost disgusting. I told the waitress to tell Joey that the portion size is too big-because it was just too much food. The second time I went with someone -we both enjoyed the breakfast- but a waitress was cleaning the table next to us when it vacated with some sort of ammonia solution, and it ruined both of our appetites. The third time I went with another person -a different person -we ordered eggs and toast for $7.99. I ordered an extra steak tips which is offered on the menu for seven dollars expecting that to add up to $14.99 for my portion of the bill. Instead the waitress billed me $20.49 -which is a 10 ounce sirloin steak and eggs breakfast. BIG DIFFERENCE. I pointed out That the verbiage on the menu indicates that you can order the steak tips on a classic breakfast, which mine is. For seven dollars extra. This beast of a waitress said that they'll do it (the right thing) this one time -but from now on even if you order just steak tips or the steak and eggs that's the 10 ounce steak cost is $20.49. This makes no sense Joey. So that's why I only raised my review of one star. The food is excellent, but there is still lots of room for growth.

My girlfriend and I shared the apple pecan salad and a Detroit-style pizza. Both were delicious, and the portions were very generous. It was not busy and we didn't have to wait for a table which is a plus. I ordered smoked turkey, with salad and sweet potato fries and a pg13 which was ginger beer, mint and I added a shot of vodka. When our food came out I had to question what was going on with the sweet potato fries because they had a thick coating and looked beer battered, not at all indicated on the menu. I asked the server, Kelsey W., and she paused and said yea I don't know for sure but if you can't have gluten I wouldn't eat them. I was annoyed at the situation and just took them off my plate but I understand this can happen. The server seemed annoyed and goes on to blame me and says I should have told her. Now will say I did have to go through the salad ingredients and pick most of them out, she didn't ask me about allergies either. And it's not common to add a beer batter coating to sweet potato fries without indicating it in the menu. The menu should be updated asap for other guests. Any other server would apologize for the situation and ask how they can make it better and not blame for a customer for a misunderstanding. After that I realized there was an extra sauce on the tray, I asked her to check with the kitchen to see what was in it, is it safe for me to eat? She came back 15 minutes later and said she will check and have an answer soon. It was not busy, this was not acceptable. Again clearly not showing any help for your guest with a food issue. This showed me she had zero concern or care about this or trying to smooth it over. Finally, towards the end of the meal I realized my water was leaking, had thought it was condensation as it was hot out. My glass, water cup had a huge crack in it. You would have hoped that someone would have seen it before serving it to someone. Clearly a safety issue. I hope I didn't ingest glass. I handed it back to our server and told her this glass needed to be tossed in the trash. Her response was another blank look, she didn't really care and just gave me another shallow I'm sorry. The rest of my meal was tasty and it was a large portion. Everyone else at my table had nice looking food and was happy with it. I will personally not come back here. District 37- it wouldn't hurt to update your menu and add what is gluten safe and indicate what kind of coating is on your sweet potato fries because a lot of people who choose these have special dietary needs. You should also train your staff to help bring up allergy issues with your guests and have more empathy if an issue arises. If this is something a server isn't able to work on they might consider an alternate employment opportunity.
