Terrible service. The lady that was serving the donut was so rude. Never coming again.

Stopped here for breakfast last Saturday. The shop is unassuming from he outside but pretty cute (and clean!) on the inside with a large donut case to choose from. Donuts were good, there 20-25 types to choose from which is always fun. The coffee was bad, tasted like water and was served in a styrofoam cup. I'd recommend Donut Kraze, but bring your own coffee :) read more

I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received this very early morning. I feel great customer service is very hard to find now a days and these 2 ladies went above and beyond! I preordered 4 dozen donuts and I did not leave there until they made sure everything was perfect! On another note.. the donuts.... AMAZING!!! I will say I do prefer them over Paula's. They are not as heavy. I do love the crazy flavor offerings they have. I sampled the maple bacon, peanut butter cup, cotton candy and Oreo. The maple bacon and peanut butter cup were my 2 favorite. The restaurant was very modern looking. Very clean and organized. I really look forward to coming back for those special occasions, I wish I could eat these delicious donuts everyday but we all know that is not a good idea. read more

24/7 donut shop?! That's already hard to resist! Walked in and was greeted right away, love the customer service! They have "special" donuts and regular donuts ($1), super affordable! Many different types of donuts, obviously their infamous Maple bacon, to peanut butter jelly, honey glazed....I was hoping to try something seasonal like Pumpkin, but unfortunately they didnt have it that day. I settled for the peanut donut (ONLY A $1!!). Definitely enjoy the crunchiness of the peanuts, but i prefer Paula's peanut donut more because it's much cakier and soft compared to Donut Kraze. I have yet to try the Maple Bacon donut, maybe that'll persuade me to be team Donut Kraze. read more

I've had Paula's Donuts but if you like a lighter donut, definitely come to Donut Kraze. I went for my mom's favorite donut a peanut stick because when I eat it, it reminds me of her. Nice establishment with friendly workers. We took a 1/2 dozen back for our drive home to NJ. I'll see you in August Donut Kraze when I come back for my family reunion. Three words: MAPLE BACON DONUT. That, by itself, warrants a five star rating. Throw into the mix that the place is open 24 hours a day, and the staff is always pleasant and welcoming (even at 5am when I'm staggering in there after my night shift), and you the place becomes your very own little happy place. Their donuts are great, tasty and their is plenty of varieties to choose from. The staff is more than happy to provide suggestions as well should you decide to ask. This is a place I've been meaning to try since moving to Buffalo last summer and finally I was able to make a pit stop for some treats. Upon entering Donut Kraze the first since I noticed was how much nicer it was inside then a Tim Horton's or a Dunkin Donuts. They had a ton of seating, a television, and even a fake fire place in the back to make a comfortable place to relax in. The donut selection was absolutely fantastic and what I ordered tasted even better. I went with a chocolate blast which was a basic donut filled with chocolate and a big honey glazed crawler. Both donuts were delicious and I can only wonder how good the other flavours are, will be coming back for breakfast in the future. read more

Amazing customer service. AMAZING loaded brownie thingy. But the donuts... eh. I'm a Paula's girl though. I love the heavier, moist, doughy donuts. Donut Kraze donuts are lighter and drier. This is merely a preference issue. Some people do not like the density of Paula's, so they'd be better off coming to Donut Kraze. Either way, no matter what your donut preference, stop in to get a loaded brownie. It was seriously AMAZING. read more

The doughnuts were fresh and well made. I had one filled with whipped cream and topped with Oreo pieces. I found it too be way too sweet, although it was very satisfying. I also had their cruller which was not as sweet. It was very soft. I preferred the cruller a lot more. The interior of this store is very nice. It would be a perfect place to order a cup of coffee and read a book. The lady that served me was friendly and patient while I decided my order. read more

I visited Donut Kraze's second site that they just opened in Tonawanda. It is beautiful inside, nicely decorated with warm colors. A nice touch is the fireplace in the sitting area. It makes it a warm and cozy place to enjoy coffee and donuts. The owners are wonderful people who are eager to please. Their donuts are so delicious and they offer a wide variety, along with specialty ones. I think they will give Paula's some friendly competition. read more

I stopped in Saturday to pick up a dozen donuts for Easter brunch. The new store looks great, and the employee was very nice. Unfortunately the donuts were very, very greasy, and tasted like the were cooked in old, burnt oil. The oil taste was overwhelming. This was the second time this has happened. I stopped buying donuts from Donut Kraze over a year ago because of this same reason. I decided to try them again in their new location, and unfortunately I received a dozen grease bombs. read more

When you go to a all night donut shop you think you be greeted by the night guy. No not here, we stopped in at 10:30 pm. Picked out a few donuts and asked for a Boston cream donut, but they didn't have any. The wonderful clerk made me one on the spot!!!!! Thank you. Open 24/7 to fill your donut needs; Donut Kraze is my new favorite spot! We were greeted promptly upon entering. We scouted the donuts, each one looking more delicious than the last. We finally picked our donuts, then the nice employee let each of us pick an additional donut for free! I recommend the hot chocolate but beware of the lids if you get it to-go. I noticed some fancier items on the menu, not just fancy donuts but a few lunch items as well. Next time I visit, I'll hang out in their lounge area and venture into the menu a bit more then update this review :) read more

When I first saw the beautiful display of perfect-looking donuts, I was a little overwhelmed because it looked like everything was topping- and filling-heavy. So I opted for something a little more on the plain side. The sour cream donut at Donut Kraze has to be the best-tasting donut I've ever had. It was SO fresh, rich but not heavy, slight crunch on the outside but so fluffy on the inside, and the taste... Simply amazing! (only had half the day-of and had the rest the following morning and it was surprisingly just as amazing!) Also got a small iced coffee and asked for a "teeny bit of sugar and a teeny bit of cream." They nailed the exact portions I wanted. Yay! Oh, and the iced coffee was dee-licious. When I got to the register, I saw a sign for a donut + small coffee special for $1.79. I asked if it applied to my order since I'd gotten iced coffee, which usually costs more. To my surprise, it counted! $1.79 + tax = $1.95! Amazing! Highly recommend. Best part... I walk back to the car, and he asks if I got the maple bacon donut (I had mentioned it earlier). I said no, so he took matters into his own hands and went back inside, lol. So glad he did. The maple bacon donut was delicious, and we actually ate it the next day. Don't let the white cream filling fool you; it was what originally deterred me from getting it because it just sounded too rich. First off, the bacon is actually crispy, the donut isn't oily, the maple frosting is not too sweet and compliments the bacon perfectly, and the white cream filling, albeit there's quite a bit of it, is not overwhelming. We just kind of squeezed some out and I just took "outside bites" so I'd get all donut + toppings and less filling. I know the maple bacon donut is a popular combo at these donut spots, and I haven't had one before this so I can't compare, but this was surely a winner. read more

I'll just let the picture speak for itself. I called in this Order a day before my little ones donut birthday party last week, and the staff was so helpful by letting me know all the flavors they had. Then they put it nicely together and separated the ones not shown (bacon) so they would not contaminate the flavored of these beauties all without me asking. They do taste pretty good and I froze a few cause we weren't able to eat them all go figure, and they still tasted pretty decent. I will say when I picked up my order I got two adult doughnuts ... pineapple and the last cherry coconut one that was the daily special and yep those were pretty awesome. Awesome donuts! We've been there at many different times of day and the donuts are always fresh. We've tried a lot of flavors, but our favorites include the sugar jelly, cinnamon roll, and apple fritter. There was a cinnamon crunch special that was also delicious! I hate to have to do the comparison, but I feel like I have to. -- I love Paula's (as most of us in Buffalo seem to), but Donut Kraze has a better version of some donuts. I will admit that I like Paula's cakey donuts better (red velvet/choc. etc) but the lighter donuts are SO MUCH BETTER at Donut Kraze. I'm not left feeling like I just ate an entire meal, like I feel after a Paula's donut. Overall: definitely worth it, especially because they're open 24hrs!
