Okay...so I grew up in Chico where the Donut Nook was King. Now I have moved half-way across the United States and wish I was back home for just one more glazed raised. It doesn't seem that exciting, but you can't find their donuts anywhere else - I've tried! Every time I go home, I have to go there at least 3x...nothing else compares. This place is so fun. Not only is it a great place to get some doughnuts, but it is a great place to hang out with friends. And the chairs are a whole lot of fun to spin in. This place is about as close to donut Heaven as one can get. If you go after 8pm on many nights, you can watch the donut-making process through a glass window. It's actually very fun to watch!
