Nice, clean, cute spot that recently opened up. Lots of seating and tables including bar style seating. Lots of options for everyone along with pastries if you just want to satisfy your sweet tooth. I got the brisket & egg croissant... it was probably the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The brisket definitely added a new dimension to breakfast sandwiches with a nice smokiness and it had a sauce that was perfect. I liked the way the egg were cooked, made it nice and flat but it wasn't scrambled. I'll definitely be back to try some of the pastries cause I haven't seen them available at other places in town. The service was great, the gentleman up front was really nice and helpful. It is on a corner but semi hidden. Went across the street for a delicious Ube Horchata from Bobaology!

The food was truly exceptional, and the server was incredibly attentive. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. If you're in the mood for breakfast, you absolutely must try this place. You'll be hooked!

2/15/25 Getting breakfast for tomorrow! Great experience! Greeted upon entering! Ordered a large coffee, ham & egg croissant breakfast sandwich & 2 Oreo chocolate donuts. Paid for it and waited for it to be ready. Very nice restaurant. Calm & low key with music playing. Pink & black decor with lots of seating! A bar-like set up & tables & chairs with a side booth. They have many other breakfast and lunch options too! Another time. Received order shortly later! The worker was Great! Happy to bag it for me & wished a good day! 2/16/25 Happy Sunday everyone! Got breakfast ready & split. 1/2 of the ham & egg croissant sandwich was cheesy and DELICIOUS! Good amount of ham and Great, fresh croissant! Oreo chocolate donut was Great! Delicious too! I'm sure mother will feel the same when she gets up to have hers! Great service & Great breakfast! Highly recommended! They deserve every star!

Service was great here. Place is nice and clean. Food is good but bacon, tots should be a little crisper. Another thing it may need some seasoning. I guess that can be a preference. I did look at the donuts but there isn't much of a variety. I need to try the rest of the menu.

The croissant was old and stale. A very small sandwich for $21. I wouldn't recommend.

    Breakfast factory

First time trying this place and my first thought was $17 was way overpriced for this breakfast sandwich It lacked a lot of flavor super bland and the tater tots taste like oil Super disappointed

Great food, service and awesome decor! Food is hot and fresh- we will be back for sure! Good job, guys!

Right off the bat, I just want to say the service was 5 star the restaurant was clean and well organized, however the food was a 1.5 star, I ordered the "load tater tot" and it was actually pretty good but way over priced, $18 for this was not worth it. Maybe like $14. Then I also ordered the patty melt, this sandwich didn't look anything like the picture and was way way over priced for a piece of bred and a sausage patty. Overall, I would give this a restaurant at two out of five stars.

Sausage & Eggs Bagel with Tater Tots

The service was fine. Nice cashier. The prices for the food however, is not something I would pay. Ambiance is just alright. Not a lot of customers as one would expect in the morning. And they did not have a variety of food on display.. The flavor wasn't there for the food we did try. I added the picture of two of their breakfast sandwiches, which again could taste better. The tots were very oily. Bagel wasn't as soft. I didn't add a picture for the kids grilled cheese- but it was just toasted bread and shredded cheese. (Also lacking flavor -no butter or anything just the toasted plain bread) For the price point you are better off at other places.

Great donut variety, friendly staff, and finally a place in Fresno county that has ponchiks!

    Breakfast plate at Breakfast Factory

I ordered the breakfast plate I requested scrambled eggs. I got dry fried eggs, bacon was overly greasy and my hashbrown was not cooked to golden brown. I asked for sour dough bread, my bread was not toasted it was dry with no butter my coffee was ok after I put alot of creamer.

    Sausage & Egg Sandwich

Service was good and fast, man behind the counter was respectful taking our order. Gave 3 stars because the breakfast sandwiches were expensive and food was just okay. It was cute but just lacked something more

Ordered the ham , egg and chipotle sandwich .... Wonderful flavors

Stumbled upon the new donut factory before doing a day of errands , and I'm so happy I did! The sandwiches were super delicious. And took a donut or two for a dessert with their delicious cappuccino coffee... I will be back! Thanks

I tried the BLT sandwich. The sourdough bread was fresh and perfectly toasted, and the bacon was nice and crispy.

We headed in at an odd time yesterday around 230pm. It was late for lunch and too early for dinner. Nevertheless, we were seated in the front dining area, and ordered some entrees. The menu offers a lot of familiar favorites that you would expect to see at a a bar/ restaurant. Burgers, sandwiches, salads, and a few specialty plates. For my meal, I ordered The Local burger (no pickles of course) which was absolutely fantastic. Piled high with cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes - this burger was executed to perfection. I ordered it medium, and it came out medium (imagine that). The best part was the sunny side egg that was placed on top. That first bite was heavenly. The yolk breaks, and all the goodness adds a little extra flavor to the already delicious burger. The shoe string fries were seasoned perfectly- I highly recommend this entree. The only thing I would add next time is an element of spice to take things up to another level. My wife ordered the BLTA sandwich , with sweet potato fries. I didn't try a bite because I had enough bacon on my burger , but I did sneak a sweet potato fry , and it was fantastic. My son order the chimichurri steak , he seemed to enjoy it although it may have had too much sauce on it for his liking. Perhaps it would been better if he ordered the sauce on the side. My picky daughter ordered the pesto chicken sandwich ,and she said it was pretty good. My family and I were full , but weren't going to let the dessert options pass us by. My family has a sweet tooth. We all shared the chocolate cake and bread pudding . Both are nice options if you need something sweet to top off your meal. The food and vibe of this place deserves 5 stars. I will deduct one star for the mediocre service and inconsistent food prep. Our meals were coming out one by one which made it awkward when trying to eat together. Our server didn't offer refills on our drinks , and didn't bring us utensils -until we asked for them. I will be back to try more menu items , and enjoy a cold beer while watching the game.

It's always open, the service is prompt and friendly, and the price is right. Yesterday, like so many previous times, we were getting a large group together for the Clovis Craft Brew Festival. What makes Neighbor's so perfect is that two friends arrived first, and despite being just a group of two, they were able to snag a table for 8. As other friends showed up over the next hour, we just kept adding to our table. And our server was wonderful! He greeted each new person/couple and quickly took their order. At one point, the poor guy had 4 different orders put in on 5 separate checks. But everything was delivered promptly and to the right person, despite us constantly shuffling around the table and changing spots with each new arrival.
