Came here with my friends to see what good with these donuts. I got a maple bacon and cinnamon donut and a lemon raspberry drizzle donut. It was very good, fresh and warm. My other friend got an vanilla donut with Oreo crumbs. He like it a lot too. The price for a donut is 2 dollars which is not that bad for a fresh donut. Donuts are very good, unique style and taste. Very creative design work and carefully made for each order! Does take some time but it's ok because they look great and taste very well. They helped me order with friendly suggestions. The donuts were made in front of me and my little ones face so that kept him entertained and intrigued with a very minimal wait time. The quality of donut + the customizable toppings glazes & drizzles + warm made fresh to order system = donut heaven!!!! I foresee this place being a family Favorite. My favorite part of the entire experience was while making my order decisions I mentioned how they should post their menu of suggested flavor combos while in front of cashier and what appeared to be a manager or owner. We love this place. Who doesn't love fresh donuts made to order. A great addition to the lower Todt Hill neighborhood. Trying different varieties of donuts and even choosing a few unique topping combinations that savor our palate. A couple of our favorites are chocolate glazed with bacon / fudge drizzle & also vanilla frosted with fruity pebbles / marshmallow drizzle. At least be honest these donuts don't belong anywhere but at the feast. Balls of grease that stay with you all day. It's gimmicky won't be here for long so hurry up and waste $4 per tiny donut. I love this idea! It's so cool that you can watch them make these donuts fresh and then pick whatever toppings and everything you want on it. We tried about 6 different donuts (maple bacon being my favorite) all the toppings were delicious, but my only draw back is that there's only one type of base donut and I'm not a huge fan of the density of it. I'm sorry, these donuts look amazing but in terms of convenience and timeliness you get 0 stars. Staff was friendly and professional but I DID see three other people walk off the register when told how long it would be to get their food / drink. This is the city where people are constantly in a rush, can you imagine people running in there on their way to work on weekdays being told 20 minutes for a donut.... I don't think so. They need to develop a new system where they have certain donuts already prepared like every other donut shop or they won't even last a year.... the people I saw walking off the line in a 5 minute span was a good tell all. My son and I were returning from a football game, we had given a ride to a teammate, as we passed donut world, he asked had we ever been there, we hadn't. He advised they are the best donuts ever, boy was he on the money. I made a U turn and reluctantly entered the shop, spotless, great customer service and without exception the best donuts I've ever stuffed in my fat, pathetic pig mouth. I got chocolate covered with peanuts and it was sweet, crunchy, sublime perfection. It wasn't a hot fried mess, more like a cake, but still donut like. Great place to take kids. They loved watching the donuts being made through the glass and picking the toppings. Great flavors to choose from but I would advise not to go overboard.
