( total plus when you have kids that get over stimulated with so many choices) we ordered online not knowing if it would be any good. But thought who cares because it was half the cost of the other places. Here's my entire experience. App: Super easy to use. Ordered at midnight for next day. Received confirmation as soon as submitted. Ordered updated as soon as location opened. Received a notification when order was on way. Delivery: Driver got out of car, it was the owner his name was Patrik with the thickest accent said " am I late" my little kids told him he was not. He let us know if there something we have a problem with. Please call him at shop and give him a chance to make it right. The interaction we had with him was amazing! Literally best customer service ever! Donuts: we ordered a little of everything. Most are cake like donuts. My kids absolutely loved them. The Bavarian cream ones plain taste just like the ones I get in Greece when we went. My over opinion: many people don't like to try places outside the box. My family is different, we always want outside the box. From beginning to end we had a remarkably experience. My kids loved it so much they are drawing pictures of donuts in the kitchen now! If you've been to the famous local empire, then you know what is going on here. You basically can make your own donuts - it is great. Good sized donuts, $1.75 a piece, for the most part. $17.50 for a dozen, which there are plenty of choices to build from. I lost count halfway through and had trouble picking between some of the options...too many seemed too good. Friendly service, and the employees are helpful when making choices. Talk about customer service! Patrik, the owner, greeted me at the door with a smile on his face that was definitely genuine (not one of those fake "customer service smiles" that we've all seen). His two new staff members were attentive and accurate with my order. I love that I could get a box of nine donuts (because six would have been too few and a dozen definitely too much). I got to watch them dip the donuts in the shop-made glazes, drizzle on the, well, drizzle, and then add a variety of sprinkles. I adored the maple glazed & bacon sprinkled donut. There was a small misstep with our order, and the owner did not only make it right but went above and beyond in redelivering our ENTIRE order the next morning personally AND adding in a surprise treat for the kids. This is an amazing shop, and a great alternative to Duck and Dunkin, especially for a crowd. We were looking for a place to schedule a delivery for a group. Duck would not even accept an order of over 2 dozen, so we started looking elsewhere. Patrik has been wonderful to work with, always very quick communication and answering at all hours of the day, even getting a quote together near midnight. (and apologizing for not being able to answer quicker while he is working in the shop) There are a couple menu items that set it apart from others - the donut hole boat, and the churros. All made fresh the morning of delivery. To talk directly to an owner about delivery is very reassuring, as Grub Hub and Uber Eats sometimes is not a good experience. To be able to schedule it out is priceless, as we can come on vacation, and know that the donut breakfasts are taken care of in advance. We do not have to wait in a iine for 30 minutes and our donuts will be delivered hot and fresh to our rental home. I understand the allure of going to a place, watching them being made, and picking your own donut individually. But if you want to feed a crowd with much less hassle, and have someone bring them to your door, this is the place. There was not an issue with special requests, and the decorations on the donuts are bold, and fun for kids and adults. They also have a Bubble Tea, which I have not tried, but will on the next visit. read more

While visiting OBX this past week, my wife decided she wanted Duck Donuts too late to place an online order due to the volume of business they seemingly experience daily. I suggested that there had to be somewhere else that was comparable. After all, I am of the opinion that these are just topped cake donuts and would personally prefer a custard filled donut from Dunkin Donuts, but when in Rome. . . So I found this shop and was immediately intrigued. My wife had said that you could not customize your online order with Duck Donuts, rather you had to just order their preset combinations if you wanted variety to your order. That was not the case with Donuts4you. You could truly get your order any way you wished. The price was about the same as Duck Donuts, but without the hype, my order was ready promptly and since I put down the make of my car, they brought the order right out to me when I pulled up. The taste was good and I was of the opinion, as were my kids, that the donuts were actually crispier than the competition. IMO this actually made them better. This place rocks. read more

I want to start off by saying the staff here is very sweet! The store was also very clean and it's super easy to place an order online. I have never been here before and I was placing an order online, the images of the donuts on their website are of yeast donuts not cake donuts, which is what they actually sell here. I suppose that's the thing around here (with Duck Donuts and everything) but my family and I were pretty disappointed with these donuts. They were on the dry side and the icing wasn't very flavorful. The glaze plain donut was extremely sad and that was the majority of the reason we came. I'm pretty sad this place wasn't up to our expectations. read more

I am BLOWN AWAY with this little donut shop! We came in about an hour before closing and the gentleman was so friendly and offered to make us a fresh batch of donuts.
