Elaine is amazing…read more Picture this - it's a beautiful sunny California day and all of a sudden you hear blood curdling screams...is that someone being tortured??? Do I call the police??? Nope. It's my dog getting a bath. ‍ I will start out by saying - my dog is a small mix and has had a pretty rough past before we adopted her. She screams bloody murder if you get water near her. Nail trimmings? Forget about it. Hair cut? Good luck. I was taking her to PETCO to get groomed however they cancelled on me at least 5 times to the point that it had been months that she had been groomed. Luckily we found Elaine's mobile grooming business and she came right to us. Elaine was funny, personable and took her time with little Foxy. Of course that didn't keep Foxy from showing her displeasure by yodeling through the neighborhood and pooping on poor Elaine, but Elaine was patient and did a wonderful job with Foxy. I will definitely be contacting Elaine again - hopefully she doesn't hold the poo bomb against me

We have three senior dogs…read moreand it is challenging getting these older dogs in the car and then into crates at a traditional groomer, which can take on average 4-5 hours. Adrienne is very patient, kind, and loving with the animals. All three of our dogs have different issues (blind, incontinence, etc.) and it was well worth the price to have her come to the door, one at a time, and just hand her the dogs. Her Sprinter Van is less than one year old and it is immaculate - your dogs will be very happy and it just seems much easier on their system. All of the dogs responded to her positively and there were no concerns. The price of convenience and ease is worth the extra money for me, just not to have to drive with my three senior, temperamental dogs in the car.

The left side of her face is visibly shorter than the right and she just looks overall wonky. She's definitely shorter than I had asked for as well. But the biggest issue I have with this place is the smell. Every time I come, it smells so terrible. Like dog poop with a mix of some type of air freshener trying to mask it. Even with the awful smell, I kept coming because Jordyn was awesome! But with her gone, I probably won't return.

Originally asking me if it was ok if it was a few hours as she had other dogs coming in this morning, obviously I completely understood as I'm just a walk in and I told her to take her time. About an hour later I get a call saying lucy is almost done. She stated Lucy wasn't a fan of the crate and she wanted to make sure Lucy wasn't stressed. In addition when I got there Lucy wasn't in a crate she was in the back room happy as can be. I was then informed that in the future I could book an express wash, meaning they pay full attention to your dog from start to finish. (They do this for dogs like Lucy that get stressed or don't like crates) It is a slight upcharge, however more than worth it to me! The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they do and the kindness you and your pets receive! All my questions were answered, concerns were addressed and most of all Lucy came out full of energy and looking her absolute best! I can't say enough good things! I immediately booked a follow up appointment a month out! Thank you guys!!!
