We had a great first experience. Our server was very sweet and informative. Our food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. We had mozzarella sticks, pretzel sticks, old bay fries and baked macaroni and cheese. The star was the brown butter cake. read more

I went twice in 8 days because my first time there was great! However, I shouldn't have gone back so fast because my high expectations weren't met the second time. The potato skins were great both times. The calamari app and salmon in the salad the second time were both way overcooked. The kids pizza was soaked on the bottom and wasn't even edible. First time here. Got a Guinness burger. 4 out of 5. Burger was good and tasty and got homemade chips instead of fries. Burger was like 5 ounces. Wish it was little thicker. Husband got taco salad with beef and he said it was really good. Got a draft beer and an orange drink which was like an orange crush with Tito's for $6. Got to experience the preview night and we really enjoyed it. The interior looks terrific! They really gutted the place and started over. Lots more seating, bigger bar and tons of TVs. The servers were friendly and really attentive, as were the bussers - offering refills and clearing things quickly. We tried the potstickers, wing sampler, potato and leek soup, smash burger tacos and sliders. Everything was great. The smash burger tacos were really flavorful and the kids picked that as the winner of the night. For me, it was the garlic buffalo sauce for the wings was the best bite of the night. All of the sauces were great. Nice beer selection, great cocktail specials, too. We will be back! read more

The place is brand new, they did a nice job and it was super comfortable inside. Definitely seems like it would be a great place to watch a game. The issues were with the food, it was my first time there and it was not good. We started with a special of cheesesteak nachos. They were mediocre, it was some chips with stadium style yellow cheese wiz, a very small amount of dry flavorless cheesesteak meat, which tasted like overcooked steakums to me. For dinner i had a special it was a poutine topped with steak and brown gravy. I knew I was in for trouble when I wasn't asked how I wanted my steak cooked. The portion was super small, and nothing was good. There was 4-5 small strips of steak, which was lukewarm, cooked well done, dry and tough, tasted like was was cooked in the morning and microwaved for service. The gravy on it was way too salty, and also tasted like it was from a packet. The fries and cheese were good, but again very small portion. Overall, I may try a burger if I go back, but so far the food quality was subpar especially compared to the price. read more

Beer is cold. Food was good. It's 2026 and everything has gone up in price, including bar food. We always sit at bar and the bartenders are friendly and attentive. The low scoring reviews here seem strange. I don't know, but it's worth checking out. read more

We went around 2pm Sunday for lunch and no reception from a greeter after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to seat us I went to a waitress for help she got another waitress and she said we had to wait even though seat were available when I asked why she said because they have no help I asked for the manager and they sent me another waiter I was so upset that they could not have the courtesy for the manager to come out and explain why we could not be seated its was terrible because the 3rd waiter said because we would have bad service I said this is bad service. Really wanted to like this place. Went for lunch. Don't do it if you need to get back to work within a reasonable time. Food took a long time to come out. Server was nice but lost. I miss the Tilton, this was absolutely horrible here. The food is high priced and not worth it at all. My son got buffalo tenders and fries. The tenders were soggy and the fries were still partly frozen. My mom got the salmon salad and her salmon was raw. I got the G beef stew and it was 20.00 for 3 pieces of beef in a small bowl with a hard piece of ciabatta bread. Brought the chicken tenders home to put in the air fryer, sitting down to eat them and looks like they were raw. Will absolutely never eat here again. And I agree it's too bright. I miss the Tilton. The food used to be so great. I would advise anyone to not go there. The food is horrible. Not worth it. I wouldn't even give them a star if I could. Only thing good was the server but I am pissed that management thinks it's ok to talk about their servers near patrons. Poor way to run a business. Disgraceful. read more

Last night my husband and I dined at Dooney's in Egg Harbor Township. We ordered two cheesesteaks (with fries not included), a soup, mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, and two drinks each. The total came to $104, which felt excessive for what we received. Although I the waiter was very kind and attentive he did not inform us about these charges. What was especially disappointing was being charged extra for basic toppings like mayo and onions everything seemed to be priced à la carte. At that price point, those kinds of add-ons should really be included. We've been loyal customers of the Tilton location for years, which is why we decided to try Dooney's. Unfortunately, after this experience, we won't be returning or recommending it to others. read more

First time guest for dinner. Definitely a brighter more thought out environment than Tilton. Took a very long time to be greeted and offered drinks. Server seemed overwhelmed. Back dining area where former package goods were seemed a little wonky as server had to keep running around the bar to do any task. Drinks, boxes, sauces, check. Seems like there should be more available for service staff in that corner. Service bar, soda fountain, full POS. Food compared to a diner, but not in a good way. Special Drinks didn't pair well with food. Irish theme seemed underplayed. Didn't seem like there was a place for live music. Not sure if that's something they do or plan to do. Will give it a second chance, but probably not for awhile. read more

I guess my expectations were high. I was expecting a warm cozy Irish pub decor, like the pubs I've been to in all of Ireland. We waited a few weeks so they could iron out the bugs. I had the Guinness Stew which was hearty but very salty. My beer was nice and cold. Service was average as far as greeting us and taking our drink order. Worst lunch ever, don't bother. Took an hour for our food to come out, no apologies or explanation. They were busy but not full. When it did come, in two separate deliveries, fish was cold. Sent it back, reordered and finally got my food. Not once did anyone say they were sorry for the service, most of the time they tried very hard to avoid eye contact. Tilton Inn please come back. Will not be returning. I understand kitchens can get overwhelmed but it is how you handle the problem that matters. If our waitress had asked for our indulgence, even maybe offered a free drink that would be something. Left feeling it was somehow our fault. read more

Been a couple times since it opened. Food is good, service is good. Had the pleasure of Terri serving us last night. She's the best!!

This was our second visit since this Pub opened on Monday. On Tuesday we ordered off the menu, delicious Caesar salad and a top notch bowl of Chili. Drinks were very good and Smithwicks was ice cold. Service was as good as it gets. Went back to try the Happy Hour. We had Cheeseburger Sliders , very good with good fries. Garlic Parm wings were delicious, the cheeseburger Nachos were only ok. Serviced friendly and attentive , atmosphere was lively but not overwhelmingly noisy. Will be back often, already planning a Birthday visit next month. read more

Walked in just before 12 noon on a Monday. A few people at the bar. Sit down, order a drink and burgers. Got quite busy shortly after. Bar pretty much full, tables getting seated. Watching other people's meals come out, and these are people who walked in after us. Bartender "Day" checks status and explains that somehow the order didn't go in correctly. Okay. Well I guess we will see our meals soon. Offered our next round of drinks free. It is now 12:40. Still waiting patiently as we watch many plates come out but not ours. Clearly our order was NOT given priority at this point. Hubby told what may have been the manager that our meals would be free. Still no meals out. At 12:50, he told them to pack the meals up. By 12:55, watching people who came in after us finish their meal, pay, and leave, I got disgusted and went to the car. This is a shame. We have been to Dooney's in Voorhees and love it. Wanted to love this one. Had they made our meal a priority once the problem was discovered, it would have been fine. But they didn't. We both wanted to like this place but will likely never be back. Edited to say how interesting it is that the Business Manager responds to all good reviews but does not respond to bad reviews, perhaps with a little humility and a promise to do better in the future.
