This is the only place we'll board our dog. We absolutely love the grooming staff (which says a lot since we have an anxious pup who doesn't love the grooming process). From the moment you walk through the front door or call in, you'll feel like family. Even when months have passed without us using their services, when we return they remember our dog by name and it's like not a day has gone by. We particularly love the photos they'll take of our furry family members at the holidays. We love the photo updates we receive daily during boarding. We love that they don't hesitate to call and check in if they have questions or we've a selected a service we wouldn't normally opt for. Suffice it to say, the staff at Family Paw is at the top of their game. They treat our pets as their own. It says redeem for one free bag of Orijen dog kibble from any selected size 20 to 25 pounds and then on the back it says that the retailer will be reimbursed for the face value of the coupon +8 cents handling. All they had to do was send THE coupon to Champion PET foods and they would receive the reimbursement. They refuse to take the coupon because they say I didn't purchase the original bag from them for "exchange". I'm confused. It's a coupon. I think it's ridiculous that they won't take a coupon. It is a valid coupon for a free bag of food and they will get fully reimbursed for it.
