From ordering to installation, the whole crew was great! It was a fast process, as I was expecting our custom window replacements to take quite a while to be manufactured and installed. Once in, they quickly set up our install dates and went to work swiftly. I was impressed with how fast it all went and was thrilled with the new beautiful windows and external French doors. My only criticism would be with the clean up of the few prints and glue, but that's only because I really don't like to clean windows :) They hauled off all of the old debris and left our property in great shape. I was very happy with our selections for style and practicality. Overall, they did a great job, with excellent products (I love they have a local showroom), respectful and friendly team members, and how they made us feel valued as customers.

Everyone on staff was so professional. I spoke with Bob, Bill, another Bill, Ken, the installer, and his partner(great guy but I can't remember his name). I gave Bill a measurement through yelp, the mirror was cut precisely. Ken and his partner, FOUND ME IN THE MOUNTAINS! They took out the broken mirror, no easy task, and installed the new one. They even vacuumed up the broken pieces! What a first class operation. I canNit recommend them enough.

The cost also fit nicely into our budget. The installers were experienced and polite, the process took about four hours. It did take a few weeks for the news doors to be made to our specifications, which is the only negative thing about the experience, but as happy as my husband and I are with the doors, the wait was worthwhile. Caveat Emptor on 2 Added Fees to Quote!!!…read more After seeing their TV commercial, we called Window Source to bid on replacing windows. Their TV commercial says $6567 for ten (10) white, double hung windows, with NO mention of 2 added fees! They were 1 of 4 window bidders. Window Source sent us 2 quote options - both had a $150 old window disposal fee (even though we were taking care of that disposal) AND a "4% Convenience Fee" (we were to pay by check, not a credit card, so it's not a credit card fee). We then texted their estimator on the 2 fees- the estimator texted back, saying the owners explained to him that 4% fee was because they were a small business! Note: none of the other 3 bidders added on a disposal fee or a "Convenience Fee". We then directly called Window Source on the fees - the answers were vague. Bad way to do business! We've selected Window Tamers for the work (we'll review them about the work after it is completed).

In this home, from beginning to end, CPS did a great job on my roof. They replaced the roof in quick time with beautiful results. Roofing is a messy job and I still had the nails, the messy attic, and the broken flowers (from the tarps catching the old shingles). But overall, CPS was professional, kept the area tidy, and the end results look wonderful. No hidden upcharges or "found surprise problems" to deal with. A good honest company that did an outstanding job.

We had another company quote us to replace the glass and then ghosted us, then a second company told us they couldn't replace it unless we replaced three windows, and a third company quoted us to replace the whole double window . Jose said he could definitely replace just the pane for us and was very reasonably priced! The whole project went so fast and was excellent work! We are so impressed!
