The corned beef really just melted in your mouth, so juicy and tender just like a properly cooked corned beef should taste. It was just amazing and I was completely blown away. Paired together with high quality eggs and perfectly toasted with butter toast, there was not one bite left. I couldn't stop eating it. I was almost sad with my last bite .. but I was about to explode anyway since it was a very generous portion. I'm just a glutton when it comes to good savory foods. You'll find all the high-quality products that HBC is famous for - breads, loaves, rolls, dozens of pastries and sweet treats, plus sandwiches. It's quite a nice menu and you can out together an excellent varied meal for dining in or take-out. We went the takeout route and picked up two gorgeous sandwiches -a prosciutto de parma (Thinly sliced Prosciutto Di Parma, provolone cheese, and arugula on a homemade croissant) and a Caprese (loaded with slabs of Fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato, and fresh basil on ciabatta drizzled with vinegar). Their sandwiches are excellent and a pretty decent value at under ten dollars. PRO TIP Don't even dare thinking about parking on busy Route 4, there is none, but go around the corner on High Street and you'll find plenty of parking in a lot behind the building.
