They are very upfront about pricing (which is comparable and very reasonable!) and realistic about any issues that could potentially be unsafe and will do what's needed without trying to always upsell you on things you don't necessarily need. The tech fixed the issue on the spot and explained everything VERY thoroughly (where I could understand) on what needed to be done now and what will need to be done later etc. All 3 techs who have come out, for any issue we've had, were all very nice and I would definitely recommend them. He was able to come out the same day within the hour. First impression was a straight up guy, down to earth, super nice guy and definitely knows what he's doing. He arrived on time and fixed the problem within 5 min he also tightened a humidifier pipe that was dripping water. He told me I don't need a new hot water heater that it looks good. My hot water heater tank started leaking on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. I used Angi's List…read moreto find someone to replace it. Within 30 minutes, Dan from Maple Plumbing called me. He asked if I still had hot water, which we did, so he told me he'd be at my house at 9am with a new 50 gallon Bradford-White unit. His quote was VERY fair and we went with Dan to make the repair. I researched Bradford-White vs. Rheem and was glad we took his recommendation. Dan arrived at 8:45am and went right to work. He drained the old water heater and removed it. Then, he installed the new one. He cleaned up everything and was gone by 10:15am. Quality work done professionally at a fair price. I will definitely use Maple Plumbing again.
