Great place for Korean food! It seems their dishes have gotten spicier compared to some older reviews. I tried the Mara chicken wings and the chicken udon with spicy sauce. I'm convinced the people in Westerly just don't know quality food and it's sad. I didn't receive the drink that came with my fried chicken box (I'll take partial blame for this too, because I forgot about it until I got home.) I'm slightly irritated because the hostess took my food back to the back to "double check it" and this is what I got when I got home. I've had ramen or pho many times and never have I had it with hardly any broth at the bottom, or a fully cooked egg. The Korean sweet and spicy wings were a bit disappointing, not very crispy; mostly sweet with hardly a hot spice note, the wing itself was well cooked. Yaki Mandoo dumplings were okay with a very nice dipping sauce. The Korean cheese filled Corn Dog, not pictured, was a bit underwhelming. Mozzarella is not a very flavorful cheese, thus it added very little to the flavor profile of this Korean Corn Dog. Sweet spicy Wings and dumplings are very competitive local products; the Chinese and Thai local restaurants do and exceptional job on those 2 items. read more

For my first time trying a Korean corn dog I was let down. The establishment was empty. We order thru a self checkout screen. I got pictures attached. I've tried beef bulgogi so many time before. When I got my food the corn dog was smaller than I thought... and it was cold. Cheese was not pulling and no hot dog in sight as advertised.. I was sad but I still had dinner. Sadly the meat did not taste right.... almost old or under seasoned. The owner was so rude about the whole situation. Said I had eaten half of my meal so there was nothing he could do. So sad.. i didn't wanna make a scene so I left and am never coming back. Clearly by my photo you could see the food had not been touched other than my initial taste. read more

One of my favorite spots in westerly! I love the fried chicken/kko kko cupbop, spicy pork ramen, ddeok bokki, and the custard buns.

Much better location. Liked the japchae, they made it without sesame seeds the first time. It's a bright, clean location now in the McQuade's Ace Hardware shopping plaza. Eat-in or take-out, quick service. Fresh homemade kimchi. I would give them the fifth star if they could make the japchae without sesame seeds again (they wouldn't the second time) so with no dishes without sesame, my family can't go back. But if you don't have a sesame allergy, it's a great choice. read more

The sweet garlic chicken wings blow my mind. I get them every time along with the fake corn dog that also blows my mind. Eat in/Take out, the experience is like you've stepped into a Koreatown restaurant and the food is rocking. Giant chicken wings. The chickens that lost them must be from either Texas or East Germany circa 1980 because six of the wings and a magic corn dog is all I need for veritable victual victory. Always super professional and ready to serve you some pretty cool food. I don't want to call it fusion or deconstructed or anything that would put this place and it's food in a box. It's different and delicious and has a menu that is really fun and rewarding to explore. Look at it this way; you're gonna drop $35 at McDonalds because you can "drive thru"? The food was absolutely amazing, loved those fried dumplings! If I could change anything about this restaurant, I wouldn't! The service was amazing, and she even gave us free yogurt!
