I called the dealership Dothan Chrysler about the tire promotion where if you purchase 3 tires you get the fourth one for $1.00. Talked with Mitchell in service and placed my order. Tires were delivered to the dealership on 11/05/2025. Made an appointment for installation on 11/07/2025 7:30 am. Arrived at that exact time and date. I was second in line at the service door. Drove in and met person to person with Mitchell. I asked how long it would take for installation and he said about one hour. So, I said I would wait. I told Mitchell to check the brakes. One hour later he informed me that the braked were fine. Waited another hour said the installation would be completed in about another hour. After a total of 3 hours the car was supposed to be ready. I did a walk around and noticed the rims were really dirty from the installation but let that slide. But then I cranked the car one of the tires was showing low pressure. Mitchell took the car and came bake in a few minutes and told me a speed of 40 mph was required to equalize the pressure. I asked if they took it for a road test and stated they did not have time because I had rushed the job. I said BULL and left. I began to notice something was not right about the electronic components. I drove home with 42 psi in each tire. Felt like I driving over bricks. The factory specs on the driver side door clearly called for 33 psi. I later discovered someone had compromised the system electronics. Headlights would no longer operate , dash lights were out, AUTOMATIC WINDOWS not working and other items gone batty. Sitting here writing all this information explains that someone had done this on purpose. I never put any pressure to speed up the installation, never said a harsh word to anyone but I had asked how much longer it was going to take. Through my multiple moves all around the world (19 military moves in 30 years), and as a resident of Alabama for many years, I have to say that I have found an anomaly. Honesty, integrity, being ethical and of good character...AND...car salesman "usually" don't go together. This would be an extreme rarity. However!!! I met a salesman who meets this criteria of honestly, approachable, trustworthy and of good character: Mr. Will Culver He is knowledgeable, professional, and worthy of my recommendation. Young guy who wants to sell you a car but NOT at the expensive his integrity. I have a feeling his leadership would have it no other way. I couldn't be more impressed with how he communicates, his level of knowledge, his ability to go out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. He works hard to secure what his customers are looking for -without a "car salesman pressure pitch." Just the facts, hard work, and options. Military SM's, please watch out for this craziness in Dothan and Enterprise!!! You're close to the base and many target young Service Members to trap them into deals with huge deposits and deals no way in their interest. Take your First Sergeant with you before you sign if possible. I previously bought a car from a dealership (traded a Mustang) and the deal was scummy/scamming. Word-of-mouth would have destroy their business moving forward with those antics; so, they made it right. I've purchased many cars over the years, and still have quite a few right now; but it's taken a lot of work and my lawyer on speed dial to ensure honest service. However!!!! I have never met anyone quite like Will Culver. He was amazing. I plan to share his number with other military families that are looking for a reliable vehicle without the scammy tricks of the trade I've been running into (no names). I'll keep my danger warnings to myself. Unfortunately, people have to find out for themselves; but when you find someone you can trust and can help you get want you want HONESTLY...hold onto that resource!!! If only there was a way for no stars or negative. I bought a BRAND NEW Ram, 7 miles on it. After ONE month started feeling hard shifts & abnormal rumble. Took it in, was told I had a perfect truck, nothing wrong with it. 16 point inspection everything was great!..... not even ONE MONTH later I take it to another dealer to find there was a hole in my oil filter ( which happened during shipping the manufacture called the dealer when my vin was entered) so my brand new truck had ZERO oil. oil was covering the underneath of the truck. so 1.) Dothan did a 16 point inspection and everything was perfect just 20 days before???? 2.) never called to tell us to watch for any issues with a hole in the oil filter. Now, no one wants to help me out or make anything right when I have a brand new 60k truck that has already been totally out of oil & still having issues with the transmission. I STRONGLY do NOT recommend. the staff will tell you about their Cocaine addiction, their family life & keep you talking so they can make their sale & then help you no further. read more

I bought a 2017 Ram Limited in 2018 with 600 miles on it. They were really rude and even refused to give me a hat when i bought the truck. The kicker was when i i got a flat tire when i moved to Pennsylvania a few months later. The Ram dealership up here told me i needed new tires even though i only had 9000 miles on the truck. I have 65,000 miles on it now but it blew me away that they put used tires on my truck. It was my fault for not checking before i drove off the lot but I still think back on how naive i was and how they took advantage of me. read more

Elijah Moring 2020 Dodge Journey 10,730 miles So, they never turned my information in on time. Told me they don't detail used vehicles, tire pressure goes down all the time and the sold me a car with the seatbelt cut out and a broken latch. It never was inspected at first. Just got in a hurry to make a sale so they could get commission off the vehicle. This is just a summary of the experience i had with this horrible place. The worst service department I have ever delt with. My vehicle was in the shop for almost 9 weeks due to the incompetence of the people that work there. I feel like I was taken advantage of and paid $900.00 for a water pump, and that was not the original problem. The untrusting service advisor Chance Aldridge was to say the least the most incompetent person there. I was even called one day and told my truck was ready so we drove an hour and a half to get it and when we arrived, I was told by the same person who called me that he "must have called the wrong person by mistake". that would be my service advisor. I also called on three separate occasions to speak with the service Mgr. and was told the first call that he was tied up and he would call me back, that never happened. the other two times I called he conveniently was not available. To say this service department is a train wreck would be wrong, they are looking at train wreck in the rear-view mirror. I once even considered trading my truck in for a new one with the dealership, but I have rethought it and wouldn't go back there even if I lost a bet. Last monday Me: your piece of shit 8.4 in Uconnect radio is draining the battery on my truck be cause it is malfunctioning. Uconnect: well there is nothing we can do you have to take it to a dealership. Dothan Chrysler Jeep and Dodge: well we can order a radio but we have no idea when it will be in for replacement you have to call Uconnect. Uconnect: we are sending a radio with at ETA of June 12th. Me : well I need it asap because the last one that malfunctioned took 4 months to replace. Uconnect: we will get it sent out immediately. Today: Me: Hey I really need the radio it has killed my truck battery several times Uconnect: our ETA shows it will arrive June 12th Me: Hey buddy look at your calendar and tell me today's date Uconnect: it's June 14th sir Me: you don't see an issue with that? Uconnect: well you can rent a car and submit for possible reimbursement or if you have an extended warranty call the dealership for a rental. Me: Hey I paid 3k for an extended warranty my truck needs service and I need a rental Mitchel Chrysler Jeep and Dodge: well we can't give you a rental untiil we have done a diagnostic. Me: ok so can I drop it off today? MCJD: no sir we don't have an appointment available until June 28th. Me: does DCJD have to honor this warranty? MCJD: yes sir they do Me: Fine thanks for nothing Me: hey I brought my truck in over a week ago to get my radio reached it was supposed to be here Saturday and didn't arrive can I get a rental because it literally controls everything in my truck. DCJD: no one in service is answering so I will have to have them call you back. This only gets a 1 because you cannot give a ZERO. So on 3/15/19 I wrote a review on this dealer. At that time I was contacted and assured they wanted to make things right. Over the next 3 months I contacted the dealer several times. They even contacted me a couple times. I was told a couple times they had one that would be perfect and would get a hold of me once they got it cleaned up and inventoried. 3 months was the timeframe I gave them to make things right. Again I would wait and when I called back it was ALWAYS JUST SOLD or NOT THE ONE FOR ME. (see 3/15/19 review) These guys talk a big game yet are definitely the most UNRELIABLE, UNETHICAL, UNTRUTHFUL dealer I have ever dealt with in my life. I am absolutely convinced they DO NOT have any courage of conviction for their business practices. If you deal with Dothan Dodge, BE CAREFUL and don't believe what they tell you. I not only went with another dealer, these guys encouraged me to buy a Nissan. All in all the Nissan is a great truck and hauls perfectly behind the motorhome. I WOULD RECOMMEND Nissan to anyone! Arguably one of the worst service departments I've ever encountered. I took my 2013 Challenger SRT to this place a few months ago to get an unusual knocking sound, suspected to be a faulty water pump, replaced under warranty. The techs there confirmed that it was the water pump and scheduled me to come back in a few weeks to get the new pump installed. When I eventually brought the car in for the work, they said they would install a new belt tensioner! I asked why the change, but no one could explain why the diagnosis changed over the course of a few weeks. Anyway, I agreed to let them install the new belt tensioner. After all, who am I to argue with "experts"... I come back two days later (driving 20 miles from Enterprise...) to get my car. While examining the work, I notice that my engine's belt is misrouted over an idler pulley which it should have gone under. Mind you, the car is idling, and as I watch the belt, I see that it is cutting into my water pump!!! The belt was literally sawing into the metal case of the pump!!! Yes, the tech had actually managed to get the belt to begin digging into my pump. I was livid. I demanded the service manager, John, to come take a look. John was a very respectable man, and immediately acknowledged that the job was done poorly and that he even remembered that the water pump was the original part that should have been replaced. He assured me he would oversee the corrective action and would replace my pump and belt with his lead his lead tech on the repair job. He also asked if there was anything else he could do for me, such as an oil change or anything else for the car. I asked for a full tank of premium 93 octane fuel as compensation for all the back and forth driving my family made between Dothan and Enterprise, to which he agreed. In the end, it took a week for me to get my car back, but it finally had the correct work done and it appears to be ok now, even though they also forgot to refill my engine coolant to the proper level following the water pump installation... Overall, this dealership sucks. They are really only interested in selling cars and charging people for non-warranty work. Their salesmen are like vultures who pounce on anyone who parks near the dealership, regardless if they are there for service or just to see someone else. The maintenance department are incompetent beyond belief. Avoid taking your car or truck to this place unless you know enough about cars to double check their work! read more

Absolutely love this place. Both the times I had major problems with my car, they handle them efficiently. Their taxi service is amazing. Got pretty much same day service with the two separate problems that I had, with no further complications. Of course it being a dealership it is kinda pricey. But the security of having a job well done and done correctly the first time is well worth it. Plus I got a chance to see the new Hellcat!! read more

This place is a JOKE! Almost the same exact experience as Dave Y. We had to have our water pump replaced on our 2014 Ram as it was a recall -- unfortunately, the pump had failed, slung the belt, broke the tensioner, as well as the fan shroud. The dealership had the truck for 4 weeks and attempted to charge us for replacing the tensioner although it had failed due to a part that had been recalled. Upon picking up the truck, we noticed it was leaking coolant and took the truck back to have them look at it. They had overfilled the coolant which caused the leak and after 45 minutes of running the truck to test for further leaks, they stumbled across a knocking noise. One of the bolts holding the pulley bracket to the engine block had been stripped. One could only speculate the folks who just performed the work on the truck when replacing the water pump and tensioner would have been the ones who caused the bolt to strip -- they charged us for performing the work to fix it and we had been out of a truck for an additional week. After retrieving the truck for the second time, we noticed there was a nasty scratch on the headlamp, grill and plastic insert between the headlamp and bumper -- knowing good and well it was not there when we dropped the truck off at Dothan Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.... They would not take responsibility of the damage nor look up any recorded footage from their service bay. Mind you, we were not ugly customers, we did not give attitude nor make any demands. Now, after it's all said and done, we discovered a thin strip of the brand new belt peeled off and wedged into the fender well. Something was not aligned properly -- not only have we been out of the truck for 5-6 weeks, we now have to replace a $300 headlamp and incur any further costs to get it fixed correctly unless we get stranded on the side of the road again and have to get towed. These people do not have trustworthy, quality workmanship. They also do not have the integrity to do what is right or what is best for the customer. Recommend highly to avoid this dealership at any cost. Thake your valued vehicles and money elsewhere. read more

I purchased a Jeep Cherokee at my local dealership (East Alabama) December 2017. By May 2018, I had noticed paint was chipping and peeling in several areas around my headlights. Not only does it look bad, but I was concerned about rusting in the future. I went by the dealership and showed it to the service manager, and forwarded my pictures to him. Over the next few months, I would email and touch base to see if he had contacted the manufacturer. No response. I later dealt with his replacement, again no help. I contacted Daimler Chrysler about the paint problem, and was told I would have to go through the service manager. Once I forwarded copies of email, etc. to Daimler, they reached out to the second service manager I'd been dealing with. You would think he would be proactive at this time, as I'd already dealt with him face to face, sent pics, and followed up occasionally. I waited another 3-4 weeks, and he still hadn't done anything! SIX MONTHS of a run around with two SM on an almost $30,000 vehicle I had purchased from them. Fast forward, and I go by Dothan Chrysler Jeep and speak with their service manager John Nichols. FINALLY! Someone who gives a $&@!, and I didn't even purchase from them. I've got an appointment to have my Cherokee worked on, and finally a resolution in sight. I'm glad I'll be able to wash my Cherokee and not cringe when I look at these dang headlights. Rant over (drop mic, exit stage). read more

I would like to give Dothan Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat a 1 star. Due to lack of Customer Service / Communication Skills with the Service Department. I walked in nobody greeted me. I stood there for about 15 mins until someone finally asked me if I needed any help. They then had my vehicle for about two weeks, and nobody followed up with me. I had to keep calling just to find out what was going on with my vehicle. I would like to see the Service Department to have Training on Customer Service and Communication. This Service Team needs to go back to basics and remember what it's like to be a Customer and how you would like to be treated. I was very disappointed with this dealership. read more

Worst experience of my life!!!! I was so in love with my 2015 jeep Cherokee limited but after having so many difficulties and being treated so poorly by this dealership I want to get rid of it and never ever use any dodge vehicle again! The service workers are slow and work with no urgency whatsoever. My car is not even 1 year old and the transmission has failed twice. The first time, I was assured it would Not happen again well here I am not even one month later in the same situation. I am a single parent work full time as a nurse, I don't have time to sit around for hours waitit for them to diagnose my car before they can send me to enterprise rent a car where I am forced to wait another 2 hours to even get in a vehicle!! It took pulling teeth for them to give me a rental the last time and I was assured if I brought it in now there would Not be any issue. Well I was initially told 30 mins and I would Be able to go get my car well it's now been two hours and my car is still in the same spot it was when I brought it in. Now I have been given another hour wait time. This is completely unacceptable and I will be complaining once again to corporate. America's Import selling Dreams to America's Un-import-ant Consumer!!!!! Unfortunately my experience with Dothan Chrysler over the last week hasn't been up to par. Monday 6/13/16 my family and i traveled to Macon, GA to be of assistance to my mother. She has Multiple sclerosis and was starting her new medication. Everything didnt go as expected but we made the best of it and she was feeling well enough for us to leave Wednesday. My family and I left Wednesday morning around 7:15am to go to Fort Valley to eat breakfast with my father and his family. While in route i noticed a sound coming from the driver side of my car so i pulled over to the side and inspected the car (the sound was similar to the sound a bicycle makes when you put a baseball card in the spokes) everything was intact so i resumed driving to my destination. We arrived there around 7:50am. We ate breakfast laughed and talked and i asked my dad if he might have a clue as to what may be causing it he said he didnt know and his mechanic was busy that day, so we said our Goodbyes and got back on the road. The sound was still there and seemed to be getting louder and when i slowed down my car would vibrate a little. At this point the sound became a real concern and i called Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Columbus I spoke to the service manager explained to him the symptoms and he said when i got there they would take a look at it. 10 minutes later (8:45) it became apparent we werent going to make it to the dealership and i proceeded to to pullover and thats when i heard a loud bump and my tire shot out from under my car and into oncoming traffic terrifying everyone in the car especially my kids they are 5 and 7. Fortunately i was able to keep control of my vehicle and get it to the shoulder where i called Chrysler Roadside Assistance. Roadside Assistance is a customer service complaint because i called them around 9 and help didnt arrive until almost 2 pm. The first representative didnt inform the tow company that i had passengers so they had to cancel the tow and send out a new one. Then the second towing company was given the wrong information about where we were located and had to call me to find out. We got to the Autonation dealership around 2:45 and were informed that they wouldn't be able to look at my car that day and that i would need to make necessary areangements to get home. To make matters worse Chrylser Corporate called and said they wouldnt be able to provide us with a rental to get back home. So now my family who by then was tired frustrated and ready to go home were sitting at a dealership in Columbus Ga. Fortunately we were able to contact some family members near there ans they gave us a ride back to Dothan. The next morning (6/16/16) i go to the Chrysler dealership to get a copy of the Repair Order that showed them being the last people to work on my car to find out that due to someones negligence the repair order hadn't been closed out so it didnt show up in the system. The clerk finalized the document and gave me my copy of the Repair Order. Later that day Chrysler corporate calls inquiring about the details of the accident,where i had my car serviced prior to the accident, and how long ago it had been. I gave them the information and they said they were going to call the dealership and would call me back shortly. They called back and told me they couldn't help me and its not covered under my warranty and i should contact Dothan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for further assistance. I contacted Dothan Chrylser and spoke to the service manager i think his name was John and he said that if the tire was gonna come off it would have come off in 500 miles or less so its probably best if i file it on my insurance but they would look into the matter and give me a call Monday. It is now Wednesday 6/22/16 my car is no closer to being fixed and everyone is giving me the run around about getting in touch with someone who can make this right. My wife and kids were in the car with me, and had i not taken advice given to me by my dad to try a faster route to go home the outcome could have been much worse. I you guys value money more than the safety of your consumers. Tires do not just come off cars especially if the shop procedures are followed like the shop manger claimed. I'll never do business Dothan Chrysler again or with any of the A&D Automotive Group dealerships ever. read more
