Our request was to pick the car up either August 16, 2026 or August 17, 2026 as the vehicle absolutely had to arrive in TX on August 18, 2026. Dave Pan, the TCI Logistics dispatcher communicated through text message starting around July 13, and continuing over many days assuring they would be able to accommodate our requirements. I received the first call from the transport company on Friday August 14, 2026 stating they had our order and would pick up between 9AM and 12PM on Monday August 17, which would arrive in TX on August 19. While that was not what we agreed upon we messaged Dave Pan to try to get this resolved. Dave did not respond to messages. On Monday, August 17 I received a call from the transport company at 11:59am telling me their truck had broken down and they needed to pick the car up on August 18. After calling Dave Pan at TCI Logistics via phone and having some heated discussions with him at around 12:10pm on August 17 we asked Dave to cancel our pickup request because what they proposed was not what they promised and did not work for us. At that time, we specifically asked Dave to cancel our order and to immediately refund our $150 deposit. As of August 25, we have not received that refund. We called TCI Logistics on August 25 and asked to speak with a manager. We were able to reach the president of TCI, Kalob Antov by phone. He stated to us that he was not going to refund the deposit because we did not cancel. We definitely did request a refund on August 17, 2026 and we have text messages to prove this. Kalob was very rude and used every cuss word in the book blaming us that we did not cancel. I am not sure how anyone can run a business this way and talk to customers they way he did. We ended up having to drive the car to TX so we could get it to the destination on time

But we still had fun and it was great to be able to see and check out all the different make/models. They had a good variety on the lot to peruse, from glamping to keeping it real. The employees were great, very friendly, helpful, and no pressure for folks that were curious. I think they even had free pizza when we got there which is always a good sign ;) They rent too.

I get a call from Ken the service manager stating someone stole the catalytic converter along with 24 others overnight. Seriously? 24 in one knight? Complete negligence for people's very expensive RV's on their property. I have more cameras in/on my home which would detect anything. Your going to tell me the 24 saws alls going for hours didn't attract any attention? They told me to call my insurance company as they are not liable. They were in possession and had the keys. Oddly enough we didn't sign any paperwork when we dropped it off. May or may not have disclaimers. THEN they give us an estimate of about 5K to fix it including six hours of labor. They got us a non OEM catalytic converter. We took the RV out of the with it off and will have it fixed elsewhere. Not implying anything but 24 in one night in what is supposed to be a secure lot, then charging each owner Almost 5K to fix it? You can come to your own conclusions. I had to pay my insurance deductible and think it's bs. NEVER going back there for anything. EVER. Wait until the other 23 start writing their review when the get their RV's out if there

I am thoroughly disappointed in the post-sale service following the purchase of a brand-new travel…read moretrailer. Within three months, our RV suffered a broken axle--an issue fully covered under warranty. The failure occurred three hours from home, so I contacted Charles, our salesperson, expecting some guidance in arranging a tow to an authorized repair facility. His earlier assurance that "we will take care of you" if anything went wrong has proven remarkably hollow. Towing to an authorized dealer is prohibitively expensive, and we were essentially told we were on our own. One might reasonably assume the dealership could arrange transport to a Camping World location for warranty repair, yet that assistance was nowhere to be found. The situation appears to stem from a perfect storm of limited Good Sam insurance coverage, questionable build quality on a brand-new unit, and a salesperson whose interest evaporates the moment the sale is complete. Charles can talk a convincing game, but when it mattered, he dropped the ball entirely, leaving us to navigate the process without support. If you are considering Camping World, proceed with caution. Once the paperwork is signed, you should fully expect to become an afterthought.

Now communication and service is unreliable and terrible. On three separate occasions in 2025 I made appointments for service on my Coachman Galleria, only to learn they 1) forgot the appointments were reserved 2) kept the van for over three weeks without even looking at it, nor communicating with me the challenges they faced. In one case they made some repairs to the awning motor/ sensor which kept opening on its own. Less than a month later we find the problem has returned and they 1) still don't know what is broken/wrong 2) proposed charging me $600 a second time - even though the first solution didn't solve the problem. I can understand why service manager Brett, seems overwhelmed. But he simply does not communicate and provides flippant answers that are unconvincing or not fact based. Until they improve staffing, I recommend you stay clear of the service department.
