From the other reviews I've read, I'm hoping we had a one time bad experience but it was not good. We sat at the bar and the bartender was extremely inattentive. It almost felt like she was talking to the people on either side of us and ignoring us. We had to ask multiple times to get our drink order fulfilled. We ordered queso and, when it finally came out, it was cold. We sent it back asking for it to be warmed up and it never came back out. Once the check came, we had to ask to have the queso removed. At no point was there an acknowledgment of the fact that we never got the queso. We had intended to stay for dinner but after the experience we had, we decided to go somewhere else. read more

I've driven by this place so many times and never stopped in. We finally decided to visit on a weekday night. We arrived during happy hour so I went for a well whiskey sour to drink ($3) and it was pretty standard. Started off with the white queso and chips which were par for the course. The ratio of queso to chips was almost perfect, we only had 2 chips left after the queso was gone. For my meal I tried 5 boneless wings with parmesan garlic sauce. These were good, the chicken was fresh but not super crispy as it didn't appear to be breaded. The sauce had a good tang to it (almost citrusy) and there was a good amount of it. I got the onion rings on the side and these were good but I really didn't care for the sauce they came with. There was only one server for the whole place including the bar but she was doing a good job. Overall this seems to be a good place for standard bar fare and I will be back to try other menu items. read more

Don't waste your time coming here for a decent dinner. Only come here for drinks. I ordered the 5 count portion of boneless wings that were $10 and it came out looking like a kids meal. I honestly laughed lol. Wings tasted like Roosters knockoffs. Also it was just me and another person we both got wings, an app with waters and 1 beer and our bill was $50. Outrageous. Decided to give this a try. I just wanted a cease salad. This is basic food that should be easy to make. The salad arrived with iceberg lettuce, not romain lettuce. This was the worst salad I have ever had. Another on my party had the boneless chicken with some sort of sauce on it. She said it was mediocre. I think whIte castle's burgers are bigger! Huge disappointment after reading the positive reviews. Friday lunch and they had one server and one bartender which was way understaffed for the crowd. Luckily we had plenty of time but other tables got up and walked out. Some tables were coming up to the bar and getting their drinks from the bar station themselves. After a good 25 min we placed our order. Ordered a bleu burger cooked medium. We were served honestly the smallest burger I've ever seen (it seriously was the size of a slider). Not only that but it was beyond well done. Maybe they misunderstood our cooking temp for the size? I'm not sure but it was dry and way overcooked. BLT salad was ok, nothing original but it's a BLT salad not a lot to expect from that. I RARELY post a negative review but $11 for that burger was ridiculous. I did look at the menu after we ate to see if they claim a specific size for their burgers 1/4 lb, etc. They do not. But they do offer to double the meat . A long time ago this was My Friends Bar which was a total disaster. My hubby and I took a break from walking pups to check out this new restaurant on our route. When we walked in here the cleanliness and bright lighting was very refreshing on this dreary winter day. First thing we hear is a cheerful hello from the lovely lady behind the bar. My husband and I love the rustic motif. The wooden tables atop wooden whiskey barrels gives the place a fun personality. Trish our lovely server is fantastic. She is spot on with service refills and even fixing dueling tunes on the jukebox. Restrooms are very clean and everything in its proper place. (Which is very important to me) The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered a side salad in place of one of our French fry orders . They have a signature house dressing called Maple Vinaigrette. It's absolutely delicious and unique at the same time. Atmosphere with music by Brothers Osborne make it so fun! Make sure to come here when you aren't in a hurry. The food is freshly made when you order so it takes a little longer. But oh so worth it. Come take a load off stay awhile and enjoy your time here. read more

It was hard for me to give them 4stars but I had to take everything into account. My only con I've been able to find is when I've had two different types of their burgers & I was severely unimpressed. The burger patties themselves were bland and small; if I'm payIng over $10 for a burger, I want a seasoned patty that is thick, large, & juicy. Now, if I were just rating this place on their wings... 10 out of 5 stars hands down! They have diffferent flavors to suit everyone but what I love most about them are the size! These aren't your dinky BW3's crappy wings, these are some jumbo, full flavored wings!! 3 years later.... Gone downhill. Other than a hard working bartender, not much else going for this place. Place was near empty for happy hour on a Wednesday. Bathrooms in need of a serious clean while a "manager" sat at the station at the end of the bar eating while on her phone. Not a good look. Hope this place gets replaced with a new option. They seemed to be more towards the after work alcohol driven patrons than the traditional food items. We were in here last week for dinner with our parents. It's a nice atmosphere and the location is a perfect middle ground from my our house and parents house. . I was instantly pleased with the menu options since they were right up my alley, burgers, bacon, fat, cheese... prefect! Our server was extremely hospitable. Then about 30 minutes into our dinner a performer starts playing country music and singing on the microphone and that topped it off. Music was appropriate and not too loud. We really enjoyed ourselves. Also since we arrived a bit early we played a game of Keno, which I think I've done maybe twice in 25 years, but it was fun and the place wasn't sleazy like most places that offer something like Keno. Super cute bar/restaurant. Geared totally toward the carnivore burger lover. Their menu is about 60% great burgers. Mac and cheese and braised short rib Mac & cheese and fish and chips for entrees. Couple salads and lots of appetizers. We got buffalo cauliflower as app. I had wedge salad w chicken and hubby had morning after burger that had egg. everything was really good. It would get a 5 star if the fish n chips from last visit weren't so expensive for being bland on one tiny piece of fish. This is outside of my normal to give a business a bad review. We are here visiting Ohio ! We drive by and seen good feedback from here. The waitress lady is doing a great job to the best of her ability. The problem is in the kitchen area. We ordered wings and burgers. The wings had the wrong sauces from what we ordered, the burger had a sleeve of plastic still in sandwich from when they were frozen. I've been wanting to try this place. The sign said seat yourself, so we did. It took forever to get a server, we had to track her down ourselves. Ordered drinks then had to track her back down to order food. We've now been here 40 minutes. Food came out fast. I tried the Peanut Butter Bacon burger and a side of Mac and cheese. The burger was good, Mac and cheese was runny. It might be better with add ins, not as a stand alone item. I would try this place again, fingers crossed for faster service. read more

Well, after eating there I have no idea what caused the negative comments because the Casanova Burger was excellent. It was actually cooked medium as requested.
