I didn't realize there was this store here that is fairly close to my house which is nice. I stopped in and they only charged me $40 I think or $45 to tighten the ring. They were very nice. Unfortunately the ring got loose again, but they tightened it again without any charge which was very nice of them. When they were tightening my ring I was walking around and looking at the other items they had and they looked very nice. A variety of different jewels and stones available. I noticed some black onyx and Tahitian pearls which are my other two favorite stones other than diamonds. I should've asked if they have lab grown diamonds, but I didn't think to ask. The gentlemen was asking what kind of stone my ring was in the center because he's never seen such a color for a diamond and I told him it was a fancy blue diamond. He said that he's never seen that color before. Definitely recommend them for jewelry and other services they provide.

Due to the business's failure to complete the agreed-upon services and return my property, I have filed a Code Enforcement complaint with the Carson City Community Development Department against the licensed business. On May 29, 2026, I entrusted my ring to the business for a limited, agreed-upon modification and provided reference photos of the requested design. The agreed-upon work was limited to: * Removing the center diamond. * Setting the center diamond into a plain solid white gold band. * Soldering the original ring together so the remaining side diamonds formed a continuous band, with no other modifications. The estimated completion time was two weeks. After repeated delays, missed deadlines, and lack of communication, I requested that Mrs. Kynett stop the work and return my ring in its original condition. On July 9, 2026, Mrs. Kynett agreed, assured me the ring had been restored to its original condition, and repeatedly promised to return my property. Despite these assurances, the ring was never returned, and the promised return date continued to be pushed back week after week. Finally, on July 26, 2026, Mrs. Kynett scheduled a meeting to return my ring but failed to appear. She later stated she would personally deliver it to me that evening but failed to do so. As of the date of this review, despite numerous requests and repeated assurances, my property has still not been returned. I am documenting and sharing these events so that other consumers can make informed decisions before entrusting this business with their personal property. ** I have 2 police reports filed against them and on July 28th, My property was partially returned in damaged condition, not all diamonds that the ring once held were given back and what was once a ring they turned into scraps of metal balls.
