Through Yelp, Metavision LLC was a company that promptly inquired about our situation and offered to come and give a free estimate. The gentleman I spoke with, Brian, was very knowledgeable and professional. He came and assessed the situation and assured they would be able to resolve our leak issues. He had to check his schedule and let me know when they would be able to come for the repair. Communication was consistent by phone or text and they were able to come within 3 days. I received the invoice for the work and the amount was reasonably priced compared to the average price for the work we needed done. The day of the replacement, we were in communication before arrival, during service, and after the work was done. Brian was actually very respectful and personable. He was able to answer any questions we had and offered to assist us further if any more problems occurred. I am happy we chose this business for our repair. They are new to Yelp with not a lot of reviews but have been doing business for over a decade. Black Owned Business too, which I am glad to see as this isn't as common in this industry. The first company said they used a "100% biobased disinfectant technology approved by the USDA," but when I inquired what the technology was they didn't explain. The second offered an add-on service, but when I asked about why I'd need it, they admitted I didn't. They also came in hundreds of dollars about the third company--Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. I liked Lowe's flat rate: no surprises! I liked the service even better. The technician arrived on time. He took off his shoes in the house and was respectful of our things. He worked diligently for about seven hours to clean our dryer vent and the ducts for our three HVAC systems. He showed me before and after pictures that I could identify as ours because I'd found the same pet food kibbles elsewhere in the house from the former owner. We set up a time to meet the following day. The next day Khuma texted me when he was in route and arrived on time with his assistant, They both put on shoe coverings before entering my home. After taking a look at the heater he assured me he could check several systems to find the culprit and gave me an estimate. The work was completed in about an hour. He then showed me the various systems he had checked as well as the results. He ended up placing a new valve on the overflow system. He cleaned up the work area when he was done.
