Definitely an opposite experience from any Denver Biscuit Company I have visited. After the 20 minute mark I wasn't sure if they needed help milking cows or assisting with heavy machinery. If they told us "Hey, we're backed up a bit so it'll take about 10-15 minutes or a bit more to get your ice cream out" I would been a bit more understanding...but we received no update while the customers before us finished their ice cream and left.
