This place was great. It was quiet, clean, and the food was great. We had a great meal. The deserts were so fantastic that they didn't get pictured. Everyone in the family had one and I regretted not getting on to go. I look forward to going there again.

Hands down the most aesthetically pleasing restaurant I've been to in COS. My server was so attentive and kind, even with 5 other tables occupied. This restaurant was so clean and the ambiance was not what you'd expect from COS, but something I could see in SF or WA (which says a lot!) My order: Today I got everything I wanted to try out. Turkish coffee (first time), heirloom and beet salad, Shakshuka (first time), and a coffee bean mouse dessert cake. - Turkish coffee was delicious, reminds me of a hot mocha but not as sweet. I'd order this again! - I love beets so I had to get the heirloom and beet salad. It came with a huge chunk of feta cheese which was so crazy. I wish it came with arugula bc that combo never fails. - I've always wanted to try shakshuka so I decided to order it. Tomatoes aren't my favorite veggie so I didn't finish it, but it was very tasty with the flatbread. - Coffee bean dessert - this was such a fun dessert. Today they only had this in the display and even though chocolate mousse isn't my favorite I decided to give it a try. Very tasty and I will def be back to try the other fruiter flavors. Overall, this is such a fun restaurant with unique and delicious food! I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and come back again

Macron was also light and delicious.

Was excited to try this restaurant. The ambiance is wonderful with a delightful patio and atmospheric interior. Wait staff were attentive and helpful. I was a little disappointed in the food. The chicken was a little dry and my companions pasta lacked just a little flavor. To be fair our expectations were high but we felt our main courses were not quite where we wanted them. Any disappointment on the mains was quickly replaced by delight at the desserts. The desserts are made daily and are unique! The lemon cake looked just like a lemon, not just on the exterior but also in the interior!!!! Taste was out of this world! The Macron was light and tasty and my companion enjoyed her golden coffee. Would I return, for dessert definitely, I would also like to try their breakfast. I may have been unlucky with mains so will give it another try.

We went here for Sunday brunch and ate outside under the awning. It was perfect day and setting. We had their Omelette, Farmers breakfast and a Blueberry Mousse Cake for dessert (oh, my, my, my!!) such incredible flavors! The mashed potatoes were scrumptious, sausage delicious, and most importantly Do Not skip dessert if you have room. The design of the Evergreen is sleek and has fresh clean lines - very inviting. We've found very few restaurants with outstanding flavors, fresh food, and friendly staff with an inviting ambiance in the Springs. We are so thrilled to find a fresh upscale place. This will definitely become a regular date place for us.

A beautiful setting for a memorable meal! Our server was very attentive to our large group. I loved the puttanesca pasta, brussel sprouts, and lemon dessert. Highly recommend!

This is across the resort. I started with a Speck's Sazerac. Very good and the anise cloud was a nice touch. The food let both of us down, however. We both thought the table bread was odd in both texture and taste. I had the Marinated Broadmoor Farms Tomato Salad. What an excellent concept. However, the mascarpone basically was overpowered by the wasabi. And the broccolini was chewy though flavorful. Maria had The Penrose Room Roll that she did not finish as she could taste only spice and nothing else. The chocolate mousse dessert was deliciously rich and the mango sorbet was one of the best sorbets I have had. The experience gets an A+ but the food was lacking ; C+.

We were immediately sat on the patio around 5:45 PM. We were greeted and given "welcome bubbles". What a nice touch. After about 5 minutes, we were finally given menus. Other people were sat around us, so we waited to ask for the happy hour menu. We ordered the chef's choice charcuterie, a cocktail, and a glass of wine. The drinks and board were yum, but not quite a wine bar as there were very limited option by the glass. Also, we had to ask for plates and silverware where this is a basic item. While deciding on dinner, we were approached a couple times by the 2 servers in the section. One was friendly, the other, not so much, rather indifferent and made us feel a little uncomfortable and not very welcome. This kind of set the tone for the rest of our night. We ordered the "family share" chateaubriand. We realize this is an expensive cut, but the portion is definitely not a sharing cut, around 4 oz. It is closer to a single entree. When it arrived, the plate was cold, like the meat was lukewarm and the cauliflower was ice cold. Again, we had to ask for silverware and plates for this "family style shareable" plate. We brought the cauliflower temperature up with the server and got new cauliflower after we were done with the rest of the meal. Also, I sat with an empty wine glass and no one stopped to ask if I needed another glass. When the servers did stop by, it was a short interaction and we never even had a chance to ask before they were already walking away. We saw so many people come in and out that they must be doing something right, but for us, our experience was mediocre. If our meal would have been the correct temperature (it was well prepared, just cold) and better execution on the service, we may have had a better experience.

He gave us recommendations and was proud of how much food we ordered between two asian women. The affirmation paired well with the food. Our favorite was the Clambasa. I was worried the kielbasa would overpower the littleneck clams but it was perfect together. You can taste all the ingredients in the dish well. The bone marrow was gone before I could take a picture---rightfully so. But the horseradish mustard blew my mind. The ONLY reason I'm not raving anout the Shuba salad is because a good friend of mine makes it so much better. No skin off of Molotov's back at all, homemade at custom to me will always win. The quail was a disappointing. I didn't notice that the sauce was listed as BBQ. I could not taste the quail. By the time the Porchetta came, we were readilly full...but that didn't matter. Crisp, fatty and flavorful. I recommend the horseradish horilka for all the dishes. Lastly, the pistachio blintz. "Not too sweet," is the Asian's highest praise to any dessert and this deserves it. LOVELY and light. A perfect end to a rich and savory dinner. And no, do not pair this with the horseradish horlike (just in case you were wondering). For this visit, my sister and I decided to sit in the patio area and sit under their local resident regular, the squirell in the tree (his name is Vlad, but his street name is Chad). But next time, I would op to sit inside. It is very cozy with PLENTY of things for your eyes to scrutinize. The first visit was not enough to take everything in, both visually and gastricly (no more room left). A repeat visit is warranted and highly recommended.

The highlight of the evening was the superb service. Our waiter was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely diligent in making sure everyone at the table was comfortable and well cared for throughout the evening. His warmth and patience, especially with two tired young children in our party late in the evening, were greatly appreciated. The appetizers were excellent, and the bread was truly superb. Most of the meal was enjoyable, though a few dishes did not quite live up to their descriptions. The lentil soup, unfortunately, was rather bland and forgettable, lacking flavor and depth. Two entrées the tilapia specialty and a risotto-style dish also felt somewhat overstated compared to expectations and unfortunately they were way over salted. To the restaurant's credit, concerns were addressed politely and professionally, though the offer of a replacement felt a bit scripted as the evening was growing late. We did choose not to accept the replacement. Overall, however, the atmosphere, hospitality, and thoughtful service made for a very pleasant evening. With a bit more care from the kitchen in matching execution to presentation and description, this charming restaurant could truly shine.
