I ordered online. I paid and got delivery. When my order arrived it was missing an entire combo. When I called the store to tell them they told me that that's not what they see on their end and that the price I paid was for only the one combo and the zucchini I ordered. The girl that answered the phone said I'll get my boss on the phone and handed me to her Co worker that asked her why she said that. I asked why he asked that and he really didn't have an answer so I asked if he was the supervisor and he said no that there isn't one there and proceeded to tell me that I didn't order what I ordered. Why would I not order my food when it's for delivery because I can't get there myself in my big truck now I would be wrong to pull up and block the entire parking lot with my truck to fix this problem with you guys wouldn't I? The first time I called someone answered and put the phone down, then picked up and was speaking in Spanish so I asked for someone that speaks English, because I don't speak Spanish, and the guy hung up on me. Also if you order online they won't give you a receipt so they can tell you whatever they want to. I'll never order or visit your establishment again. The only receipt I was given was a link to the door dash delivery but it says 3 items not specificity the items. I received one combo and a order of zucchini. What was the 3rd item? Some of them are very young but still serve with a smile and are very polite in the old fashioned sense. In any case, I highly recommend the protein chicken wrap. The problem is what the menu prices are vs what comes up on your receipt. Especially when you order a chicken sandwich. Then when it's brought up they act so shocked. I got back home to realize as I was going through the bag that they didn't give it to me. This used to be my favorite place in the world to eat! Big proportions, bomb cheese fries, good food, BUT lately they have MASSIVELY disappointed. Told them we needed a burger with the meat on the side for dietary needs and they just took the patty out if the burger reguardless of the cross contamination. They're expensive now and the food is less appetizing. We went to this same location again last week and again they don't listen! They get our order wrong everytime and over charge us for food. Last week we were charged for 4 burgers when we ordered two. The staff doesn't seem to care either. The cheese fries we get don't have much cheese any more. I tried to reach out and have had no luck. Went there to get three chicken sandwiches, Philly cheese steak sandwich and a wet green sauce burrito with pork. 1. The pork was boiled. 2. The pork was chewy and had vicious nerve endings. 3. I requested the green sauce on the side and it was done. 4. When I finally tasted it, there was a metallic taste to it and it wasn't anything close tasting to green chilly. 5. Haven't been here in almost 9yrs though I live about 5 mins away from here. Our favorite was or is tuna melt sandwich and charbroiled chicken sandwich, back then total amount for each sandwich was between 8-10$. And today after so long I came here since I was super hungry and not enough energy to cook. I Ordered my fav charbroiled chicken sandwich combo, and asked for ranch and thousand island and to my surprise they charged me 75 cents each for sauce and I also ask for chili, she charged me 20 cents for 4 chilies!!! In total I paid over 13$ Like Seriously!! What makes you guys so special!?! I should've gone Valley Super Burger or Chris's Burger and get everything well under 10$ with either free or 25 cents for the dipping sauce and free chilies of random amount. (6-8) and that would satisfy me completely without a worry for how much I paid for my meal. Or if I cared for a bit fancy lunch/dinner would've gone to Islands... spend 15$ for a combo which also comes with unlimited fries, dipping sauce and chilies. I've been going to this specific location for quite some time now. Recently, they have changed their fried because the last two visits I made, the fries were not crunchy on the outside and wide and meaty on the inside, ontop of that, there was no seasoning, which made it even more dissatisfying. First visit since they have changed the fries, the breakfast burrito was good, no complaints, but the second visit, there was more egg than sausage in the burrito, which makes me think that ownership has changed or they are cutting costs in meat and the quality of the fries. I won't be returning back until I have a feeling it's time. Hopefully this is temporary, but wasted 26 bucks in total for something I wasn't satisfied with. Went to the location on Hacienda today. Called in my order ahead of time. Got to Doublz to pick up my order and found out that they gave my order to the police. Which is okay, it happens - however they didn't say anything I found it out because they were talking amoungest themselves. They began making my order again. Then they charged me $56.86, I asked for itemized receipt and they gave me the one that the cop had paid for which shows a discount of $25.97. Why give me that receipt that's not what I paid. I then ask for a side of ranch the cashier tells me that they gave me two already I said ok but I need another one, the two they gave me were for the salads that were ordered. She said okay $.75 cents. I then asked when my food would be ready and they didn't answer. When my food was finished. I mentioned that they could have at least apologized. No answer then the girl who was handling the drive thru looks at me and I repeated that they could have at least apologized. She just looks at me and says "bye, have a nice day" The customer service could definitely use some work and if you are charging someone full price do not give them the receipt showing the discount. On top of that I asked for extra mushrooms and was charged for extra mushrooms on the Philly Chicken sandwich and there was no extra mushrooms. I came in for a burger and was treated to a domestic dispute. As soon as I recieved my food a cholo came in with a small child and an aluminum bat. The cholo repeatedly tapped his bat on the ground, intimidating myself and other customers. He then stormed out with his child, using vulgar language. He then circled the building tapping a window with his bat. As I was leaving he stormed back in. They have not updated their menu, so every time i proceed to order my favorite item (the chocolate chip pancakes) the rude drive through operator always says "we don't have that right now". If I keep pressing with questions she's like "we just don't serve that". Every single time I've heard this answer. In my experience of working in a restaurant if an item is no longer served it is removed from the menu. I've told her that it should be removed and she is so unprofessional and says with attitude "well I'm not the owner, but I will let him know."
