Ordered my burger plain, like I have for 30 years. Wait forever to get it and guess what. Everything's on it. I'm allergic to tomatoes and these high school drop outs. Try to whip off the lettuce and tomato and hand it back to me. Luckily I check the burger they hand me back and guess what? It's the same patty they just tried to give me. With tomato seeds and all. This place sucks. The burgers are cheap but they pile the lettuce on. Charge you $1.25 for cheese or bacon, and there smallest soda is $1.99cents. Charge for refills, Go to Amar and hacienda. The little burger stand accross from KFC is waaaayyy better. Also you get a "cholo & gangsta vibe" from the employees as well as the patrons, bathrooms are dirty. Smell like pee. A middle of the road, decent place. No reason to go out of your way, happens to be close to where I work. The Positives: The Fries! Went today just for the fries. They're light and crispy. I generally prefer shoestring fries; these are wide, but not very thick. They are well seasoned. Many other reviewers really like them also, but I'm not sure that it speaks well of the menu as a whole when the fries are the highlight! Service has always been friendly, with reasonable wait times. Menu has a lot of variety. A few times a year they offer 50% discounts to local teachers. Not bad/Not great: Quesadillas - good size, pretty much standard. Chili dogs- good, but Tommy's are better. Corn dogs- good also, although occasionally under done. The Negatives The Burgers! This is supposed to be a burger place first and foremost. Their burgers are all smoke and mirrors. The pictures and names on the menu look great, and when you get them they look big while wrapped up. Overall taste is fine, but its mostly because of the accouterments - not the burger. The bun is big, it has a bunch of shredded lettuce, and whatever else you decide to have on it - makes it look loaded, but the patty is only about 1/8th of an inch thick!! Had the "ultimate double burger" and the "colossal burger", they have 99 cent items, but these burger combos are about 8 dollars. I thought I got the wrong burger, I didn't realize that I got a double burger, the 2 patties were thinner together than you would expect 1 patty to be! The prices - given the value/quality - a little high for what you get. Can't say there is much better in the immediate area, places around there are pretty much all the same - just ok - (with the exception of the In-n-Out around the corner). Have not tried the breakfast burrito, but may try someday. read more

The customer service sucks here. Don't know who does the hiring but the people working are just there because they need a job. They take no pride in their work. No work ethic. They even get the orders wrong a few times if you Drive-Thru. Doesn't matter where you work or what you do, it's how you do it while being grateful and treating people nicely. Doublz over all usually has pretty good food. But this place is definitely quantity over quality! Large portions of food! I usually go for their cheeseburgers and fries, and have no complaints! Stopped by the drive thru this morning for a French toast platter. The eggs and French toast were fine, but bacon was completely burnt and uneatable! It's your average burger joint that serves breakfast also. I go here when it's late and you know there's nothing else open. I usually order the steak quesadilla and chili cheese fries. I came in to pick up a doordash order and while I was waiting for them to finish my customers order, I noticed not a single person was wearing gloves. Employees also didn't have proper uniform & I was honestly very disturbed and in shock at the sight infront of me. This burger chain is pretty consistent. I've tried the one in El Monte and the one here. This is bad since I work near one and live near one :/ I love the fries here since they're all seasoned and with chili cheese on it, even better. I come here because it is a convenient location near my girlfriend's place. I usually order the chili cheese fries here not because they are the best thing in the world but it has a huge portion for its price. U could share this with at least 4 people and its only $6. The classic hamburger is okay; I really like that they use shredded lettuce. The meat is sometimes dry but the special sauce they use compensates for that. The pastrami sandwich and zucchini fries are amazing!! They are bit pricey for fast food chain but certain items on the menu are definitely worth it. I did not like the taquitos; the shell was hard and the meat was not apparent; their guacamole was watered down. The chicken tenders were surprisingly crispy and good. I heard a lot of bad reviews for this and I had to see what the fuss was about. Customer service was great, place was clean, and all in all, I would only go here if I'm craving for that chili cheese fries and I'm too lazy to drive any further. read more

Well for my first time I'd say a 4 star is deserved. I got the Denver burrito and orange juice since I came in the morning, I read previously that the salsa here was good and was a bit hesitant to come in. The food was made fresh and wow it was super hot!! I'm glad the salsa they offer is kept cold because it really helped cool the burrito down, I'm picky about my salsa and WOW! The quality was amazing! None of that prepackaged salsa or from a bottle, this salsa tasted fresh and had a home made flavor to it. Felt like I was eating my moms salsa and that's a high compliment. Check your fucken damn cameras , idk why open an hour later if your employees still arent going to be working flawlessly. My mom was starving and because of her medical condition she cant go much without eating so she did eat the cheeseburger but the fries and drink were there so i dont see why i couldnt get my money back for that too! Have come here a previous time, and you'd think as a burger joint they'd obviously be used to people customizing their burgers (simple requests too, no tomato etc). The woman at the window gave some serious attitude about it & made us feel like we were giving her such a hard time about a few simple requests.
