Service was slow. It was a Saturday night but we were the only people in the restaurant. It took almost 2 hours to bring our food for a group of 30 people. Literally 2 hours to make pizza!!!!!!!When it came out the food was overly salted and cold. The wings had hair in them still. Even getting the check was slow. We went during February when nobody was at the beach even.

Food was mid at BEST, wings came with feathers in them all cooked in and a lot of BBQ. My mom ate them but I could not, she picked some feathers out. We came on Saturday and paid 75 for 6 wings, an order of fries, and 3 drinks. The two orange crushes were also very watered down. The best thing was the fries honestly

The appearance of the restaurant gave very much "pizza on the beach". I had buffalo wings & a Greek salad and that Greek salad was everything, it was definitely made with love and the presentation was nice as well. My kids enjoyed their wings and pizza as well. We had an outside table of which we loved and our server was awesome (I don't remember his name) and my rum runner drink made by Destinv was really good!

Down at Va Beach, there is no shortage of pizza spots. I decided to check out Dough Boys. This corner location is one block over from the boardwalk. The staff were great but the service was very slow. Mixed drinks were decent. I liked that you could order pizza by the slice. The minimum is 2 slices. I ordered a meat lover. The slices took 45 minutes to come out. Would visit again, but I would need to order pizza first.

Did I enjoy going to Dough Boy's? Yes, and I am not ashamed to have gone two days in a row. Staff were pleasant and drinks were cold. Their pizza came fast enough and tasted great. The chicken fingers were good but the healthy portion of fries won the night.

Rainy Sunday - staying close by! Ran across order a cheese pizza to go and had a beer while I waited! Was in and out in 10 minutes. Cold beer! Pizza was hot and fresh! Good tasting sauce and dough was nice! Small flop but still a solid pie.

Pizza by the slice or whole pies. Cold beers on tap and an open restaurant to feel the Virginia Beach breezes. I must have come in during happy hour because I got two huge slices of pizza for $5.99 or $6.99, could only eat 1 slice. Crust was good, slightly greasy light like Chicago style, but foldable like NYC style. Cheese tasted fake, don't know why...didn't have the stretch like real mozzarella. Service was friendly, was a slow period with only 2 others in the dining area.

Service was great, we were told we can pick a booth where we want to sit. Food came out fast and fresh. My friends ordered medium sausage and pepperoni pizza and salad. I shared a chicken low carb bowl which was essentially a bowl of tiny pieces of white chicken meat with marinara, spinach and melted cheese. Not worth $16.99!! No sides available like garlic knots or Parmesan bread, only flat bread. No dessert either!!! For the price we paid for a small chicken (where's the chicken?) bowl and 1 coke, could have gotten a heftier bowl at less price somewhere.

Can't get enough of the dough! The dough is light, and not heavy like some other pizzas. They can add,a little more pepperoni! I even asked for Xtra pepperoni. The waitress was pleasant with ppen atmosphere! Will always go back for the puzza, dough!

Well, gave it another shot, worse than the last time. The extremely rude bartender walked past us 6 times without even a hello. Watched her make a few drinks, not one garnish. Bar was super sticky and uninviting. Probably won't be a third time. It's almost July, should be better by now

Pizza...and more pizza!

One piece of advice: arrive a little before Happy Hour begins at 3:00 p.m. If you wait until then, you'll likely find yourself several people deep in line. Don't let that discourage you. Embrace it, because once you're seated you'll quickly discover that the wait was well worth it. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices--especially during Happy Hour--are outstanding. The Atlantic specializes in oysters, and their Happy Hour runs daily from 3:00-6:00 p.m., including weekends. We began with a Chopped Caesar Salad ($9). Every ingredient was crisp, fresh, and flavorful--a simple dish executed exactly as it should be. Next came the oysters: a dozen Rockefeller and a dozen Pacific. The Rockefeller oysters were everything you would expect from this classic preparation--rich, savory, and baked beautifully. The Pacific oysters, however, completely stole the show. Each oyster was topped with a delicious combination of chorizo sausage, pepper jack cheese, and seasonings before being baked to perfection. They were bold, flavorful, and easily my favorite item of the afternoon. I also ordered the Double Stack Cheeseburger ($7), and what a terrific value. The burger arrived piping hot, loaded with melted cheese, and accompanied by a generous serving of crispy fries. It's hard to imagine finding a better burger at that price anywhere along the Oceanfront. My wife ordered the pork, shrimp, and kimchi dumplings served with a chili crunch and ponzu sauce that tied the entire dish together beautifully. She jokingly threatened to drink the remaining sauce after finishing the dumplings (she didn't), but she did convince me to dip one of my fries into it. She was absolutely right--it was fantastic. In fact, I now regret turning down the dumpling she generously offered me. Part of the fun of dining here is watching Shuck-Master Slim work. He's not only remarkably skilled but entertaining as well, adding a little personality to an already enjoyable experience. From the fresh seafood to the outstanding value and friendly atmosphere, this was another memorable visit to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. If you haven't been to The Atlantic on Pacific, I highly recommend adding it to your list. You'll be glad you did, and you can rest assured that you're helping support one of our outstanding local restaurants.

Shout out to Sky Bar for bringing the igloo culture to Virginia Beach!…read moreNow if we could just keep this trend going in Spring/Summer... May I recommend a possible bungalow rental, just like your igloos? Can you tell Summer is on my mind? Sky Bar is one of my favorite places to go. I love the trendy, upscale atmosphere, but they still keep you grounded with their prices being fair & reasonable. They usually also have happy hour, when Sky Bar is actually Sky Bar, not their homemade winter wonderland. I'm going to highlight their igloos though, only because it's something seasonal, and new. You get an igloo reserved for up to 4 of your closes friends, and the igloo comes with: -personal server -decorated, social-distanced space -two heaters -blankets you can take home -waters -and honestly so many picture perfect opportunities. The food on the menu was also amazing, and I am all about experience, so I would highly recommend the s'mores kit. It makes the atmosphere seem more bonded, it's a warm winter night where you are able to do this, and the s'mores kit just set the tone to be a little more perfect. They have their signature drinks, or regular drinks to order just like a bar as well. They also do offer non-alcoholic beverages if anyone was wondering, wish also makes it kid-friendly! Nothing in the igloo was breakable either, which was nice not to worry about. I wish there was a little more space, to maybe have up to 5-6 people. Either way, I loved it. I loved the experience, and I can't wait for next Winter to do this again! And that says a lot, because if you know me, I hate the cold. But I will face Winter if I know I'm going here!

Everything was good, though our other table ended up being ready way faster than expected, so we had to take most of it to go. One small PSA: the menu calls them "jumbo" quail eggs, but quail eggs are tiny creatures of nature to begin with, so don't walk in expecting chicken egg-sized deviled eggs.
