We had Douglas install a new driver side window due to theft. The window was installed poorly and had to be reinstalled. He came out to make adjustments to the window which made it slightly better. Unfortunately the windows still isn't aligned properly and allows water to get in. I asked him to come out to honor his warranty and he refuses.
