The bad news: it might be really busy because of this! The good news: I waited less than 5 minutes on a Saturday. Accepts most insurance, Cal Optima, Medi-Cal, Medicare, 65+, Blue Cross, Blue shield, if for some reason your insurance doesn't approve, they have an office upstairs to make all the adjustments necessary to help you get what you need/changes without a headache, leave it up to them to deal with, easy to remember number 714-899-2000. English and Vietnamese Spoken and they have a bunch of other services in the other rooms: a pharmacy, geriatric care, pediatric care, gynecology, radiology to name a few and optometry in case your vision is going out and diabetes shoes and fitment are available. HOURS: 9 am to 1 pm on weekends Saturdays and Sundays. Regular business hours 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. I came in on a Saturday around noon, went to the front desk, checked in online on their computer, got my ticket number. While I checked in, the employee upfront was also attempting to find my info to check me in, that's good they showed care and tried to expedite things. Dang Nguyen was the urgent care provider that helped me. He is a quiet one which is good I felt that he was listening to my complaints, he asked questions very relevant to the assessment of my laceration(cut) on my finger and I felt that I was treated with professionalism and care. At first, I was feeling cranky because of the pain my finger was in and the stitches I had were such an inconvenience to my daily chores. Also, my primary care doctors office was closed on weekends, I didn't want to wait hours upon hours at the darn emergency room so I had a major sense of urgency to get all my stitches out ASAP, I didn't want to wait any longer! They gave me just what I wanted, it was a really short wait, less than five minutes and by the time I was in the urgent care area, they already had a tray in the exam room with all the medical equipment to remove my three sutures. The provider had on a mask and gloves pre procedure -- it looked funny and I felt that it was a bit much, but hey I now I know they protect themselves, cause how can they protect patients if they aren't protecting themselves? I do find comfort in knowing they aren't spreading germs, that experience itself is a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was my first time having stitches removed, he explained to me exactly how he was going to do the procedure was very courteous, careful and effective. Overall, I felt very welcomed, comfortable and was given quick care without a scheduled appointment when I needed it most! Thank you!

Their staff is always very friendly as well and deserves recognition! I've had time where I needed a prescription on the fly and both the staff and Dr. Pham have been accommodating. I have called this place 3 SEPARATE times to get an update on an authorization. When I call back a fourth time, not only do they will not send it to the proper place at a DME, they refer to another specialist when they could just order from the primary care. THIS IS A DELAY IN TREATMENT. This is unacceptable. RUBY who is the authorization coordinator will not work with me and our family. I know that the treatment she needs is able to be referred from the PCP; however, they are too busy to even lookup CPT codes or referrals. We had all the testing done and met all the criteria for treatment. All they need to do is submit to insurance. The DELAY in care means they do not care about you or your health.
