Dr. Prince is one amazing dentist. My man has been coming here for over 20 years and was one of his very first patients. After several dentists closed shop on me he finally said to me that I needed to start coming here and so glad I did. I'm now going on 5 years and just visited today for a routine cleaning. I have to admit that not every single person here was a good fit for me as some ladies left me in pain after a cleaning. Luckily they are gone. Everyone who works here today is wonderful. Dr. Prince himself has a very calm way about him. As he works on you he explains everything he see's and is doing, gives advice and reminders on what you need to do to keep that beautiful smile glowing and healthy, and if there is an issue he makes sure you're seen by a specialist ASAP. A few years ago I had a terrible pain out of the blue with an old root canal that needed to be redone right away. He sent me off to a specialist that he works very closely with and after that I was back for my regular appointments. Seeing the dentist can be a daunting experience but I don't feel that way about Dr. Prince. Thank you for your calming voice and ways and always taking great care of my teeth. read more

I explained that I was a high anxiety patient when it comes to Dentist. Heidi brought me in to the office and was very patient while taking X-rays, which I don't mind that. Went in today for some of the work and it was painless, mind you, I wasn't having filings or extraction, just some filing and bonding work. Dr Prince is very gentle and talks you through everything he is doing along with Heidi who is assisting him. Go back for another treatment and I'll be done with that part. Don't know if he's getting ready to retire, or because I did not have dental insurance he didn't want to help me. My dentures hurt, my bottom teeth need a lot of work, went to him for solutions, he treated me like gum stuck to his shoe. I think he thought I couldn't afford to have work done, because I would be paying out of pocket. Well , I have the money to pay out of pocket, so I will find a Dentist who cares about his patients. Great dentist, however, be ready for a very strict appointment policy. Lost my job due to the pandemic in 2020 and was unable to make my appointment because I had no insurance. Fast forward and I found an amazing job with great benefits. Wanting to get back into life routines I tried to make an appointment to go back to this practice. The front desk person I spoke too stated that I was not able to make an appointment because of my broken appointment in 2020. I said that I had lost my job but she didn't care about any excuse. Almost like she enjoyed turning me down, saying that I broke an appointment in 2014 and another making it 3... Thats right, I said 2014. Lol I was shocked. What was most shocking was the callousness of the front desk person I spoke too. Obviously never properly trained in the medical field when speaking with patients. Better follow the strict appointment rules or any other office rule they may have, because even if you have visited this office for years, they will drop you without a care. Hygienists are great too. I've been going to Dr. Prince since 1997, I will never go to another dentist. Dr Prince is the most gentle, kind, smart an honest dentist in town. I don't know if he has special powers, but I've had multiple fillings in my early years seeing him and I never once felt the needle numbing me he made me feel so comfortable. I have never had a problem with any of my fillings. I've had 2 porcelain crowns done here, he did such a superb job, never had pain. He is so honest. I know he is not out to try and earn a buck, most dentist here in town will tell you you have a cavity, when you really don't just so they can make some money off you. I trust him 100% I can't tell you how many time I've referred people, and that is the biggest compliment of all. read more

My family have been patients of Dr. Prince for over 20 years. In those 20 years Dr. Prince has always been an amazing dentist. Unfortunately, after the pandemic hit, the wait for appointments is 6 months which was hard because I should be going every 3-4 months but since he has always been great, I put up with the long waits. A week ago, my son and I had a miscommunication about his appointment so he missed his cleaning. I called the next day and was never told I would be charged for the "broken appointment". So imagine my surprise when the bill comes in the mail for the "broken appointment". I have personally seen Dr. Prince since 2000 and my parents saw him before 2000 so I was expecting some sort of understanding. I could have lied and said he was sick and never got charged but because we were honest about the situation, the office staff decided the $50 was a warranted punishment. I called to see if there was anything that could be done and was quickly told "No". When I asked for my family's appointments to be removed, she was more than happy to remove them and lose us as patients. I couldn't believe how cold and callous I was treated after over 20 years of being a patient. I will miss Dr. Prince but I cannot return somewhere that I'm not respected or treated like my business matters. I realize he has numerous patients to replace my family but I expected more from a 20+ year relationship. I hope the "broken appointment" fee was worth losing 3 loyal patients. Lastly, in no way does this review reflect Dr. Prince's ability. He is TOP NOTCH and will be difficult to replace but since his staff couldn't find some measure of empathy, it is time to find another dentist. My advice is lie and say you are sick in order to avoid the fee because I learned that honesty is not always the best policy especially at Dr. Prince's office. read more

I never thought I'd say 'I love my dentist' but I love my dentist! I've been at least 6 different dentists in my life because we moved around so much when I was growing up. I've been to so many bad dentists that I get pretty bad dental anxiety that put me off some seeing a dentist for nearly 4 years once I turned 18. Then we moved here, and I met Dr. Prince and his lovely team. I was expecting to be anxious the whole time, that the cleaning would be awful because it had been so long. But I felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time! I have never ever been to a dentist who talks to me in a way I understand and a team that treats me like an individual- and remembers my name!! Dr. Prince is such a lovely and calm person, his presence makes me feel so relaxed. The way he speaks is soothing to listen to, and he explains everything so well that I never leave confused or with questions. He repeats the important parts which is good because God knows my short term memory is a wreck. And the hygienists and lovely lady's working up front round off the experience. They fully deserve 5 stars, no doubts in my mind. read more

Clean, modern office, very friendly staff and Dr. I get great cleanings from Cindy. They document any issues in my chart and check on them the next time I'm in for a cleaning. They are very thorough. I had an issue one time with my insurance not covering a procedure. My insurance said they never receiving the required before and after x-ray of the procedure. I brought it to the office staffs attention and it was taken care of without any hassle. Another one of my family members needed a lot of dental work done. She hadn't been to a dentist in a few years and was concerned about what the dentist would say about the condition of her teeth. I always request Mary as my dental assistant, she's awesome! She's hip and young and fun, but always stays professional, I enjoy our conversations. My mom and my dad both see Dr. Prince as well, they are happy too. My dad sees Mary like I do and my mom will see Cindy, she's great as well. I really don't have a complaint at all. He does do a great job, however, his office is attempting to charge me for a "broken appt." of which I called to say I'd be late and they said they could schedule me for another time that same day. I got caught in traffic while going there and called the office from the vehicle. I said there would be no way I could make the 4:15 apt due to the heavy traffic and they told me they would have to schedule for a few days later. I had the next appt and paid them, etc and nothing was said. Now I'm being billed $35 for a "broken appt." They are not, of course, getting the money, but beware. I went to Dr. Prince yesterday for a check-up, also due to the fact that I was told that I needed some work by another dentist. I was a Dental Hygienist for over 20 years and I could not see the work needed on the x-rays and it was against my judgement to have it done. Dr. Prince did a very complete exam and did not look to make work, where work doesn't need to be done. I didn't tell him until after the area in question, but he found nothing wrong there...just as I suspected. He was very honest. I also had a great scaling by his Dental Hygienist, Mary. She did a great job. Due to the previous posting I read and the fact that I pass his office often, that is what made me go to Dr. Prince. The office staff is also very nice and friendly. Since moving to Las Vegas several years ago, our dental office experiences have not been very positive, but I am sure they will be now. My husband will also be switching to Dr. Prince. I do not like the fact that the "other" dentist made up work to do on me, especially since I was in the dental field so long. I had a molar break in half while at the airport and when I called Dr Prince's office to make an appointment get it fixed, they got me in right away even with my hectic traveling schedule. I was so nervous since I've never had a crown before, but Dr Prince and his staff were amazing!! They all worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable and that was very comforting to me. My crown looks amazing and it's as if it never happened. I live in Henderson and drive myself and my family for all of our cleanings every six months. So worth the drive!!
